According to recent reports, a Muslim migrant in North Dakota recently captured a local woman and raped her while chanting ‘Allahu Akbar.’ Now, the criminal is refusing to appear in court.
Abdulrahman Ali is a Somalian man who arrived in America four years ago. He is accused of sexually assaulting a gas station attendant in a bathroom at Gordy’s Travel Plaza in Mapleton.
After attempting to kiss the woman, Ali allegedly proceeded to force her into the women’s bathroom. He then locked the door behind him and began sexually molesting her, as well as slapping and kicking her. The victim attempted to escape, but was thrown violently against the wall.
When authorities arrived, Ali refused to open the bathroom door, claiming that the victim was his wife. Police were forced to kick down the door, and found the woman injured and crying.
“Documents say she was unsure if Ali was speaking English or a different language, but she could recognize one thing Ali said while they were in the bathroom,” the Valley News Live reporters. “She heard Ali utter ‘Allah Akbar’ which, in Arabic means God is the greatest.”
