The general consensus is that the two political factions in Iran are two sides of the same coin, an Islamic ruled Iran.

There is also another ripple in the wind sweeping Iran. This wave does not have an open political party or leaders that are openly campaigning. These people are not allowed to be a part of the official political apparatus of Iran. The imams declare anyone not supporting an Islamic government as “not qualified” to campaign. But there are in Iran those that are ready to take advantage of a situation that would allow them to call for a democratic secular Iranian Republic. This I know not only form people like Amil but from acquaintances (Christian, Muslim, and Jew) with relatives in Iran.

I being the eternal optimist prefer to look towards brighter possibilities. If George Washington believed that the revolution would not succeed, we all Americans would still be subjects of the crown. There is no benefit in pessimism.

Today there was a Tweet from Iran that read “I gave my vote and now I am ready to give my life for a democratic Iran”. There is no way that I will desecrate that person’s patriotism, zeal, and hope with pessimistic oratory. When it comes to the human spirit, realism is just pessimism that beats up the hopeful sole. Idealism rarely triumphs 100% but it is the basis for the best form of government to ever come to mankind. It brought us a nation that was conceived, under God, with liberty and justice for all. It’s not perfect but way ahead of any other form of government. America, Czechoslovakia, Israel, and other free nations would not exist with out the idealism and determination of brave people.

Purpose of the Tea Parties

This country is in deep decline. We have let others take control of our destiny. Our lives have been too comfortable with so many distractions that we have neglected to plan the future of our country.

We have allowed our children to be misinformed about history, the value of self reliance, and the danger of allowing the government to “take care of things”. We have not paid enough attention to what has been happening. We have failed to vet our candidates properly and elected people who do not take the term “serving the people” to heart. We have failed to keep in touch with our legislators to congratulate them for doing a good job or admonishing them for their failures.

It is time for the American Spirit to soar again. It is time again to get involved and take action. The Tea Parties are rallying the people into action. It is now up to us the ground roots activists to continue the spirit of the original Tea Party which was the beginning of a free nation with liberty under God. The Tea Parties are getting the people together and give us the opportunity to motivate them to vet potential candidates and support those that will stand for freedom of speech, non-intrusive government, and liberty for all. We need to lead them to the phone banks and precinct walks to elect a new brand of candidates, ones who are not there for personal enrichment but are true servants of the people with passion and high principals.

Authoritarian rule in America

The other day the president of the United States committed an egregious act to protect those who supported his election and are now cementing his total control of every aspect of this country, once a beacon of democratic principals of freedom, liberty, and justice for all.

An inspector at the Inspector General’s office found Kevin Johnson and others of Americorp had misused funds. An investigation by the FBI backed up his allegations. Kevin Johnson and the corporation presented no facts in their defense at a hearing, basically defaulting on the verdict against them. Instead Johnson called the president who had his personal “ethics” lawyer call the investigator to inform him he had one hour to decide if he wants to resign or be fired. The Attorney General was ordered to drop all charges against Americorp and Johnson.

This was around 5:15 PM. The investigator was in his car. He could not believe what was happening. The president was breaking a law which he cosponsored when he was in the Senate. The law made it mandatory for the president to present his desire to fire an IG to congress, giving them 30 days to study the merit of the firing. Although the inspector was given an hour to make a decision, 45 minutes later he was called back by the “ethics” lawyer who then fired him since the inspector did not want to resign.

The president is slowly putting him self in a position of absolute authority in our government. This is not what America was meant to be. Our founders did not risk property, liberty, and life for America to end up a dictatorship, which is where we are heading.

Do not allow this firing to slip from your memory. Think of it when ever you feel you have no time to work for changing the makeup of Sacramento’s and Washington DC’s political bent. Most of those in power now will make no effort to stop this slide to National Socialism. It is up to us to make this change. Do as much as possible to right the wrongs now going on and then put in extra effort.

A Sin of Commission is to know something is wrong... and do it anyway.

An award-winning filmmaker has made a film about the Coastal Commissions refusal to clear brush in forests that in turn has cost the country quadrillions in board feet of lumber because of the excess brush causes devastating forest fires. The Commission has issued a subpoena to stop the film’s release. The Commission knows it is doing something wrong and is doing it anyway because the media won’t report it because the same lefty, liberal slime that is moving the country toward the totalitarianism of the Nanny-State populate both the Commission and the media. In the Age of Obama there have been so many sins of commission to reduce personal freedom to seat power in the hands of a few that it is hard to accumulate them all in one place. To name a few:

Support for union blackmail of industry
Academe’s support for equality of outcomes and restricting free speech

My latest irritation

Where do BHO, Pelosi, and Reid keep their brains? Now when our troops capture a combatant (who is trying to kill our troops) they have to be Mirandized. This means in most cases the combatant will be released by our courts. Under the criminal justice system any person (military or civilian) around the capture can be subpoenaed to testify in court. Evidence of criminal action must be preserved and presented. If the defendant was captured due to information from an informant, he too can be subpoenaed to testify.

It is not feasible to transport military personnel from the battle field so the combatant would be released because in a criminal trial the defendant is guaranteed a speedy trial. How many informants do you think would be willing to expose them selves at a trial? Heck how many Iraqis, Afghans, or others living in a country full of Al Qaeda or Taliban would be willing to inform knowing that their identity would not be kept confidential?

Our government just made it more amiable for thugs to join in fighting our troops and murdering innocent civilians. They have been told all that if they kill our troops or civilians they will be hailed as heroes. If they get caught and no country wants them they will be released in a tropical paradise island where they can raise hell and then have some one transport them back to the front lines. If they get killed they will be cherished as martyrs and get a free pass to heaven where they will be serviced by 72 virgins. This looks like an invitation from Barack Obama for the bad guys to join our enemies.

And one more thing, David Lettermen is a crude, uncivilized, asshole. It makes no difference if he was talking abut the 14 or 18 year old girl. What he said is despicable, shows no class, and wasn’t funny at all. It is just as stupid as when he called Governor Palin an airline hooker. The man has no civility at all.

CBS needs to replace him with good taste.

The Government Won’t Let You Succeed

A man I know lost his job due to outsourcing. After a long time of not being able to find a new job he decided to cash in his retirement and go into business. Seeing that governments are pushing echo friendly enterprises he decided not to fight the trend and engage in some form of a business that won’t get caught up in government restrictions.

He first thought about starting an organic farm, growing organic vegetables, fruits, and raising range chickens. So he started looking for some farm land. He found plenty for sales but when he inspected the properties they were just dried up barren land. So he enquired as to what it would take to irrigate it. He found out that only an act of God could do that. The government won’t let him have the water he needs because it appears that a non-indigenous fish is more important then providing organic food for people, frustrating.

Ok, so he decided to go into the power business and build a wind farm. He put together a business plan with lots of wind mills generating electricity. He went and got a bunch of permits and applied for a loan. After running all over the state getting permits and a loan promise from the bank the EPA turned him down. Why, because the blades of the wind mills might get in the way of various birds and even kill them.

Ok, determined to go into some kind of a business he decide to manufacture solar panels and even maybe set up a field of solar panels generating electricity. After much investigation and planning he ran into another brick wall put up by the government. To make solar panels you need silicone. Well the EPA doesn’t want silicone manufactured in the USA. He found out that most (if not all) solar panels will be manufactured in China and India.

Is our government as stupid as human waste or are they determined to reduce America to third world nation? These are the only two alternatives. Our economy is being pummeled by OPC and the government says we are too dependent on foreign oil. At the same time our government won’t let us drill domestic sources (of which we have plenty) for oil and natural gas. On top of that our government puts up obstacles to generate our energy needs in other ways. Our government just does not want the people to be prosperous. We can’t produce the energy we need nor grow the crops to feed us even when we try to go along with all government’s mandates.

Our government is determined to rob us of all our own initiative and ability of self reliance. If we the people allow this to continue we will be totally dependent a totalitarian government. We will be in a huge concentration camp doing the biding of big brother. The only thing we citizens can do is to replace the scoundrels running this country with those who will take the roll of governing for the people and not against them. We all need to get more involved in vetting possible candidates and then making sure the right people get elected.

A better way to do California's business

I have been proposing a part time legislator system for some time now. The response has been less than enthusiast. Everyone seems to dismiss it with “that will never happen”. Why won’t it happen? All the people have to do is be determined to make it happen.

I propose a yearly salary of $78,000.00 per year, meeting four times annually. Per Diem must be gauged to expected expenses. $1,500.00 per each of four round trips to Sacramento per year with a three night stay over is $6,000.00. I would recommend an additional amount of $6,000.00 per year for other travel expenses. There is not need to provide a car or credit card. There could be an additional amount for an office and minimum staff in their district. A cubicle populated office can be provided in Sacramento for the legislators to share.

Four meetings is sufficient time to do the state’s business. The rest of the time can be spent working with their constituents. Those meetings can be in public meeting places in their area. For most other state business a phone conference should do. If the governor calls a special session the state should reimburse for actual travel expense. This would cut the state’s cost of doing business tremendously.

Also all terms must be limited to a total of 10 years of service. They will be allowed the same pre-tax amount to retirement fund that any employed person does. When the state’s revenue allows it, the state can supplement that amount on a 50% up to a certain amount of the legislator’s contribution.

I think that this would help the economic state of California.

The Problem with Terrorists in Our Prisons

Americans are being recruited to Islam by the hundreds. Imams are very successful in their recruitment of followers in our prisons. Is it because prisoners are looking to believe in something bigger then them selves? Are they looking to be saved from a life of crime? Is Islam offering a new way of life? Not even close.

Our prisons are full of people who have committed crimes without remorse. In most cases the crimes were committed against those who could not protect them selves. The crimes were committed because the criminals were the greater force. The victims could not defend them selves or their property or their loved ones. Might made right for these parasites. This attitude against innocent victims falls directly in line with Islam. Way back in 640 AD Muslim bands and armies were attacking weaker groups. These actions were justified by the teachings of Muhammad the profit of Allah. His teachings mandated that they were attacking infidels. Infidels are less than human beings. Muhammad’s teachings as recorded in the Koran, state that only Muslims have the right to property and respect. These bands were told they are doing Allah’ work when they robbed, pillaged, raped, and destroyed property. Their actions were justified. They were told that as Muslim men they had the right and domain over infidels and women and children.

The hierarchy in Islam is men rule and male offspring have a slightly higher rating than women who have no rights but to obey men. If we examine the lives of criminals especially violent criminals this falls right into their life style. Just like the Muslim raiders of old our criminals have contempt for their victims. They are justified in their deeds because they want something their weaker victim’s poses. They rule their families with absolute authority, even at times with brutality. They demand absolute submission from women. Because of their mind set they commit crimes and end up in jail.

When Imams present a life style that validates a criminal’s mind set and that their actions are not only condoned but encouraged by Allah they accept it willingly and become devout practitioners. This is accomplished by Imams that visit the prisons. Imagine how much more effective these conversions will be with terrorists right there in the prison population? Our prisons are the incubators of terrorists.

If we allow the combatants into our prison system we will be housing, feeding, and providing health care for those who will one day play a major role in the destruction of our way of life. The citizens of America must resist allowing these terrorists into our prisons. Write, email, telephone, and fax your legislators and the president to keep them out of this country.

California’s Economic Crisis

California is in a crisis due to unrealistic restrictions on business and the people, primarily brought on by the eco-lobbies and the explosive growth of government.

These restrictions have shackled California economy to a standstill. Acres of the most productive agricultural farm land have gone fallow because of the protection of a non-indigenous fish that will vanish in any case. California legislatures have decided that, that fish is more important than the livelihood of thousands of farm workers and the owners of these farms. This affects the California economy both on the wage and productive side. Farmers are not able to grow crops, wage earners are out of work, and California economy suffers.

California has enough offshore oil deposits to be almost oil self-sufficient. Yet the eco-lobbies have put up road blocks to a booming economy. The lack of refineries requires gasoline to be trucked or piped into the state. California has not built a new refinery in decades.

The answer to California’s economic crisis is to clean house. We need to get rid of the bureaucratic impediments to success, cut the cost of government, and generally streamline the operation. California is not benefiting from the number of people appointed to positions with six figure salaries meeting three of four times a year, many can be combined. Governments in California have grown at rates far beyond population growth. When the ratio of government workers to the general population grows and grows each non-government worker has to support more and more government workers.
It is time for California and the nation to splash on some cold water, take a good look around, and see what is happening. If we don’t put a stop to things each person in the private sector will be supporting two or more government workers. That kind of a society can not sustain it self.

The Trouble with Americans

The trouble with Americans is that they are easily fooled. Collectively they seldom see the forest for the trees. Their commercial and social successes have made their culture so complicated that they have come to rely on collective solutions that eat away at the freedom and liberty of the individual. Instead of a dedication to the principles of their Founders almost half of the population believes in socialism a mutation of the very totalitarian disease the Founders built this country to avoid.

Instead of an assembly of free individuals we have become a collection of mobs dedicated to using our particular monopoly to destroy the very economic and social fabric of the nation. Take the United Auto Workers Union (UAW). Are there Americans who believe that the UAW mob did not bankrupt the domestic auto industry? Take the teachers and their unions. That mob has done so much damage that the more money we throw at them the less educated kids we get and the higher wages and pensions we pay.

Take government workers and their unions. Now there is a mob to end all mobs. You can’t fire them and they grow like weeds. They can vote themselves anything they want. At the city, state and Federal level the country is going bankrupt paying wages, pensions and benefits so high that it has become the only growth industry in the country.

Those who orchestrate and manipulate these mobs are called politicians and bureaucrats and they are a deadly cancer. Instead of working for the people they appease and do the bidding for their collection of mobs. They are assisted by the media mob that works the American plantation like the compound it has become. Even the AARP mob spent millions to defeat the privatization of Social Security when in fact privatization meant that the people (they ostensibly represent) could keep more of their own money.

The voice of the individual is now being heard at the tea parties. It is the antithesis of a mob – it is an expression not of Republicans or Democrats but of individual Americans who see their freedoms and liberties being drained away by the mobs and those that lie for them at city councils, state houses and in Congress and the Administration.

The tea party folks want to save the America our Founders built. They want to cut out the cancer the mobs have infected the country with. Let’s see how they fare against the elegant and efficient mobster-in-chief standing squarely in their way promoting massive socialism through redistribution of income and wealth and ably assisted by the rent-a-mob ACORN. Our Founders must be turning over in their graves about now worrying that the tea parties won’t grow powerful enough to kill “king socialism.”

Principals of the Republican Party

The reason the Republican Party lost its leadership role is because we the people did not stick to our core principals. We did not vet enough those who we elected to office and kept some in office too long. When our elected officials began to veer off course we did nothing about it. We did not keep in contact with them, reminding them why they are in office and what we expect from them. This caused schizophrenic policies. They talked about fiscal responsibility but were spending the people’s money like drunken sailors on shore leave (all you Navy men and women need not get offended, you know how you spent your money). We the ground roots allowed it. Now too many of us are not taking responsibility for our own lack of concern and action. Many have left the party never considering that they too are at fault. Those that jumped the ship refuse to take responsibility for the people they helped elect and then did nothing to reign them in when things started going south. When our elected leaders went astray or did not stand up to our distracters we did not exhort them effectively to proper action.

Talk around the nation is “the Party needs to be re-branded”. Wrong, we need to clean up our act. We need not change our goals or the things we stand for. The principals of the Republican Party are for the good of the country and its people. We all know that. It would be hypocritical to change our message or mission.

The Republican Party is and always was the party of freedom of speech, non-intrusive government, and individual liberty for all. That is what we are. Re-enforcing these is what will bring the Party to state and national prominence and leadership.

There is a disturbing trend across the nation caused by the bumper sticker phrase “the Party needs to be re-branded”. Republican leaders, as legislators and party leaders are using it for self promotion. There are countless numbers announcing they have the answer and all that has to be done is to support and follow them, hog wash. We need to pick leaders who are familiar with grass roots activity but have taken the time to live like the rest of America. That is to get a civilian job, have a family, experience living within a budget, and acquire a true sense of reality before they run for office. These people will have the practical experience needed to be a true servant of the people and not a career politician who “knows better what the people need” or sees the people as a never ending source of revenue. The moment that a politician sees the public as a cash cow, they need a reality check. It is up to us the ground roots people to give it to them.
The future and destiny of America is in the hands of the people. Yes we can bring beneficial change of greater prosperity than can be had under a National Socialist system. Get involved, take a few hours a week to help select proper candidates, campaign for them, and never let a week go by without corresponding with your representatives; local, state, and national.

Barack Obama as Capo di tutti capi

It is not that one disputes that Barack Obama is the boss of all bosses it is the mafia-style way in which he is remaking the America that should scare all patriots. He has a deal that you can’t refuse and if you do he will rain his vengeance upon you like no other President in history – and he is only three months into his reign.

Take the case of Chrysler Corporation. Under American law a secured creditor – say bondholders that lend money to a corporation – are preferred in the distribution of proceeds on the disposition of the company’s assets upon liquidation in bankruptcy. If the proceeds are insufficient to cover those secured creditors then those unsecured creditors (who only rely on the financial strength of the corporation to pay its bills) receive nothing.

That is until Capo di tutti capi Barack Obama got his hands on the wheel. In the Chrysler “White House arranged bankruptcy” he has given 33 cents on the dollar to secured bondholders and 50 cents on the dollar to the unsecured creditors – union pensions. Now under all previous Presidents throughout American history, those unsecured creditors would have received nothing.

Now comes Capo Obama. Mr. Cool Exterior seethes inside. He has his eye is righting all wrongs corporate America has visited upon “his” people without regard for the American Constitution or the rule of law. This is the “change” the American people bought.

Perella Weinberg, a bond holding firm "was directly threatened by the White House and in essence compelled to withdraw its opposition to the deal under threat that the full force of the White House press corps would destroy its reputation if it continued to fight." They compiled and sold out their bondholders.

This is the guy everyone thought would be pragmatic and measured in his governance. He promised to bring change. What he really brought was anarchy and chaos right into the White House – all orchestrated by the new Capo di tutti capi – Barack Hussein Obama.

There is little question that the UAW wages and benefits bankrupted Chrysler. Now to finish the job on its bondholders should do wonders for the bond market which will undoubtedly jack up interest rates to cover the possible “unsecured nature” of their “secured” loan.



If he gets away with this obvious conflict of interest because the UAW spent millions in time, talent and money supporting his ascendance, hide the kids. This guy is a threat to the American way of life and ordered business orthodoxy. The guy is a street organizer who is doing what he has been doing all his life.

Be afraid America – be very afraid. He has brought his knives right to your kitchen table.

Obama Pretending to Care

Just now I heard president Obama pretending to care about the Tea Party participants. What he actually said was that they are all mistaken and don’t know enough to be involved in their own best interest.

He intimated that he is willing explain to us the error of our ways. He said he is very willing to discuss the economy, Social Security, and Socialized Healthcare with us. He will show us the error of our ways.

I think that he would chicken out of a debate with Dick McDonald and his solution to Social Security, Payroll Taxes, and other points expressed in Dick’s Rise Up America as seen at http://hstrial-rmcdonald1.homestead.com/. It would be fun to watch that debate. I personally would like to debate the similarity of what the National Socialists did to Europe in the 1930’s and what he is doing to America in 2009.

He has no desire to debate anything with his distracters. He has not had a direct debate with any opponent because he needs a script to read from the teleprompter with out which he can’t put two sentences together. Obama is doing what he has always done, lots of rhetoric that kind of sounds good, especially to those who refuse to think for them selves. He is placating his followers trying to dispel any doubt that might be starting to brew in their minds. I mean where would he be if they all started to use fact, logic, and reason when he is spinning his stuff? He might have to start making sense.

Another Argument for Private Health Care

The population of the Unites States is over 300 million. That means the 91 people who have a confirmed case of Swine Flue is 0.0000303% of the total. Most desktop calculators will come up with zeros if you try to get the percentage (91/300,000,000).

This entire hullabaloo about Swine Flu might just work for the Socialists in Washington DC to implement Socialized Medicine. But before we all rush to the One to rescue us take a look at how well Socialized Medicine is working out for the over 2 million infected and over 150 who have died in Mexico.

First off as of yesterday no one from the Mexican Health Department has contacted the families of those who died form the Swine Flue. There has been no attempt to see if their relatives also have it or how or where they may have caught it let alone provide care so they won’t also succumb to it.

An example of the care provided by Socialized Medicine is a case of a Mexico City cab driver complaining of high fever and other Swine Flue symptoms. He was refused entry to a hospital because his paper work did not seem to be in order. He was denied care a second time because they were too busy.

Don’t think that this could not happen here. The evidence shows that this is the case in every country with Socialized Medicine. The government is not the most efficient entity at running any enterprise. This is true throughout the world.

33 minutes to the end

Recently I was at an event that had some very scary information. It concerned the recent revelations of the missile capability of nations that have outwardly sworn to destroy us. Our enemies have missile capability to strike us from their land in just over a half hour. What is more threatening is they now can do it less than ten minutes. Iran has been testing firing missiles form barges at sea, with high degree of success. That and the close relationship with Chavez of Venezuela we could be attacked off both our coasts from freighters. A simultaneous EMP attack would destroy our nationwide capability to communicate, transport electricity, render most vehicles and airplanes inoperable, and generally disable all commerce. Our military could not effectively retaliate. Stores would run out of food and other items with in a week or two. We would not be able to re-supply them.

With the enemies surrounding America as we send all troops overseas, it makes you wonder who is left to keep the peace and order such something happen. But that is under control because the Bush Administration has taken several actions that will allow ‘martial law’ within the nation. That said, it would have been nice of the administration and congress to at least put a more secure border up. This would be both Canadian and American plus the Mexico and American borders. The eyes today are on the fall when rumor, sources, and even some named officials have been on record saying Bush will attack Iran in the Fall. This is to be seen yet, but the news is spreading like a wildfire of epic proportions. If Bush doesn’t attack this fall then all those so called sources, news stories, and even Israel will be in the quiet column, all wondering what happened. Of course this leaves the country wondering if an EMP will occur when or if we do attack Iran. Good question, no doubt, we will find out in the future. The Heritage Foundation has produced a documentary highlighting how current plans for development of a missile defense system are being cut. Be on the lookout for its release in your area. At this time the US is not protected by an adjudicate missile defense system. We are not protected and open to attack. Be on the lookout for the screening.

Republican Action Alert

In order to return credibility to the Republican Party and the conservative cause we need to clean house, remember our values, and stick to them. We lost the leadership role in America because we wavered from our roots, became schizophrenic with our message, and disappointed and confused Americans. This country is in great danger of becoming a third world socialist republic. We must take decisive action to stop the demise of our great nation.

We need to get rid of Republican office holders that are not true to small and un-intrusive government, fail to insist on fiscal responsibility, and are more interested in promoting own career to serving the people. Obama is continuing to campaign for his socialist vision of America. The RNC and all state Republican Parties need to counter his propaganda. The party leaders must stop sugar coating its rebuttals to assertions of the Democrats, Left Wing Liberals, and others destroying America.

Just like all despots of history.

Well it is continuing. Not that long ago BHO was not going to seek prosecution of the Bush administration regarding the handling of captures combatants. That was when he felt more secure in his position as having absolute control of the country.

Something caused him to change his mind. Although he and the left publicly have discounted the thousands of Tea Parties across the nation, they are not stupid. They realized that a movement against them is starting to brew and they need to do something about. What to do? The answer is, go after the past leaders and try to intimidate anyone who might want to take the reins of the opposition to the BHO administration and Pelosi/Reid legislature.

Like all despots of history, BHO wants to squash all opposition real or perceived. Those that have aspirations of having total control over a nation know that they can not allow democratic principals to continue. Democratic procedures are a threat to them. In order to take complete control of all the financial institution and other businesses of this land BHO can not allow dissidence of any kind. He can not allow viable opposition to thrive. His goal is to disrupt and disgrace the current and past opposition leadership and scare all others from attempting to challenge him. At the same time he is working to control the lives of all the citizens by promising a socialist utopia while assembling the National Civilian Security Force to spy and report on Right Wing Extremists who his administration considers to be terrorists.

We still have a chance to stop this march towards National Socialism. Our Tea Parties are the start of the movement to save this country. We must not falter. We must continue the movement and expand it. We do not have the luxury of sitting back and just watching. We must all be involved in rescuing our Constitution, our nation, our way of life.

We Can Save America

In the last two national and state elections Left Wing Liberals have set the course of the State of California and the country on a path to bigger government with more power to tax and redistribute wealth. This path to socialism will eventually lead to a stagnant economy, curtailment of individual rights and liberty, and the loss as a powerful force in global politics. The USA will be reduced to a country of a few upper elite rich, a constant dwindling middle class and vast poor populous completely dependent on government. This can only lead to dictatorship as has happened in every instance where socialism became the governing standard. No country that went socialist has lifted the standard of living of its people. Whether the pretext was National Socialism or the Dictator ship of the Proletariat the result of this transition was and still is a disaster for the citizens of those countries.

It is up to those who understand the severity of this situation to inform the rest of the disaster ahead and make the required changes to reverse the course. It is up to those of us who believe in the vision of our founders, realize that only capitalism, and living in liberty with the chance of pursuit of happiness will lead us back to prosperity.

The task ahead of us requires a two pronged approach. First we need to explain exactly what socialism is, impress all of the inevitable result of socialism, and show how we all will be affected. Second we must present a better way to run the country and how that will benefit all. Both have to be presented with an air of optimism and high spirit. We must show that a change in direction will lead us towards a brighter day, prosperity for all, and true happiness achieved from personal accomplishments. This we can achieve using age old principles have worked for millions for almost a century.

This method is based on the five points of selling, Attention, Interest, Conviction, Desire, and Close. This method has helped people achieve great individual success. It can do the same for our dear country. We must gain the attention of the people by stating over and over again the results of the course that our leaders are taking. We must make them realize the disastrous consequences of bigger and bigger government and how it is robbing us of our liberty and freedom. They need to feel the impending disaster imminently ahead. They must feel the doom rushing to impact their lives in order to pique their interest. Unless we achieve their interest we will be talking to the hand. We need to convince them of our veracity and the truth of what we are saying.

Once we have their interest we can go into more details of the problem. Bureaucrats do not have the vision needed for success, only entrepreneurs with the will to take risks and accept the results have the vision needed to build businesses that will produce the products and services that people will buy, hire the workers to run the business, bring continued economic growth, and insure prosperity for all. Government bureaucrats are only interested following stringent paths that waste money and effort. The administrative procedure is more important than results. There are many examples of government failure in running things. The post office is constantly in the red while United Parcel has survived with out the taxpayers having to subsidies its operations. The DMV represents the epitome of bureaucratic failure. We need to bring out as much of this evidence as we can. This will bring us to the conviction part.

This is where we implement the fact bridge benefit/detriment portion of the conviction stage. Here we make factual statements and how they relate to each individual. Fact; in a socialist state the government dictates what you produce, how much of it you produce, what you charge, how many people you employ and what you pay them, and to whom you can sell your product or service. This (bridge – what that means to you) means that no matter how much or little you work you are restricted on how much you can earn (detriment to you). In a free enterprise system (all benefits to you) you decide the product or service you will produce. You get to pick what you think the people want to buy. You get to sell to whom and where you think you can make the best profit. You charge what the market can sustain. You hire the number and caliber of people you need to be profitable. There are many, many more examples we must use to convince the people that capitalism means a better life for the all.

The next step is to build a desire in the people to reject socialism and to want the benefits of a free capitalist enterprise system. One way is to paint a word picture. This is done by getting the individuals in the group we are speaking to. Get them to visualize their total misery living in a socialist state and their ecstatic joy and happiness living in a free society.

In a socialist state they wake up every day to the same routine, no changes, his status will be the same whether he is innovative, works harder, or just goes through the motions. There is no hope to for better things. His entire life is dictated by the government.

In a free enterprise system individual destiny in one’s own hand. The sky is the limit. Everyone is rewarded according to their own abilities and achievements. What ever is owned is earned. There is no better feeling then that of achievement. The word pictures that get painted will stay with your audience for a long time.

No amount of effort will accomplish anything if there is not a close, in this case a call to action. This is where we ask the people to walk precincts, make phone calls, make donations, and vote conservative.

It's All About Power

The Democrat party led by Pelosi and Reid are all about power and control. Ever since the 2004 election the Democrats have been working toward one goal only. That is to take complete control of the nation. If they have to destroy America to attain control, they will. Republican legislator’s corruption and abandonment of Republican principals gave them the opportunity get control of the House and almost the Senate in 2006. Ever since then they have neglected all government business and concentrated on demonizing the Bush Administration. They saw their chance to tank the economy with run away mortgages to people who could not afford the exaggerated prices. These mortgages were created due to decades of Democrat effort to allow irresponsible loans.

They are now in a position to push what ever legislation they want and that is exactly what they are doing. All their efforts are to exaggerate the current economic condition so that in two to three years they can take credit for a recovery, regardless of how minimal it will be. The stimulus bill just passed will not stimulate the economy until several years down the line. In the mean time they can continue to blame the current economic mess on the Republicans, as the president is doing every opportunity he gets.

The budget now in congress has provisions to control radio, television, cable, and internet. They are using the drug gang’s activity in Mexico to curtail the sale of guns in the U.S., even though the weapons used by the Mexican gangs all come form China and North Korea. They are even attempting to usurp the sovereignty of the states by bypassing the governor’s office and giving money directly to the cities. Remember the Federal Government gives no gift without major strings. Mr. Reid is prepared to force the states to allow transmission lines from one state to go through another to bring power to a third with no benefit to the state forced to have the lines.

The struggle in Congress is not over what is the best way to bring America out of these dreadful economic times. It is all about absolute power. Remember that power corrupts and that absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Obama's Speech to Joint Meeting of Congress

The man knows how to make campaign speeches. There was very little difference between this speech and all the ones he made stumping to get elected. This one had as much substance in it as all his previous ones.

There are a few things that caught my attention and requires attention from all of us. First he spent a lot of time blaming things on the Republican Bush Administration. Never did he mention that for the first seven years of the Bush years this country benefited from unparalleled prosperity. The stock market hit all time highs and unemployment was at an all time low. It wasn’t until 2006 when the Democrats gained control of Congress that things started going south. It was at that time that the Democrats went full steam ahead to destroy Bush and the Republicans. They decided to forgo taking care of the country’s business and concentrate on impeaching Bush and others in his administration. They interfered in the war in Iraq. To further discredit Bush and Republicans they were hoping for defeat, none of this was brought up.

What he did mention as a side line was that he intends to stop all development of “cold war era weapons development”. That is code for he will stop most of the funding that would enable our military to keep us, our alias, and other interests in the world safe from harm. If we pay no attention to anything else we need to give our attention to his intention to do what Jimmy Carter did to our ability to defend our selves.

The non- Stimulus Bill he signed will cost us more than the Iraq war, Katrina, and the war in Afghanistan put together, this in just the first month of his administration. Then he told us he will save us money stopping contracts with companies supplying our troops, end development of new military capability, drastically reducing agriculture subsidies, and cutting pork (like he did with the bill he just signed, oh boy). How he hopes to supply the troops he is sending to Afghanistan he did not mention. What is going to happen to the rest of our troops when he recalls them from Iraq was also not mentioned. All I see is he will add them to the unemployment lines.

To me his talk about not burdening our children with a huge debt rang very empty to me. How are they to pay for his version of socialized health care can only be from higher taxes and less care.

He did not seem at all worried by Islam’s attack on the Western World, the biggest threat we are now facing.

His desire to tax the “rich” more, give tax rebates to those that pay no taxes, and mess with private enterprise was very disheartening. All in all it was what I expected and he made no points with me.

My America, what is happening to you?

Several months ago, I posted that BHO is going decimate our military and replace it with the National Civilian Security Force, which he intends to arm. He and the Democrats are working on silencing any descent with the un-Fair Doctrine. So far the main media are still keeping with his campaign of Hope and Change. Soon they too will be muzzled and won’t know when it is happening until it is too late.

Let’s take a look at his progress. He is spending more money then this country has so we won’t have any left for the military. This will give him an excuse to cut all weapons development and reduce our armed forces to a bunch of paper pushers. His cadre in congress is hell bent on the reinstituting the un-Fair Doctrine. They are right now conspiring to sneak it in to some bill. This is being done behind closed doors (just like they did with the un-Stimulus Plan) and no one will know it is happening. He has already sowed the seeds to create regional Homeland Security centers in military camps all over America, the start of his own private army to spy and turn in “offenders” of his regime. The government now owns large parts of our banks, lending and insurance institutions, and two thirds or our auto industry. He is now in control of the Census Bureau giving him control setting up voting blocks that will benefit the socialist agenda. He is implementing is plan right on schedule. America is blind to all this.

I warned that his plan is very close to that of Hitler and Stalin when they came to power and that he is moving this country to socialism. Nazism is short for National Socialists, a socialist system of the elite with lots of money. Communist is the dictatorship of the proletariat, socialism by the economically disadvantaged. Both end up as a socialist totalitarian dictatorship. America is heading in that direction.

Stimulus Collusion

“The House and Senate bills each include about $200 million in additional funding for inspectors general. But some observers say that may be insufficient given the demands.” When the government attempts to “stimulate” the economy by spending, inherently the amount spent has a built in feature to skim lots of that money right of the top. The $200 million is to be spent on people watching the people that dole this money out. The people that dole that money out will also need to be paid, so right away a large amount is being spent just on the action of spending.

Then there is another issue. If the people that do the doling out can’t be trusted how can the inspectors be trust since they are being hired by the same people that hired those to be watched? Remember those that do the hiring are representatives of the recipients of the money. ACORN is to get a lot of money. ACORN is a friend of the government, can we all say collusion? The more the government controls the more controls are necessary. Government involvement always includes government control leading to wasteful use of resources. What ever percentage of this bill may stimulate the economy, a large portion will be used up by the government.

We may not be able to stop this bill but we must stop the politicians that are pushing this country towards an unsustainable system doomed to failure. We can work to remove those with socialist agendas and replace them with those in touch with reality and promoting capitalist democracy.

The Call for Dialogue with Muslims is Just Part of The Jihad.

Muslims and others are trying to set the stage for dialogue between Western and Islamic leaders. They are trying to maneuver any discussions to concentrate on what the west must do. They are making demands that the west stop economic sanctions like the ones against Iran, Hamas, Hizbollah and others. There is no talk about what Islam needs to do for better relations with the west.

The leaders of Islam are on a quest to decimate the world’s population of Jews and to subjugate the world to Islam. We do not want to submit to Islam and I am sure that the Jews have no desire to be exterminated to please the warped desires of Islam. Now each side believes that their views are better than the other’s. The main difference between the two is the west is willing to tolerate all religions while Islam can not tolerate other beliefs and independent thought. To them just the mere existence of a different belief is an attack on Islam. This attitude is not conducive to rational debate let alone negotiations for mutual existence. When a country like Iran is calling for the destruction of a nation and a people, calls those that are not in tune with that attitude (including other Muslims nations) as the enemy, and is working on developing nuclear weapons and means to deliver them long range the west is left with only two options; economic sanctions or military action. We need to do what ever we can to prevent the mass murder of a people and the spread of the aggression in the Middle East which will spread to the rest of the world. Sanctions are a humane way of trying to convince Iranians and others to become a better world neighbor; especially since the alternative would bring misery and death to perhaps millions.

The other topic that Islamic leaders and pundits want on the table in “negotiations” is ending support for nations with autocratic governments that do not echo the call to for the destructions of all non-Muslims. I assume they are talking about nations like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and others. These nations are under attack by forces that want to overthrow these governments and replace them with a Caliphate style of rule like the Taliban instituted in Afghanistan. The standard of living in these nations would revert to seventh century Islam, a way of life where women are property and are not allowed an education. All the resources of these nations would be applied to the Islamic war on the west at the expense of the people of those lands.

Agreeing to either of these demands by Islamic leaders would be tantamount to aiding and abetting the goals of those that are on a quest to destroy us. I say Islam needs to accept independent thought, freedom of speech, and respect other religions before we can begin negotiations for mutual benefit.

The west has but one option if Islam does not have a major reformation; we win they lose.

What Mutual Interests?

Obama said “we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect” Let’s examine these “mutual interests”. Muslim Mullahs’ and leaders of Islamic states have made their interests very clear. They are interested in forcing the world to submit to Islam or die. Our interests are to live. Muslims want to stifle independent thought and disallow any behavior beliefs that are not explicit in the Koran. We want freedom of speech. Well off Muslims all over the world are used to having slaves and treat them poorly. We believe in individual liberty. Muslim women are considered property of the father, then the husband, and then their children. Women in the non-Muslim world have rights, they can go to school, own property, and their word in court carries the same weight as that of men. Gee I don’t see too many mutual interests, do you?

U. S. National Socialism Begins

To all those (especially Republicans) that stated they want BHO to succeed, be very careful what you wish for. BHO’s success is not the nation’s success. Our president feels that prosperity is no good when only the prosperous prosper. Taking the socialist sugar coating off that statement it translates to producers should not be the only ones to reap the benefits of their own hard work. Non-producers should also benefit. In other words “to each according to his needs” and “according to his abilities.” Sound familiar?

If there was any thought that he was moving towards the center, it has been dispelled. He is working to socialize as much of our banking and other industries under the guise of stimulus of the economy. Preparations for socializing America has been going on for a long time. By encouraging the merging of many banks into a few large ones, the task to take over the banking industry has been made easier. When there are hundreds of banks and a few go bankrupt it is hard to justify a government take over. Now that so many have merged and others were forced to be taken over that job has been made easier. Two of the largest banks and other institutions are now beholding to the government for their survival. We are on the dawn of the Socialist States of America.

Bi-partisan governing was tossed aside by BHO when he reminded the Republicans in congress the “I won”. He made it plain that the only way for the Republicans to get along with his administration is to just go along with his administration. He has many things he intends to accomplish. Since he knows that he can’t get it all done immediately, he is allowing for some of the previous administration’s actions to continue. That is why he has left certain departments from the Bush administration partially intact with some of the same people . They will be replaced as soon as he takes on those areas.

He has shown his leanings towards the Muslims in Israel’s struggle to survive. He called all the other parties involved before he spoke with Israel’s leaders. I deduce that he intends to impose an agreement on Israel based on Arab demands. Any such agreement will put Israel in a disadvantaged position and most likely will lead to its evnetual demise. Will Israel have the strength and resources to stay alive? It is doubtful if Israel can survive with out the support of America. Even if BHO’s intentions are not to destroy Israel, any agreement based on Arab demands will put Israel in a very vulnerable position. Any ideas as to what BHO will do if Israel suffers an atomic or other WMD attack? He may petition the U. N. to condemn Israel for retaliating.

We are at the dawn of a total reversal of the ideals that this country was founded. All the sacrifices made by brave Americans just may be for nothing, as America goes socialist.

Barack Husain Obama’s Reign Begins

For those that have been waiting for BHO and the Democrat controlled congress to start messing up the country, your wait is over.

BHO signed an executive order to close Guantanamo Detention Center within 12 months and the Democrat controlled Senate Finance Committee approved Geithner as Treasury Secretary despite him being a tax evader.

Timothy Franz Geithner (born August 18, 1961) was the 9th president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In that role he also served as Vice Chairman of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC). So the man that was either asleep at the switch when the economy was tanking or actively part of tanking it will now be in charge of all of America’s money. This is the guy that will be in a position to look the other way as those who put him in charge corrupt the system even more.

Unless BHO’s plan is to execute each and every one of the combatants by year’s end the world will have some of the world’s most dastardly killers out of detention and in a position to continue their quest. These men were captured under conditions that can not stand up in any U.S. civilian courts. Whiteness’ are not available and charges can not be proven. No country contacted has agreed to take this scum of the earth. Since they can not be held, what will BHO do with them, set them free in this country?

General "Black Jack" Pershing

This story was printed in some news papers and purportedly true. Author is unknwon. Dr. Frank E. Vandiver, professor of history at Texas A&M University asserts that the General would never do anything like that. However he also states that it is not true that Muslims detest pork. That statement makes me doubt his other claims since I know that true Muslims will not be around pigs. An example is the Muslim workers at a Midwestern slaughter house refusing to work around pigs.

One important thing to remember is that Muslims detest pork because they believe pigs are filthy animals. Some of them simply refuse to eat it, while others won't even touch pigs at all, nor any of their by-products. To them, eating or touching a pig, its meat, its blood, etc., is to be instantly barred from paradise and doomed to hell.

Just before World War I, there were a number of terrorist attacks against the United States and it's interests by, you guessed it, Muslim extremists.

So General Pershing captured 50 of the terrorists and had them tied to posts execution style. He then had his men bring in two pigs and slaughter them in front of the, now horrified, terrorists.

The soldiers then soaked their bullets in pigs blood, and proceeded to execute 49 of the terrorists by firing squad.

The soldiers then dug a big hole, dumped in the terrorist's bodies and covered them in pig blood, entrails, etc.

They let the 50th man go. And for about the next 42 years, there was not a single attack by a Muslim fanatic anywhere in the world.

Curious Use of Words

The way the Islamic leaders use words have always amused me not in the funny sense. Their use of the word defense is absurd. They are defending them selves by attacking those of other or non-faiths. This is because to them the mere existence of other than Muslims sends a lighting bolt of fear through them. That is because individual thought is alien to the autocratic ways of Islam. In debates they can not legitimize draconian practices as stoning to death women who have been raped, killing those who abandon Islam, or whipping unrelated men and women who have had innocent social contact. Nor do their seventh century practices of women being the property of their father, then their husbands, and then their male children make much sense to the modern enlightened mind. So they are left with converting most by threats of death.

Smaller Government is Liberty

The control that our Federal Government has over the people has grown very close to the status of a dictatorship. Those in government, from elected official, to appointed and elected judiciary, to employees, have tremendous power that is hard for the average citizen to stand against. This trend is directly counter to the reason why this country cut it self off form the British Empire. This is a very dangerous trend and will take this country down the path of ruin. America’s economy is the strongest and most successful the world has every seen. This has enabled our country to be the most generous nation ever. Our strength has helped liberate the world from tyranny several times over. The main ingredients of our success are individual liberty, a good work ethic, entrepreneurish freedom, and a government that does not interfere in the lives of the people.

I urge all to keep in mind the main purpose of the Federal Government as set up by our founders, is to protect the people from enemies foreign and domestic. This formula has served this country well for over two hundred years. Every attempt at controlling the people has had disastrous results. By moving closer and closer to socialism the spirit and strength that has made this the strongest, most tolerant and free nation will be suffocated and the nation will plunge into the quagmire of dependency. Keep our military and security departments strong, allow capitalism to work, and maintain vigilance of criminal activity. Allow the states to educate its citizens to keep our lead in innovation by keeping more revenues at the local level. These things we must keep upmost in our hearts and mind and work to maintain our greatness.

Palestine Issue

Let’s put this issue into perspective. Palestine was never a nation. It was called the Palestinian Territories by the British when they controlled the area. Its inhabitance were Egyptians, Jordanians, Lebanese, and other nationals; mostly Arabs, some Jews and Christians.

When Britain left the area they allocated 80% to the Arabs and a small portion to Jewish settlers. From the start most Arabs wanted 100% and fighting broke out. Territorial lines were set and both Arabs and Jews accept the borders. Both sides ended up with large populations of refugee camps. Israel put its people to work building a prosperous nation. The Arab leaders kept the refugee populations pent up in squalor and poverty where they promoted hate blaming the poverty on the Jews. Most of the world’s aid was used to prepare for war and line the pockets of leaders like Arafat.

The Arab territories were under the control of Egypt, Jordan and Syria when these countries threatened Israel militarily. Israel defeated all three and occupied much of the Palestine Territories. Egypt formally recognized Israel and made peace with Israel. Israel turned over to Egypt all the land it conquered from Egypt including those with large oil deposits. Israel maintained control of the rest of the conquered lands but agreed to give up most on the condition that the rest of the countries that threatened Israel recognize Israel and accept it as a neighbor.

The strife that continues today could have been avoided had the Arab leaders concentrated on building a nation rather than putting all their efforts into fighting Israel.

Envy and hate, not money, is the root of all evil. Only when man stops blaming others for his misfortune and devotes his energies to self improvement will there be world peace. Man needs to stop trying to steal prosperity from others.

How Will this Gaza/Israeli War End?

It is my belief that the war will end with the situation reverting back to the way things were before the war.

On one side we have the Gaza strip whose leaders (knowingly or not acting as surrogates for Iran) won’t be satisfied with anything less than a total destruction of Israel. To them it is not a conflict to be solved by peace with mutual acceptance of each other by the two parties.

The Israeli government has no option other than try to stop Hamas from killing its citizens. It can not allow the indiscriminant slaughter of its civilians. It has to defend its people. How can Israel convince Hamas to become a friendly neighbor? Israel tried by giving up land, providing assistance, and releasing Hamas terrorists. Each attempt at reconciliation was met with a shower of bombs upon its civilian population.

Israel’s moral ethics will not allow it to do what Hamas would gladly do with no mercy. That is the total annihilation of the opposition. The only hope is that the people of the Gaza strip will them selves revolt against Hamas, create a government amiable to having Israel as a neighbor and partner in the Middle East. With the current attitudes I do not see that happening.

The only reason that Israel still exists is its strength and support of the United States. This balance of power is very fragile. When Iran (the puppet master of Hamas, Hizbollah, and others) acquires atomic weapons and the means to deliver them on a large scale, they will (either through surrogates or directly) attack Israel possibly ringing in a new world war. The result of which will decimate many countries in the region. In any case Israel will be lost and its resurrection doubtful in the foreseeable future.

In God We Trust

The reason why “In God We Trust” has been on our currency for many (over 200) years is because this country was founded on Judeo-Christian values, such as the Ten Commandments. These values have been at the crust of all that made this country the strongest, most prosperous, most generous, most fair, and freest country in history. These values have enabled this country to right the wrongs of slavery and women suffrage even as many countries (to this day) deny these rights to so many. We are a country that with these values strongly imbedded in us has fought for these (what we consider) basic rights and freed the world from tyranny several times. Our soldiers have laid down their lives for other countries and never have we used our victory to subjugate those that were vanquished. On the contrary we have helped rebuild them.

Our Constitution guarantees freedom of religion to all. This country never has forced its citizens to worship any particular religion nor did it deny the rights of those that have no faith. That is what separation of church and state means. It guarantees the right of practice to all, including judges, teachers, police, fire fighters, and every other profession. An overwhelming majority of U.S. citizens believe in a god. Those that do not have nothing to fear from those that do. By the same token non-believers do not have the right to deny the right of others to believe and practice their faith nor to silence that expression. Non-believers have no reason to be offended by what is says on our money. It spends the same regardless of one’s beliefs. I can not see any logic in the anger expressed by the faithless.

What Can the Results of Negotiating With Iran Bring?

I just heard Mr. Hooman Majd on FOX NEWS. He says that we need be less aggressive with Iran. To me this goes against all logic. What is there to negotiate about with a regime that discounts the genocide by Nazi Germany, declares the United States as the devil, has a goal of eradicating a whole nation, and insists on developing nuclear weapons whose only purpose can be to dominate the region? This regime is funding terrorists all over the world with goal of conquering the world ruled by an Islamic Caliphate.

The major part of negotiations is for both sides to agree to some of each side’s demands. The west wants Iran to be a good world neighbor. Iran wants to eliminate all that do not embrace Islam, especially the Jews (now and all other faiths and non-faiths later as they are doing within their country.) The only thing that would appease the Iranian leadership is to sacrifice Israel and accommodate them in their desire to become a nuclear power. Even if we acquiesce to their demands what can they offer in return that would benefit the world in the long run? I can’t imagine anything at all.

It has been proven over and over again that might makes right and appeasement shows weakness in this region of the world. When Israel agreed to all the demands of Arafat and the PLO, Arafat rejected the offer. Israel agreed to all the demands and wanted just one thing in return. That was the acceptance of the existence Israel. This acceptance of the terms by Israel took Arafat by complete surprise. He did not think that it would happen and was forced to reject peace on no substantive grounds.

I can not see any resolution the tension between Iran and the rest of the world until Iran gives up its goal to dominate the Middle East by force.

A View on Israel’s Response

Hamas is an organization dedicated to killing all Jews and the destruction of Israel. In an area where might makes right, especially with the Arabs, forceful action is the only way to get respect. Hamas declared an end to a truce to which they have never adhered to either actually or in spirit. At that time the number of rockets hurled at Israeli citizens accelerated. Israel had no other choice but to meet force with greater force. How Hamas is viewed depends on the how far Israelis carry their offensive. If Hamas is decimated they will lose any support by the occupants of Gaza. That will make it feasible for the Palestinians to form a government that can get along with Israel and Israel can help build up the area. This would be a monumental step towards peace in the area. If they are still able to function then Israel’s efforts will be wasted, Hamas will rearm, and it will start all over again.

Israel Hit Me Back First

To Westerners the Muslim mind is an enigma. Muslims do not see the treachery of heaving up to 60 mortars at civilian populations, indiscriminately hitting homes, schools, and childcare centers. Muslims seem not to mind being put into the lines of fire by the stationing of rocket launchers, weapons cashes, and other military activity right in the middle of civilians.

But when the victimized citizen’s military retaliates, as Israel did on December 27th 2008, against Muslim terror activities, they cry foul. They demand the condemnation of Israel, calling the Israelis murderers and terrorists. They refuse to acknowledge that all that has to happen to prevent military strikes is just to stop firing missals at the Israeli population.

They elevate those that murder innocents, like the one who opened fire on religious students indiscriminately, to hero status. They hail their leaders that spend money and manpower on acts of terror and complain that the west does not help them more. What goes through the mind of a person who kills innocent women, men, and children and then complains that the country of those they have just terrorized cuts off their electricity?

The explanation is not that difficult. It just boggles the mind. A Muslim does not consider a non-Muslim as human. Only a Muslim is qualified to have the respect afforded to humans. The rest of us are Infidels not worthy any consideration. To a Muslim the killing of a non-Muslim is like squashing a bug, trapping vermin, or getting rid of some other nuisance. A Muslim is ruled by the Koran and Shari’ah Law and does not need to answer to or abide by the laws of any country. Anything in the possession of an Infidel is for the taking by a Muslim. An Infidel is expected to acquiesce to the demands of a Muslim and cower in his presence.

This is the attitude that has spurred Islam in its attempt to conquer the world. A quest that started over 1,400 years ago by Mohammed and perpetuated by Islamic leaders through to today by the Ayatollah Khomeini, Yasser Arafat, Ahmadinejad, and others. Without a reformation within Islam this quest will continue until they are vanquished or they conquer us all.

A Danger Denied

Despite the surging of secularism and atheism in the western nations, Judeo-Christian beliefs are deeply rooted in our psyche. Too many are hard to comprehend that a religion with its roots in Jewish tradition could be so brutal in modern times. After all the Judeo-Christian ethics are the basis of true democracy, justice, and moral behavior. Before if affects us directly it is also easier to pretend that a danger does not exist rather than to face it. Facing a danger requires action and that would take away form our self indulgent quests.

The leaders of the west are fearful that if the true and barbaric teachings of Islam are realized a back lash could trigger mass retaliation, causing havoc. Governments are leery of disgruntled populations. There has never been a revolution by a content populous. An informed populous might demand action that just might be to difficult for a government to take on.

There are those in our government that feel a reformation in Islam will happen and happen in the not too distant future. There is even a think tank that addresses this expected eventuality on a regular basis. The facts all around the world do not, in my opinion, support this theory. Quite the opposite, we hear the call to world conquest and see the actions of Islamic rulers around the world. Putting murderous hostile actions aside, where ever there is even a small Islamic presence in the west, there are demands on the non-Muslims to aqueous to the ways of Islam such as making prayer areas available in schools and workplaces to Muslims. Islam demands privileges that are denied to other religions, especially Christianity. Many Islamic communities demand that local rule of law be super ceded by Sharia Law and many municipalities, rather than have a significant portion if their constituents unhappy (they want to be re-elected) go along with it. Sharia Law has some very draconian concepts that all good Muslims adhere to. If the west continues to ignore these facts (as is happening all over Europe) western nations will end up being ruled like Iran. A country where the Islamic leaders have absolute power over the government and Sharia Law super cedes all.

An Islamic Caliphate is the biggest danger the world is facing. For over 1,400 years Islam has been on a quest to eradicate any and all other beliefs or none beliefs. If the West does not wake up and soon, the status of women will that of property of the father, then the husband, and then her children. All independent thought will be denied and severely punished. Scientific and social advancement will regress and the masses will be kept stupid and at the mercy of the Mullahs.

How will the Obama Administration do?

The next four years are going to be the most perilous the world has encountered since the Nazi threat of the 1930’s. Obama may or may not be aware of the road he chose to the White house.

First he is in debt to some very nasty people like the corrupt Chicago political machine, Chicago gangsters, and socialist revolutionaries. His view of world politics is at best naïve and at worst despicable. If one refuses to see the enemy he is doomed and so is the country he is governing. Domestically his stated goals are to decimate our military and create an armed National Civilian Security Force. This is reminiscent of Hitler’s youth movement, the Brown Shirts, and the SS, organizations that spied on the populous and then terrified the nation. Nationalizing health care is another very scary proposal. All over the world this way of administrating health care is a huge failure, without exception.

Currently he is confusing people on all sides of the political spectrum. Most of his promise of “change” has taken a back seat to the very established Clinton era with a splash of very left wing radical views. He has accepted as fact his total ignorance of military strategy by keeping (at least for now) the current leadership.

This man needs very close scrutiny in all his actions. His command of rhetoric (which is highly polished and honed) is of no use in decision and policy making. The result of his presidency is dependent on to what extent he will pay back those that have put him in the White House and if he is willing to learn and accept the reality that is facing him. He has the capability learn. We will have to wait and see the path he takes.

What Can Save Our Auto Industry?

The American auto industry has moved away from a capitalist and entrepreneurish system to one based on the demands of consumption. The UAW kept making demands for wages that had nothing to do with the ability to produce a product that the consumer would buy. The management is also not invested in the product but in the value of the stock. Stock value is what has determined their pay, bonuses, and options. The focus has not been on what product will sell at what price but on how much can we suck out of the industry.

Capitalism is based on investment and risk. The investment has been minimal and the risks have not been accounted for. Constantly borrowing to pay wages and benefits without concern for the profitability of the operation is what put the industry in the situation they are in.

To prevent a total collapse of the industry (including suppliers) a rework of operations is necessary, without that no matter how much money is sunk into it, it will collapse completely. Salaries and benefits of management must be based on performance and not stock value or how long they can manage to borrow money to keep afloat. Wages need to be based on the profitability of the product produced. The product lines need to be evaluated as to salability and reduced to those that are profitable.

Once the SOP of the industry is changed then and only then should the government step in with loans to allow the industry to achieve profitability and stabilize the economy.
It is interesting that in the last 30 years Ford Motor Company has been moving production to other countries while Toyota has built 12 new plants in this country. This has produced a $4 billion profit for Toyota in the last reporting period while Ford has lost $9 billion.

Islam is not compatible with the rest of the world

I see very little hope for Islam and the rest of the world to get along. First of all non-secular Islamic regimes are run by Sharia Law. Sharia Law leaves no wiggle room for reformists and governs with strict interpretation of the Koran. In the past any candidate with any reform ideas has been disqualified from any election by the religious leaders (Iran is an example).

Second are two edicts in the Koran. Islam is dedicated to create a World Caliphate ruling the world with Sharia Law that does not allow any opposition. The meaning of Islam is to submit. This means that one becomes a Muslim or accepts dhimmitude. Although the Koran expects Muslims to be truthful with each other it is a different story when dealing with Infidels. According to the Koran it is almost mandatory to lei and use deceit when dealing with Infidels if there is an advantage to Islam to do so. This destroys the creditability of the “moderates”.

Third is that a bad Muslim does not follow the Koran and a good Muslim does.

Capitalism: The Remix?

On December 4, 2008 Sebastian Mallaby wrote in the Washington Post:
The nastier this recession gets, the more people will talk about the discrediting of markets and the failure of deregulation. So the next time the Dow dives off a cliff, splash your face with ice water and remember two things: This end-of-capitalism talk is bunk, and it distracts us from the debate we should be having. The real question is how to manage the necessary shift in the balance of our mixed economy. Outlandish though it may sound now, red-blooded capitalism must be part of the answer.

My comment is:
Capitalism must be more than just a (small) part of the economy. Capitalism’s base are the small entrepreneurs who are willing to take risks and go into business. This becomes very difficult when huge corporations are propped up by governments using taxpayers’ money. When the government becomes the owner or part owner of these huge entities, competition is stifled. This is socialism, a system that does not allow capitalism and is doomed to failure. The production of unwanted/unneeded products or service just consumes. An economy based on consumption can not survive.

All these CEO’s begging the government for bailouts are not capitalists. They have no capital invested in these businesses. They are just trying to protect their enormous salaries and bonuses. They are like government bureaucrats doing all they can to feed an enormous beast at the expense of the taxpayer.

Under a capitalist system people are allowed to succeed and to fail. If the product is needed by the consumer and is affordable the enterprise succeeds. If there is no demand for the product it fails; no matter how much money is infused. In this case it deserves to fail. Only in a socialist system are businesses artificially propped up to keep them going.

The only interference that should be allowed in a capitalist system is not to allow any one business to become so big (a monopoly of sorts) that “it can not be afforded to fail”. In a society with 100 banks, when one fails the impact is small. If there is only one bank and it fails, the impact becomes a calamity.

Social Issues Have Validity in Politics

We have allowed for social issues to become irrelevant and take a back seat in politics for too long. Social issues are what make up the fabric of society. Once society loses its faith and morality it will loose restraint. When that happens too many, not all but many feel no restraint in any endeavor.

Sanctity of life is one of many examples. Ever since abortion was made legal in its present form, it became a form of birth control. I have known women attending UCLA that had a half a dozen abortions prior to graduation. For a student attending UCLA they were free. None of these women considered using protection of any kind. The result is where a large part of society feels no consequences for their actions, no restraint to urges, and loses of nurturing. The last in most instances is a masking of remorse. “Doing the right thing” becomes irrelevant. Self indulgence takes its place. This creates a nation of consumers and production and the desire to achieve is decreased. That is what a socialist state is and an immoral conscienceless society becomes.

Pragmatically social issues can not be the forefront of a political campaign but to maintain a cohesive and productive society they must not be discarded completely. Restraint must be practiced so not to have the government control the populous too far in any direction. Government can not be allowed to legislate morality but should be an example of high moral values and self restraint. It definitely should not facilitate the abdication of responsibility.

America the greatest, most prosperous and generous country’s founding was based on Judeo-Christian values which have played a major part in its success. Those who minimize these values, in order to absolve them selves of guilt for their own success, have tried to replace charity and a helping hand with socialist substitutes mandated by government. We must not abandon that which made this country the most prosperous, most generous, and a champion of freedom and liberty.

ACLU and the Media Ecstatic over Obama Closing Guantanamo

ACLU and the media are cheering Obama’s upcoming closing Guantanamo where Islamic combatants have been held. If he does close Guantanamo what will he do with the combatants?

If they are transferred to the U.S., it is highly likely that they will go in front of a civilian court, thus endangering our intelligence operations by revealing sources and methods of intelligence gathering.

This will be in line with Obama’s desire to decimate our intelligence and military structure. Without an intelligence network, it will be impossible to have an effective method of combating Islamic terror. We will be at great risk.

When this happens, Obama will have an excuse for his Civilian National Security Force. He will ask the citizens to spy on each other, make reports to the government, and intimidate us all into going along with his other plans. If you do not go along you may be jeopardizing your livelihood, and worse even be incarcerated. Remember he intends to arm some of this cadre.

Sometimes You Just Have to Start Over

As a company grows bigger and bigger it can loose sight of its objective, to make a profit. This can happen when the many and large departments of the company become more concerned with their own predominance rather than the company’s. This is called mismanagement. When a company is mismanaged and spends more money than it makes it borrows money. If it continues to out spend its revenues it will go into receivership and better (hopefully) management restructures the company. The first thing to happen in restructuring a company, is to stop all the un-necessary (fat) expenditures. Then a determination is made if the company is viable. If determined to be so, new operating procedures and checks and balances are put into place to assure fiscal responsibility.

This procedure needs to be applied to governments that have lost sight of their purpose and begin to over feed them selves. Their purpose becomes self perpetuating and instead of serving the people it only feeds on them. At a certain point it becomes a beast with an insatiable appetite that the people can’t afford to feed. A restructuring is in order. It is too bad that there is no entity to order such a restructuring. The only ones to take action are the people. This is called a revolution.

No Guilt Here

The Democrat Party has been a master of propaganda and brain washing ever since the end of the Civil War. All up through the 50’s they have worked on convincing American Blacks (and Whites) that there is no place for black people in “White America” and that they have a grievance with Republicans who want to keep them down while at the same time telling them that they are not good enough to take car of them selves. They have been told that since they are not as smart as the whites they need special advantages to get into and graduate from college and that they need special advantages in getting jobs. Rather than giving the blacks a hand up they insisted on giving handouts. Thus keeping them in poverty.

The guilt should be with the Democrats only. Besides, there are more white people that came to America after the Civil War then there were when slavery was rampant. These people like me came to America with no animosity towards the black community. It was the Democrats that kept the blacks segregated and told us to watch out for them.

Like me their first introduction to blacks was in the bible. They were wise, wealthy, and generous. Yes I am talking about the three wise men. That is the impression that I came with to this country. Why the hell should I and all those that came here after the civil war feel guilty. And by the way, how can children be held responsible for the sins of their elders? All (or the majority of) those that were born since the sixties have grown up without the insanity of hatred based on race.

Now that the Democrats have a political base of several generations of citizens convinced that they are disenfranchised (and many affluent ones that agree) they are working on creating a socialist state that will control all the population. The party that says it will “bring us together”, is the same party that has been the single biggest divisive force in this country keeping us apart and at odds.

The Battle is Changing

The speculation as to how the coming Obama administration will handle the defense against Islamic terror is going official. The Washington Post published an article written by Karen De Young entitled “Obama to Explore New Approach in Afghanistan War”. It starts out:

The incoming Obama administration plans to explore a more regional strategy to
the war in Afghanistan -- including possible talks with Iran -- and looks
favorably on the nascent dialogue between the Afghan government and
"reconcilable" elements of the Taliban, according to Obama national security advisers.

From what Obama sources say (who refuse to be identified) focus will be on Afghanistan and away from Iraq. Obama is dead set on getting out of Iraq ASAP. Part of the focus looks like will be to include the Taliban in the Afghan government. Taliban is the faction that ruled Afghanistan with an iron Sharia fist, where the people were not allowed radios, television, playing of music, women getting educated, and murders were sanctioned. They plunged the country into the 7th century.

The focus will narrow primarily on bin Laden. This suggests to me that if he is caught or killed, the Obama administration consider that the end to the campaign on Terror. This does not set well with U.S. military. The article goes on:

Obama, advisers said, plans to intensify the U.S. military and intelligence
focus on al-Qaeda and bin Laden. Intelligence officials say the search is
already as intensive as ever, even as they emphasize that the decentralized
al-Qaeda network would remain a threat without him.

NATO politics (whining) is expressed as the article continues:

Some NATO military officials said enhanced U.S. leadership would be welcome, as
long as it was not seen as a "takeover bid," said one senior European officer
whose country has troops fighting as part of the NATO coalition in Afghanistan.
While the U.S. military has long criticized some NATO members for lacking combat
zeal and expertise in Afghanistan, many European officers resent what they see
as U.S. arrogance.

The NATO officer suggested that Obama, whose election was greeted with wide approval in Europe, may have more success than Bush in persuading other alliance members to increase their fighting forces in Afghanistan. "I think you'll find the new president would then be able to persuade a number of European nations who have not liked this administration's way of doing business to come in behind them," he said.

International military politics has hampered every war effort the U.S. has been involved. In WW I the humiliation of Germany and the cutting up of the spoils of war left many nations very bitter. WW II was a constant battle of who will be in charge and almost cost the allies to lose and at the end left the world divided between western powers and the Soviet Union. The world was under a constant threat of nuclear destruction.

The result of political bickering in this conflict will most assuredly leave the world under more threats. A pull out form Iraq and secession of the battle after the capture or death of bin Laden will plunge Afghanistan and Pakistan into Islamic Sharia rule, empower Iran, jeopardize the sovereignty (existence) of Israel, and leave the world at risk of an Islamic predominance.

Never Ever Give Up.

Now that the price of oil futures is down to around $60.00 a barrel, we must not rest and demand that we drill, drill now, drill deep, and drill everywhere. We can not afford to rest on our laurels and neglect the energy issue like we did in the 70’s after prices of oil began to stabilize. Had we taken the issue seriously then we would not have the crises we have now.

We must urge government and private business to continue with the quest for domestic oil, nuclear, solar, coal, wind, ocean, and other sources of energy. We can not let up if we are to stabilize energy prices, dilute the power of Middle Eastern countries and Russia, and be an active and influential entity in world energy.

Right after the inauguration of the “Chosen One”, we must inundate our state and federal government with letters, emails, phone calls, and faxes with demands for domestic oil production, more nuclear and coal power plants, and tax breaks for research, development of wind and ocean energy sources.

We must also be in touch with talk radio and push the same policies, not only to the conservative programs but to all the programs. If we fall asleep on this we can be assured of more energy crisis to come and with much greater consequences. This is a way to maintain a semblance of the life style America should have. We need not fall to the standards of the rest of the world.

Effective Tactics in the New Political Environment

Those that want to be an effective force in politics will have to learn how to maneuver in a Marxist environment. If Obama maneuvers within our government the same way he did getting to the White House, the changes that will happen in America will necessitate a totally different method to counter the socialist government.

All open opposition will be under great pressure. The Obama White House will use the full power of the government in an attempt to stifle all dissidence. He will use all kinds of tactics to crush opposition.

In his drive to the Illinois Senate, he sued all his competition and won the seat with the help of the courts. In his run for the Senate of the United States he managed to have divorce records released by a California judge to ruin the Republican candidate’s chance (which were excellent) to be elected.

His campaign was financed with money from dubious sources where people used fictitious names to donate multiple times, thus being able to donate more than is allowed per individual by law. Donations of less than $100.00 came to him form around the world, some from governments hostile to America. “Non-partisan” organization supporting Obama were used to lobby and register voters to his side. He used organizations to intimidate voters at voting stations. His oratory was reminiscent of the scapegoating used in the 30’s Germany. He successfully pitted blacks against other races and the working class against businesses that employ them. A Marxist strategy he learned from Bill Ayers. His party managed to decimate our economy to pave a way for “hope” and “change”.

He is a brilliant manipulator of facts and people. This is what he brings with him to the White House. The only way to bring him down is to prevent him from satiating the desires of his varied backers. By preventing him from accomplishing his promises, and he made plenty to many, we can weaken his power. What needs to be done is to turn the various factions in his cadre against each other and him. As long as they are working together we have an insurmountable task.

Overt action must be kept to the minimum but not discarded completely. Covert methods need to be employed. The McCain gentlemen style needs to be put aside for a while.

The Choir Needs Tuning

We really have to get to work. We need to keep our heads clear and not succumb to the socialist propaganda.

Why did so many “Conservative Republicans” who advocate “smaller government” vote for Proposition 2, a proposition bringing us closer to Big Brother style of government and killing individual initiative? This proposition allows anyone to go on private property, “inspect” how a person “treats” its animals, and if they decide that it is not friendly enough have that person fined, demand he makes changes that they feel are necessary, or even arrested. You are not allowed to interfere with their “inspection”.

The economic effect is huge. First we have just pushed more businesses to leave California and dealt a death nail to any businesses to come to this state. This will put many Californians out of work, lower the state’s revenues, and increase the cost of eggs and chickens. Terrific work you “conservatives”.

Don’t ever feel that you are preaching to the choir because not all the members are singing in tune.

These members felt sorry for those poor chickens without knowing all the facts. A chicken spends its whole day looking for food, eating, defecating, and sleeping. That is all it requires out of life. A chicken does not care for the theater or to jump rope or any other activity other than finding food and eating. Instinct makes a chicken sit on its eggs but once hatched a chicken does nothing to nurture the chicks. Its brain can’t comprehend anything else.

Our job is not only to promote conservatism among non-conservatives. We need to reinforce conservatism among our own ranks. Conservatism is not the name of a football team. It is what this country was based on. This country has surpassed all others economical, socially, and politically. We are losing the battle to stay free. We are giving away our freedom for promises that sound good but in the end will destroy democracy. If the Unites States falls to socialism, the world will not have a champion to protect liberty. Remember if it were not for a capitalist America, Germany and Japan would have ended up ruling the world. If it were not for a capitalist America the Soviet Union would be ruling the world. If there is no capitalist America, Islam will rule the world with Sharia Law.
