Constitutional Law expert, Ron Gibson joined Jim White and Tim Brown on NorthWest Liberty News to explain what the federal government is according to the U.S. Constitution.
He addresses whether or not America is really a country governed by
the people and for the people. If so, what is the federal government and
why does it exercise so much control over our lives? Some examples
include unconstitutional federal gun laws, which violate the Second Amendment,
the “law” requiring the purchase of health insurance, the numerous
un-elected bureaucrats working in administrative agencies pushing out
regulations that do not represent anyone.
Ron Gibson is a former U.S. Marine and Vietnam veteran and now professional consultant and counselor at law with over 45 years of experience in the fields of land patents, mining law, right of way, contracts, water rights, and constitutional law.
