Ben Carson’s Repeated Warnings: Obama May Use Martial Law To Postpone Election

 

 In one of the most ominous observations ever by a presidential candidate, Dr. Ben Carson has indicated that he believes there may not actually be an election held in 2016 at all.

 

He suggests that President Barack Obama may conjure up multiple reasons why it is not “prudent” to hand over the reins of government to someone besides himself in a time of crisis. And there are a number of troubling indications that Carson may be right. Obama has shown himself to be a believer in not letting a good crisis go to waste, even one that is self created.

We should consider such events as the Ebola virus scare and associated mandatory quarantine as one way to ensure the public is prevented from congregating in the open. The almost $19 trillion in government debt and the possibility that the Chinese yuan could become the world currency of choice could bring the American economy crashing down, leading to massive riots as welfare, EBT, Medicaid and Medicare card failures make them became worthless.

And certainly the potential or even likelihood of Islamic terrorism on our own shores could lead to a widespread crisis, all suggesting that Obama could declare a change of leadership to be “inconvenient” and perhaps even impossible for an indeterminate period.

Obama Prepping to Keep Power

Martial law is declared when it is determined that all civil activities must be managed by government in order to keep the peace and to incorporate crisis management. Most or all constitutional rights are suspended under martial law and only reinstated when the executive feels that the situation is under control.

Obama is unpopular with the military and has been drawing down on the overall numbers and replacing current officers with those who have demonstrated personal loyalty and willingness to “walk the line,” even if it has damaged troop morale or capability. In addition, he has suggested that a “civil national security force” would be of value, which seems directed not at outside threats but directly towards U.S. citizens.

    

On July 2, 2008 at a campaign stop, Obama made the following unscripted statement: “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

Obama has created law enforcement branches in over 70 federal agencies. It is estimated that there are over 120,000 law enforcement agents in the federal government who are not part of traditional law enforcement branches — CIA, FBI, DEA, ATF, DHS, DOJ, and Treasury Dept.

These law enforcement branches Obama has created are not comprised of just one or two security guards. Obama has armed these agencies to the teeth. Maj. General Jerry Curry, a 40 year, decorated, military veteran, wrote an op-ed for The Daily Caller pointing out how, in addition to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrations’ purchase of 46,000 hollow point bullets, the Social Security Administration (SSA) bought 174,000 hollow point bullets.

In reaction to these purchases, Maj. Gen. Curry said, “Hollow point bullets are so lethal that the Geneva Convention does not allow their use on the battlefield in time of war. Hollow point bullets don’t just stop or hurt people, they penetrate the body, spread out, fragment and cause maximum damage to the body’s organs. Death often follows. Potentially each hollow nose bullet represents a dead American. If so, why would the U.S. government want the SSA to kill 174,000 of our citizens, even during a time of civil unrest? Or is the purpose to kill 174,000 of the nation’s military and replace them with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) special security forces, forces loyal to the Administration, not to the Constitution?”

Curry goes on, “In the war in Iraq, our military forces expended approximately 70 million rounds per year. In March (of 2012) DHS ordered 750 million rounds of hollow point ammunition. It then turned around and ordered an additional 750 million rounds of miscellaneous bullets including some that are capable of penetrating walls. This is enough ammunition to empty five rounds into the body of every living American citizen.”

Curry’s final point is something that every American should consider: “Obama is a deadly serious, persistent man. Once he focuses on an object, he pursues it to the end. What is his focus here? … I hope I’m wrong, but something smells rotten. And If the Congress isn’t going to do its duty and investigate this matter fully, the military will have to protect the Constitution, the nation, and our citizens.”

 t is hard to imagine that the president of the United States would violate over 200 years of history with a civilian government peacefully transitioning power to a new chief executive every four or eight years. But Obama has shown himself to be a different kind of president, one who is an ideologue willing to ignore the Constitution and the will of the people in order to ram through his leftist agenda, no matter what the cost. It does not take a lot of imagination to see where Dr. Carson is coming from, nor to see that this plan could be taking shape this very moment in the White House.
