Wikileaks Just Dropped An Email Grenade Right In Hillary’s Lap… She’s Finished

In a recent interview, Julian Assange sat with ITV to discuss the next release of evidence against Hillary. This time, the goal is to ensure that Hillary will be arrested for her carelessness.

Wikileaks has published 30,322 emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server, spanning over 4 years from June 2010 to August 2014. Assange did not say much about the content of the emails, though he did confirm the group had “accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton, which could proceed to an indictment.”

The emails in the process of being released have various information involving not only her time as Secretary of State but also about the Clinton Foundation. One piece of information, reporters are told, specifies that Hillary ordered a staffer to remove classification settings on an official email from the State Department.

She then reportedly instructed the staffer to send the document through an unsecured email.

“Attorney General Loretta Lynch is not going to indict Hillary Clinton,” an ITV reporter commented. “It’s not possible that could happen. But the FBI could push for new concessions from the Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment.”

Veteran Sits in Prison, Faces 15 Years for Building Ponds on His Own Property

Veteran Sits in Prison, Faces 15 Years for Building Ponds on His Own Property
The Environmental Protection Agency was created in 1970 to address legitimate concerns regarding pollution and contaminants that were potentially dangerous and needed to be managed.

Since then, however, it has become a rogue federal agency of some 18,000 employees issuing unconstitutional mandates and living off of huge, unreasonable fines against businesses and individuals that it targets, and that do not have the means to fight the out-of-control behemoth. The EPA levied a fine against the Wal-Mart Corporation of $110 million for the improper disposal of pesticide products returned to their stores, and the list goes on.

Another story in the news deals with a 77-year old Montana resident who simply wanted to provide watering holes on his property for his horses and to protect his property from fire. The EPA instead has decided to make an example of the senior citizen and to completely destroy his life.

A 77-year old Montana resident is facing 15 years in federal prison for building ponds on and hear his own property, charged by the federal government for discharging dredged and fill material.
The man, disabled veteran Joseph Robertson, also could be fined around $750,000.
“I’m facing 15 years and three-quarters of a million in fines,” Robertson told the Billings Gazette. “What they’re doing to me, the feds, they shouldn’t have the ability to.”
Robertson is scheduled to be sentenced in federal court on July 20, charged with polluting “waters of the United States” and for violating the Clean Water Act.
He says he built the ponds — nine total — to water his horses and protect his property from fire.
The EPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers contend Robertson violated the Act by building the ponds, which sit near a wetland. The government argues that the water should be regulated because it flows into Cataract Creek, and then into the Boulder River, and finally into the Jefferson River, which is about 60 miles away from his property.
Although Robertson lost in a federal jury trial, which no doubt was chock full of expensive attorneys and EPA experts which few citizens could hope to overcome, there were still proponents on Robertson’s side who pointed out the true objective of the EPA.

“In our opinion, there were no measurable or quantitative adverse impacts to the aquatic ecosystem,” Ray Kagel Jr., a former wetlands regulator for the Corps of Engineer, said on Robertson’s behalf. Kagel spent 12 years with the Corps and now runs Kagel Environmental in Rigby, Idaho. Kagel also worked as a project manager for the EPA.
Kagel believes the EPA and the US attorney are simply trying to make an example of Robertson to justify their enforcement efforts.
“It’s kind of like a feather in the cap showing, ‘Wow, what a great job we are doing as an agency based on all these enforcement actions we’ve taken,’” Kagel said, according to The Gazette.
Kagel contends that Robertson did not violate the act because water flows underground for a mile from the ponds to Cataract Creek.
A similar case in Wyoming was filed against Andy Johnson, a young father who also built a stock pond on his property. The EPA threatened him with criminal and civil penalties, including a $37,500 fine per day, which would have continued to grow until the case actually came up to trial. It is easy to see why citizens will give up when contemplating such larceny by the government, though in this case, Johnson actually won his case.

While the EPA serves some valid functions, it is clear that it has outgrown its original purpose and is yet another example of an out-of-control government agency that is intent on growing its own power and control. It should be trimmed back to one tenth its current size, and clear limits should be set on its specific power and authority. That is not likely to happen, and it is representative of why the entire country is ruled by government elites that think they are a law unto themselves.

Shocking Secret Deal Allows Iran to go Nuclear Sooner

Iran Nuclear deal
 Jul 19, 2016

n what appears to be a confirmation of Israel’s suspicions that the Obama administration deceived the public regarding the Iran Nuclear Deal signed last year, a new document has surfaced revealing that Iran can reach the bomb sooner and quicker.
Key restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program imposed under an internationally negotiated deal will start to ease long before the 15-year accord expires, advancing Tehran’s ability to build a bomb even before the end of the pact, according to a document obtained Monday by The Associated Press.
According to the document given to the AP by a diplomat whose work has focused on Iran’s nuclear program for more than a decade, and the authenticity of which was confirmed by another diplomat who possesses the same document, Iran will be able to race to the bomb after just 10 years – not 15 – and will be able to do so within six months – not a year.
The Obama administration has repeatedly stressed that Iran will be prevented from racing to the bomb for 15 years and that it would take Iran a full year to reach nuclear capability.
This document appears to contradict what the Obama administration has been telling the public.

The confidential document is the only text linked to last year’s deal between Iran and six foreign powers that hasn’t been made public, although US officials say members of Congress who expressed interest were briefed on its substance.
Both demanded anonymity because they were not authorized to share or discuss the document.

The diplomat who shared the text with the AP described it as an add-on agreement to the nuclear deal in the form of a document submitted by Iran to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) outlining its plans to expand its uranium enrichment program after the first 10 years of the nuclear deal.

But while formally separate from the bigger nuclear accord, he said that it was in effect an integral part of that pact and had been approved by the US, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany, the six powers that negotiated the deal with Tehran.

Weapons Grade Uranium in Shorter Time

Details published earlier outline most restraints on Iran’s nuclear program meant to reduce the threat that Tehran will turn nuclear activities it says are peaceful to making weapons.

But although some of the constraints extend for 15 years, documents in the public domain are short on details of what happens with Iran’s most proliferation-prone nuclear activity — its uranium enrichment — beyond the first 10 years of the agreement.

The document obtained by the AP fills in the gap. It says that as of January 2027 — 11 years after the deal was implemented — Iran will start replacing its mainstay centrifuges with thousands of advanced machines, which it is already testing.

Centrifuges churn out uranium to levels that can range from use as reactor fuel and for medical and research purposes to much higher levels for the core of a nuclear warhead. From year 11 to 13, says the document, Iran will install centrifuges up to five times as efficient as the 5,060 machines it is now restricted to using.

Those new models will number less than those being used now, ranging between 2,500 and 3,500, depending on their efficiency, according to the document. But because they are more effective, they will allow Iran to enrich at more than twice the rate it is doing now.

Components other than centrifuge numbers and efficiency also go into the mix of how quickly a nation can make a nuclear weapon. They include how much enriched uranium it has to work with, and restrictions on Iran’s stockpile extend until the end of the deal, crimping its full enrichment program.
But a comparison of outputs between the old and newer machines shows the newer ones work at double the enrichment rate. That means they would reduce the time Iran could make enough weapons grade uranium to six months or less from present estimates of one year.
And that time frame could shrink even more. While the document doesn’t say what happens with centrifuge numbers and types past year 13, US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz said that Iran will be free to install any number of advanced centrifuges beyond that point, even though the nuclear deal extends two additional years.

That will give Iran a huge potential boost in enrichment capacity, including bomb making should it choose to do so. But it can be put to use only after the deal expires.
Moniz noted that the limit on the amount of low-enriched enriched uranium Iran will be allowed to store will remain at 300 kilograms (660 pounds) for the full 15 years, significantly below the amount needed for further enrichment into a bomb. As well, the stockpile will remain restricted to a level used for reactor fuel that is well below weapons grade.

These restrictions translate into “serious constraints on … (Iran’s) nuclear program for 15 years,” Moniz said.

Obama Continues to Defend Deal

In selling the deal to skeptics, the US administration said it is tailored to ensure that Iran would need at least 12 months to “break out” and make enough weapons grade uranium for at least one weapon. Moniz said the document obtained by the AP posed no contradiction to that claim because “we made it very clear that we were focused on 10 years on the minimum one-year breakout time.”

The document also notes that Iran will greatly expand its work with centrifuges that are even more advanced, including large-scale testing in preparation for the deal’s expiry 15 years after its implementation on Jan. 18.

But State Department spokesman Mark Toner said that “the prohibition on Iran’s pursuit of a nuclear weapon — and our ability to monitor the peaceful nature of its nuclear program — remains in effect indefinitely.

“The breakout time does not go off a cliff nor do we believe that it would be cut in half, to six months, by year 11,” he said.

Iran insists it is not interested in nuclear weapons, and the pact is being closely monitored by the International Atomic Energy Agency. The IAEA says Tehran has essentially kept to its commitments since the agreement was implemented, a little more than six months after Iran and the six powers finalized it on July 14, 2015.

Marking the agreement’s anniversary Thursday, President Barack Obama said it has succeeded in rolling back Iran’s nuclear program, “avoiding further conflict and making us safer.” But opposition from US Republicans could increase with the revelation that Iran’s potential breakout time would be more than halved over the last few years of the pact.

Israel Remains Fearful of Iranian Bomb

Also opposed is Israel, which in the past has threatened to strike Iran if it believes that Tehran is close to making a nuclear weapon. Alluding to that possibility, David Albright, whose Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security is a US government go-to resource on Iran’s nuclear program, said the plan outlined in the document “will create a great deal of instability and possibly even lead to war, if regional tensions have not subsided.”
The bigger nuclear deal provides Iran with sanctions relief in exchange for its nuclear constraints. But before going into recess, the US Congress last week approved a bill to impose new sanctions for Tehran’s continuing development and testing of ballistic missiles, a program the White House says is meant to carry atomic warheads even if it is not part of the nuclear agreement.

It also approved a measure that calls for prohibiting the Obama administration from buying more of Iran’s heavy water, a key component in certain nuclear reactors.

The White House has said removing the country’s surplus heavy water denies Tehran access to a material that may be stored for potential nuclear weapons production. But critics note that the purchase was made only after Iran exceeded heavy water limits proscribed by the nuclear deal and assert it rewarded Tehran for violating the agreement.

Social justice warriors spent years fervently fighting to get more blockbuster films starring women. Comic-Con’s debut of the Wonder Woman trailer, has triggered an uproar of these same liberals, indignant that lead actress, Gal Gadot, is an Israeli woman and proud veteran of the Israeli army.

Conscripted into the Israeli Defense Forces at 20, Gal Gadot served two years, where she excelled in the physically daunting boot camp, and went on to serve as combat trainer. She studied law for a year, but after being discovered by a casting director went on to persue her career in film. Putting her combat training to use, Gadot does all her stunts herself. After finishing her service in the army, Gal married her fiancé, and went on to have a baby girl.

In an interview with People Magazine, Gadot elucidated on the importance of strong female characters in popular culture. Keen on passing her values of independence, courage and hard work to her daughter, Gadot explained, “It is so important for girls and boys to have a female, strong, superhero to look up to.”

Trump: 'I'm Afraid the Election Is Going to Be Rigged'

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump speaks during a campaign rally in Columbus, Ohio, on Monday, Aug. 1, 2016.

Donald Trump says he's afraid the general election in November will be rigged, but didn't elaborate on the comment at a rally in Ohio Monday afternoon.

"I'm afraid the election is going to be rigged, I have to be honest," the Republican nominee for president said, in remarks that did not mention the controversy generated by his comments about the parents of a slain U.S. soldier.
Trump said he felt the Democrats had fixed their primary system so Hillary Clinton, whom Trump later called "the devil" at a rally in Pennsylvania, could defeat Bernie Sanders and claimed that the Republican nomination would have also been stolen from him had he not won "by such tremendous margins."

If the remark is more than just an offhand comment, it would seem to threaten the tradition of peacefully contested elections and challenge the very essence of a fair democratic process. He repeated the charge Monday night on Fox News Channel's "Hannity," asserting that the election "is going to be rigged" and that Republicans should watch closely.

Associated Press requests to Trump's campaign for additional explanation were not returned.

"I could have a very nice life right now; I don't have to be with you people, ranting and raving," he said at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, after noting that "it takes guts" to run for president.
The rally was held after President Barack Obama spoke at the annual convention of the Disabled American Veterans in Atlanta, implicitly admonishing Trump by saying no one has given more for American freedom and security than the families of those who have died for their country. Obama's statement was the latest rebuke from a politician, following comments critical of Trump from both parties over the weekend.

Trump had taken issue with the Muslim parents of Army Capt. Humayun Khan, who was killed in Iraq over a decade ago. They spoke out against Trump at the Democratic National Convention, sparking a back-and-forth between Trump and the parents in the press.

Trump spoke to reporters before the Ohio rally, but did not address the Khan family controversy, NBC News' Hallie Jackson reported. He also made no mention of the issue in Pennsylvania, though he said there that if he doesn't win on Nov. 8, he will consider running for president "a tremendous waste of time, energy and money."

"I would have rather lost a year ago, it would have been easier," he told the crowd in a Harrisburg-area high school, urging them to bring their friends to vote.
While Trump may suspect some wrongdoing in the election, he sounded a more optimistic note about his own campaign at the Ohio rally, saying over 500,000 small donors had contributed $35.8 million in the last month, with an average donation of $69.

If true — he said that his campaign would be announcing the figures soon — it would nearly equal the $39.4 million he received in total contributions he received from April 2, 2015 to June 30, 2016, according to FEC filings.

Trump compared himself to Sanders, who funded his presidential bid through small donors. Trump said the money both of them have collected is evidence of "a movement."
Trump and Clinton both must report their July fundraising information to federal regulators by Aug. 20.
