I am not a big supporter of Mitt Romney but having experience with turnaround companies I must clear something up. In the late 70's Pertec's techknowledgy was outdated and had little if any hope of continuing. So the new management bought up a bunch of computer companies with similar issues. They sold off everything that was thought to have future value. Cut expenses to the bone and went bankrupt. Top middle, and some lower level management did well (they saw what was coming and prepared for it) but most employees were about of a job. This was a calculated plan. My next encounter with a capital venture company was as a computer dealer of Rexon and other products. Two venture capital companies took over the operations of Rexon and a tape drive company started and operated by Sr. Ben Wang. Both companies had a large investment in technkowledgy that was being surpassed by new ones. The investment for these two companies to compete was just too much. The venture capital companies sold off everything they could and drained off everything leaving nothing but skin and bone. Rexon and Wangtech went under. Again management and the venture capital companies did very well while Rexon and Wangtech employees were out of jobs. There was no hope for any other outcome. The action taken by the venture capital companies was not antagonistic towards anyone. They did not start out to raid these companies. They brought about a strategic end. Much like an army would retreat and save what was possible. Yes the venture capital companies made a bunch of money but they did not steal from anyone. In a capitalistic system there is the possibility of losing. There is a risk involved with a chance of making a profit. Not all will survive, just like in nature. The company that Mitt Romney ran helped many companies to better times, some were doomed to fail. That is business. A much better outcome than when the government decides who will benefit from taxpayer funds. It is not a perfect system but the best that there is

Immigration Policy Changes

Children born to visitors to America (tourists, diplomats, students, and those who entered without a valid visa) residing in America cannot be eligible for citizenship simply due to being on American soil. Other than in emergency cases, neither the states, nor Federal Government have no obligation to pick up the medical expenses of foreign visitors. All visitors must have means to sustain themselves for the entire duration of visit prior to receiving a visa to enter America. They will not be eligible for any social services provided by State or Federal government. Those who entered our country illegally are subject to deportation based on an individual review of circumstances for them being in this country. Economic situation in their home country or medical needs without the means to pay for them is not a valid reason for them to stay. Only reasonable fear for their safety or life if they return to their home country will be considered as a reason for being allowed to continue their stay. Most importantly, our borders must be secured to prevent illegal entry.

Ignorance of Islam is Helping the Enemy

It is mind boggling to listen to people who one might think are critical thinkers, show how ignorant they are to the greatest danger to western enlightened way of life. A war waged for over 1,400 years is coming to a head and so many “leaders” refuse to see, hear, or talk about it candidly.

The word “PEACE” does not have the same meaning in Islam as it does to the rest of the world. To Islam “peace” can only reside in the lands under Islam and Sharia rule. Islam divides the world into two sections, the house of “peace”, and the house of war. The house of war is anywhere that is not under Islamist control. That is where you and I live. By this definition, the west is at war with Islam and Islam must defend itself by massacring all those who do not submit to Islam. The Koran insists that non-believers, without lifting a finger, are attacking Islam just by not accepting Allah as the one and only true god. Therefore Islam is defending itself as its followers go around the world destroying property, torturing, and murdering non-believers. The truth about Islam needs to be brought out in the open and recognized by the masses. That includes many Muslims who have no clue as how ridiculous the concept of non-aggression by the non-believers can threaten Muslims.

Those who believe that there is a reformation coming to Islam should be careful what they wish for. The reformation in Christianity was not a refining or change but reaffirming its original teachings. It erased the man made twisting of the religion, like the Salem witch trials and other abominations. A reformation within Islam will bring it closer for strict interpretation of the Koran where it states “never make friends with the people of the book”. The Jews and Christians are the people of the book (Bible). Unlike the Bible that teaches true peace and tolerance, the Koran promotes the eradication of all that is not Islam. Every Buddhist in Afghanistan was murdered and all historical records, temples, and historical artifacts were destroyed.

No one can get along with Islam except as a slave. If we all do not recognize this fact, we all be slaves or dead.

I encourage you all to campaign vigorously and positively for you candidate in the primaries. But be sure you vetted your candidate thoroughly. Forget about the opponent’s negatives. Just push all the reasons why your candidate should get elected. Negative campaigning in primary elections must be avoided. After the primary election it is our duty to get behind the primary winner of our party. This is very important. Even if your candidate is not selected put all your effort into supporting the one who was elected. That candidate most assuredly is much closer to your beliefs than the opposing party’s candidate. We can’t all have everything our way 100%. Realizing this and being able to live with is the mature thing to do. Let’s not be little children, pick up our marbles and go home. The candidate of our party is the one to support. I urge all grass roots workers to do the responsible thing. That goes especially for the candidates who did not make the cut. Do not let your disappointment punish your party’s candidate by voting for some miner candidate who you know has no chance of being elected or not voting at all which is tantamount to voting for the opposition. If you analyze the situation critically and logically, you will realize that your party’s candidate is with you at least 80% of the way, much closer to your beliefs than the opposition’s candidate. Do not cut off your nose to spite your face. You will be hurting yourself. There may be exceptions, for instance if the Democrat is more of a conservative (Highly unlikely) than the Republican or the Republican candidate is a plant by the Dems. How could the latter happen you ask? Only by us not ferreting that candidate out in the primaries. The enemy within our Party has been us. We must not lose one other election due to childish emotions. There is too much at stake.

Don’t Let The Obama Machine Fool You Again

There is an old saying; “fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.” If we are taken in once, it might not be our fault. The second time we can only blame ourselves. The Obama machine fooled America and we elected him to the highest most powerful position in the world. He has been dismantling all that America was. The people have become disenchanted with him and his cadre. His reelection to a second term is in jeopardy. He is now campaigning for reelection.

He has been raising money for quite some time. He has or will have over a billion dollars in his campaign chest and has already started to spend it. To help keep America dependent on foreign energy sources he has pressured large corporations into promoting his “green” agenda. Today I saw a commercial promoting ethanol use in gasoline. A practice that is causing price increases in corn and corn products. This caused price increases in other items all over the world. Corn is used to feed farm animals. When it costs more to raise pigs, cattle, and chickens the price of these items is raised and we all have to pay more at the grocery store. It takes around 27 pounds of corn to distill one gallon of gas. This raises the price of gas, lot more than we think. Our government subsidizes the growing of corn. This is one way this administration is ruining America’s economy.

These people are doing everything they can to bring America to its knees. They are stubbornly keeping us from exploiting our own oil and natural gas reserves. At the same time we just gave billions of dollars to Brazil so they can hire the Chinese to drill for their oil. Not only that, but Obama promised to buy it. First we are denied to drill our deposits, denying American jobs and economic growth. Then we will have to spend more money to buy foreign oil.

These and his other actions are shoving America in to an even deeper economic hole. He is using the EPA to increase the price of energy which in turn raises the cost of everything else. During his campaign for president he vowed to bankrupt the coal industry. Coal is the major generator of America’s electricity. He is attacking our industries further hurting the economy.

This man cannot be allowed another term in the White House. Four more years and America will be in ruins. Ruining America’s economy not only makes Americans poor, it weakens America, including our police and military. If things continue, America will be vulnerable to attack. There are forces out there that are attacking us right now and soon we will not have the resources to defend ourselves.

Up until these past few months, Obama could not be accused of being too patriotic. He did not put his arm over his heart during the playing of the National Anthem. For years he refused to wear the American Flag Pendent. Instead of meeting with wounded troops he went to play basketball. There were many other incidences where he passed on honoring our military. He is against a day of prayer that every president before him participated in but he did pray with the Muslims on an Islamic Holy day. Now that the killing of Usama Bin Ladin was thrown into his lap he has said “God Bless” more times than during all the time he was running for president and after. He is honoring the troops that he ignored before. He has said “God Bless the troops” and “God Bless America” in his speeches about the killing of UBL. Finely he paid tribute the heroes of 9/11 in New York. It is just a ploy to mesmerize us. The man is on a campaign trail.

He has never stopped campaigning. We must no fall for his deceitful speeches. His intentions are not honorable. Reelecting him or any of his cadre in the Senate and House will bring America to ruin. We need people who will lift America to greater heights not those who are diminishing America’s greatness. November 2012 may be the last chance we have to rescue current and future American generations. Don’t let this opportunity pass by. Vet new candidates, select the right ones, and work hard to elect them.

Barak Husain Obama deserves no accolades for the death of UBL

When engaged in a war there should be only one goal that is to win. The feelings of the enemy can’t be part of the decision making in how to conduct a war. Much of the world Muslim community considered Usama Bin Laden a holy man. Well apparently so did our president. Our president scoffed at the National Day of Prayer yet he participated in prayer during a Muslim Holy Day. It was the decision of his administration to conduct Muslims services for the leader of people that have nothing but contempt for us. Muslims have hacked off the heads of news reporters, defiled the bodies of our military, tortured and raped civilians, pushed a man in wheel chair in to the ocean, and forced its own children back into a burning building because they were female and were not wearing head scarves. Usama Bin Laden inspired the incineration of almost three thousand unsuspecting innocent civilians. This man was the leader of the people that attacked the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington DC. The devastation of life and our economy was horrendous. After all this and much more how much respect did we owe people who celebrated these events in the streets by dancing, shooting into the air, and giving children candy? I do not feel a movement that is working very actively to shred our Constitution and replace it with a primitive 7th century mentality of Sharia Law deserves any respect at all. We are being attacked on many fronts. They are wrong and we are right. We must win and they must lose.

Some, even so called conservatives, praised president Obama for making a “gutsy” call. A call he had to make. If he did not give his ok to the elimination of America’s worst enemy he would have paid a heavy price had it become public that he let Usama Bin Laden escape. There was nothing “gutsy” about his decision. He was forced into it. Many American lives were lost hunting down this miserable excuse for a human being. He was caught because of the efforts set up by the previous administration. The “gutsy” call was made by the passengers of the third hijacked airplane when they said “let’s Rock ‘N’ Roll” and forced the plane to crash into a field. “Gutsy” calls were made by the men and women fighting our enemy. It was a “gutsy” call to hunt down our enemies. Our current president just happened to be on watch when the opportunity came to eradicate Usama Bin Laden. He had very little to do with it.

Put America First

We helped the Muslims get rid of the Soviet Union occupation and what did we get for it? Four plane loads of our people being incinerated as two took out the World Trade towers, one slammed into the Pentagon, and one is a grave in a field. Almost 3,000 people died. We got in the middle of the strife in the former Yugoslavia and all sides now hate us. We liberated Kuwait from a despot and they cannot wait for us to get the hell out of there. Why does our government insist on helping out the wrong side? The Egyptian dictator was just about the only one helping to keep a somewhat truce with Israel. Now every country that helped to restrain terrorism to one degree or another is now in danger of being totally controlled by people who really hate us. These people are attacking us abroad and the home front.

America is under attack by one enemy that is both foreign and domestic. This is the enemy that attacked our military barracks around the world, held embassy employees hostage, blew up cafés frequented by overseas Americans, killed our sailors on board ships in foreign ports, and many other such atrocities. This same enemy killed almost 3,000 in New York, the pentagon, and the passengers in an airborne America plane. This enemy killed 13 people on a military post in this country and made many attempts to bomb crowded area in America. The one common denominator in all these events is the cry “Allah-uh Akbar”, the last expression of those who attack Americans and others just before their evil deed. This cry tells all, the reason for the attacks. It is the ideology of a barbaric seventh century mind set teachings of Muhammad.

It is time for our government to put America first. Stop sending foreign aid to countries that hate us. Stop spending money on wars that end with us having more enemies. Stop wasting the lives of our brave men and women. Stop worshiping at the altar of a Global Government. Stop putting the needs and wants of foreigners ahead of the many Americans that need a hand up. Just put America first.

We Can and Must Fix the System

People have been led (wrongly) to believe that Social Security would be a major part of their retirement income and Medicare would cover their healthcare. Both have been mismanaged and wrought with fraud. SS funds have been raided for decades. Since our legislators felt it more important to fund studies such as the sex lives of bugs, paying for monuments to themselves, restoration of Mosques in places like Saudi Arabia and Egypt (very oil rich countries), and aid to countries whose leaders live high on the hog by siphoning off most of the aid money while their people live in squalor. We spend millions on the UN which has become a forum and force for evil. Now there is talk of denying retired people who have contributed to SS and Medicare for their entire working life. That is despicable.

Our legislators have mismanaged revenues. It’s time things get set right. Stop handing out money on non-deserving projects. Let’s take care of American citizens first. Then if there is anything left over, we can take a look at what we can do for others. Tax money must never be spent on self promoting projects. There are Federal projects that should be taken care of by the states. Federal Education Department should be disbanded. How can Washington DC handle the schools in California or Appalachia when schools in their own district are failing? On what basis do the Feds feel they can run the private financial system when they have no clue on how to live within their means?

The Federal Government was established for the sole purpose of protecting the citizens of America. Yet they refuse to protect our borders but do provide special privileges to illegal foreigners at the expense of taxpaying Americans. Americans pay more for out of state tuition than foreigners with no legal status in this country. There are illegals with several children born here with all expenses paid for by tax money while too many Americans are dying because they can’t afford to pay for healthcare. Islamists from all over the world are determined to rip up our Constitution and replace it with Sharia Law. The Feds seem to be aiding and abetting this onslaught. There is something very wrong with this picture.

There are solutions available but our leaders do not see them. They have morphed into a type of special kind of royalty that has lost touch with the people. Just like the lords and kings of olden days, they look at the population as subjects to rule over instead of serving them. They have lost touch with the basis that this country was based on, a government of the people, for the people, and by the people.

America is becoming a top down ruled country. We are too close to being a socialist dictatorship. The Feds are employing socialist methods and justifying them with Marxist ideology, an ideology that has failed miserably. It is time to implement the KISS method, keep it simple stupid. Our government is too large, too complicated, and too cumbersome to have any semblance of efficiency. We must vet new candidates, pick the right ones, and work hard to elect them to replace those who are ruining America. If these new officials won’t size down the government then they too must be replaced until we get the right people into office.

Obama is Lowering Our Standard of Living

The Obama administration’s goal has been and still is to plunge America to a standard of living on par with Third World nations. Prior to the spill in the Gulf it took two weeks to process applications to drill new wells. Since the spill 5 requests have been waiting for three to nine months. He is using any excuse to raise the price of oil so that fewer and fewer people can afford to drive their vehicles, strangle the air transportation industry, make it more and more expensive to transport goods across the country, endanger supplies and their transport to our troops, and generally weaken our national security.

At a time when the oil providing nations are in political turmoil and the world oil supplies are in danger, we should be drilling and exploiting our own energy sources. We need more sites pumping oil, more refineries, more nuclear plants, and reduced restrictions on producing reusable energy sources.

The solution is private enterprise not government mismanagement, waste, and corruption. The American entrepreneur and worker, if left alone with less government interference, can make this nation strong, powerful, and respected again. Now is the time for action. We need to make some changes in Congress and the Administration.

Moderate or Radical Islam, is There a Difference?

Reading various article concerning Islam I am confused by the terms “radical” and “moderate” Islam. Exactly what do these terms mean? Other than maintaining a cast system, (the rich and powerful versus the poor and enslaved, the privileges of men and the denigration of women) the main goal of Islam is to conquer the world and have it submit to a World Caliphate and Sharia Law or die. What part of this goal can be called “moderate”?

Lands that are overrun by Islam have very cruel solutions to the Infidels. They must submit to Islam, either by conversion or accepting to live in dhimmitude. All who refuse to submit are murdered. A dhimmi must give up his or her space (be it a seat or their home) to a Muslim. He is required to pay a special tax and stay out of the way of a Muslim. They are not allowed to congregate to worship other than Allah. They may not wear symbols of any other religion. They are not allowed to poses a Bible. Men are not allowed to marry Muslim women unless the man converts to Islam. A Muslim man can take a non-Muslim woman, since women are considered property.

We must stop making a distinction between “radical” and “moderate” Muslims. All Muslims have one goal. That is to dominate us all and eradicate all that is/was not Islam. Since the early 600 AD, Islam has been waging war on the rest of the world. The sooner we realize and face this fact the better we’ll be off.

The Obamacare Fallacy

American people are torn between the reality they know and the hope of change that promises a fairytale world. In the real world nothing is free. In the world of maidens being rescued from fire breathing dragons by princes with universal healthcare, there just might be.

All insurance programs depend on one thing; the number of people paying into the system is greater than those drawing on its resources. It is based on simple math that anyone should be able figure out, even though our schools are not doing too well with teaching math. The only way Obama’s healthcare program has any hope of working at all is if ever person pays into the system from birth. The way it is now the healthy ones can opt out of the system by paying a minor penalty. The result cannot be anything else but bankruptcy. Deposits of one dollar and withdraws $100.00 will result in a negative balance or subsidizing the account with taxpayer’s money; you know, redistribution of assets and that is not sustainable for long.

Since our courts have ruled demands for mandatory participation is unconstitutional and without it the program cannot work, this bill has to be repealed now and a new start for an improved system allowing cross state participation and competition, reformed tort system, and improved record keeping and communication.

Return to Capitalistic Entrepreneurism is Way Overdue

It is time we push our governments (from federal to state to local) to lift the restrictions on exploiting all our available resources and stop trying to artificially create an economy. A Mass. 'Clean Energy' Plant is closing after $58 million in state aid. Evergreen Solar calls itself a victim of weak demand and competition from cheaper suppliers in China. A major reason for low demand is that business and individuals realize that switching to solar energy is a huge investment (that may or may not be pay off) and not a prudent move in an uncertain economy. Unemployment hovering around 10%, prices constantly going up (due largely to cost of oil being pushed up by OPEC), and a financial system constantly being manipulated by the government and the chosen few (favored by the government) are not conditions for investment in anything but the bare necessities.

Evergreen Solar is not an isolated case. Every time a government meddles with business the economic deteriorates. A robust economy works best in a supply and demand environment, not with artificial stimulants. We watched a huge experiment that spanned half the world, took forty years, made millions of people miserable, killed countless number of people, and in the end failed. How many times and ways will people keep banking their heads against the wall before they realize that all they are accomplishing is a massive headache?

While we develop new sources of energy (and new means of using it) we need to exploit the resources that are readily available. This will lower the price of energy and provide the profits to invest in research and development to get to where we need to be. Restricting our economy only makes it harder and eventually impossible to achieve our goals. We need to be smart about it and not deny the opportunity to succeed. Success will come via ingenuity by individuals free to experiment, try, fail, and succeed.

The National Education Association of the United States and the Democrat Party has announced its true intention without any masking. They have told us blatantly, it is control over the lives of future generations, even more so than they already have. We have been told that they intend to do the same thing that Hitler did by instituting his Hitler Youth movement and the Pioneers of the Soviet Union.

While Obama’s children are attending a private school, this administration ended the voucher program for all other children in DC. While the public schools are not good enough for their children, they have denied a better education for children of middle and low income families. They are determined to brainwash our children with Marxist propaganda, something they can’t do to the kids attending schools that concentrate on basic education; math, science, literature, and true history.

What has single-payer socialized medicine, immigration “reform”, a Cesar Chavez national holiday, special rights on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity and expression, special rights on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity and expression, abortion on demand, affirmative action, repeal of right to world laws, got to do with basic education? Nothing but these and many other things that have nothing to with education are all part of the agenda of the NEA of US.

Their goal is to prepare our children for a social paradise and a Marxist dictatorship. We must resist their efforts of enslaving future citizens of this once great country. The NEA must be declared a subversive organization with the intent of destruction of America as we know it.

Sharia Law vs. Our Constitution

America is the envy of the world. For the past hundred years we have been the most prosperous, moat powerful, and most generous country the world has ever known. America is the country where ingenuity and initiative is possible. America is the nation that has brought most of the innovations that the world has benefitted from. The ability to achieve this height of prosperity, protect the world from despots (like Hitler), and be the most generous nation ever, is made possible by one document, our Constitution. This single document is the corner stone of freedom and liberty.

Sharia Law is to Islam what our Constitution to America. Sharia Law is a collection of edicts hanging on to a 7th century mentality of “might makes right” that denies individual freedom, denies liberty, and imposes draconian punishment that does not fit the (supposed) crime. If America was founded on Sharia Law it would be a totally different country. We would be ruled by uneducated men that would have stifled any and all scientific and social progress. Most of the citizens would be pore, many enslaved, and under yoke of oppression. Since Sharia Law does not allow individual thought especially questioning any aspect of Islam, most of us would be living as serfs. Since Islam puts women in the category of beasts of burden without the right for a formal education there would be no women doctors. Without women doctors women would not be afforded medical attention since an unrelated man can not touch or even look at a woman. How many families can say they have a doctor in the family?

It is the goal of Islam to rule the world under a World Caliphate. Practicing Muslims in America want Sharia Law to replace our Constitution. Replacing our Constitution with Sharia Law will be a disaster not only for America but for the whole world. Instead of more text books about Islam, our schools should be concentrating on teaching the virtues of living in a land of liberty and individual freedom. A land where the heights one can reach are dependent on one’s ability, determination, and willingness to work hard; not by circumstances of birth or the whims of self proclaimed messengers of God.

How Much Campaigning is Too Much?

This president spews more bovine excrement than a carnie hustler. This man has spent the majority of his political stint campaigning. In Illinois he voted “present” most o f the time. Perhaps he did not spend any time on the issues since he was planning his run for the US Senate. Once he got to the US Senate, he immediately started to campaign for his run for the Presidency.

Because the path he wants to lead this country is so incredibly wrong, he has to constantly try to convince us to go along with him. When he stops bloviating and we get to analyze the issues critically, we realize how wrong he is. This past election is evidence that the people are not convinced that his way is the right path for our country. His campaigning did not help his socialist/Marxist cause.

Get ready for the snake oil salesman selling his poison. I am sure his campaign for the virtues (sic) of a socialist paradise will be hard, loud, and even threatening. Even though the Democrats, with a total majority in both houses, completely ignored Republicans, their campaign will center on compromise and bipartisan cooperation. When they had all the power their slogan as “we won you lost” so shut up. Now they will try to convince the people that to compromise is a moral virtue. Like hell it is. This country is an ideological struggle between what made this country great and what made so many miserable in countries around the world. Their way enslaved millions; behind the Iron Curtain of the Soviet Socialist Union, China, Cuba, and others. Let’s hope that he won’t be able to fool all of the people all of the time.

Can’t We All Just Get Along?

Hell no! Why should we even try? The Democrats keep talking about compromise as if compromise is always a good thing under any and all circumstances. Compromise in politics is like alcohol. The road that the progressives in Congress , Obama, and his group of socialists/Marxist Czars and appointees are taking America directly in the opposite direction the people want to travel. In the past two years we have witnessed a huge growth of government, unprecedented deficit spending, and loss of freedom, and liberty that has brought us too close to USSR style socialism. How can there be bi-party-ism if compromise is impossible without trashing the Constitution and abandonment of our core values? The one thing that got my attention in this article is his opening statement, “I am shocked how ignorant you guys are about Islam and its fundamental tenants”. I for one am not ignorant about Islam’s core. I have studied the Koran, Hadith, and Sharia Law for over 6 years. I am cognisant of the many facets that were taken from the Judeo-Christian faiths and the changes that were made to suit Mohamed. Judeo-Christian values are based on the Ten Commandments which begin with “Thou shall not” and then list forbidden egregious activities. It does not have caveats or exclusion of people of other faiths or non-faiths. The Koran forbids deceit of true believers of Islam. But encourages, even demands it when dealing with the infidels if it is to the advantage of Islam. Even today, it accepts slavery as the norm, especially women, masked as a defense of women.

I also have eyes and ears and a critical mind. I can see despicable acts perpetrated under the guise of doing Allah’s work as stated in the Koran, such as the murder (suicide attacks, beheading, shooting, bombing) of the innocent, infirm, and elderly. I can hear the religious leaders of Islam demanding the destruction of symbols of other faiths, the murder of anyone who will not accept Islam, and the call to overthrow all governments and establish a World Caliphate. I do not see Muslims mourning the deaths of the result of the horror attacks on the World Trade center in NYC and other such acts. I do see Muslims dancing in the street celebrating these acts of terror. I do not hear Muslims condemning the people, who perpetrate, encourage, plan, and send people to perpetrate these horrible acts.

Judaism and Christianity went through reformations as humanity evolved from “might makes right” to a justice system allowing human dignity to all regardless of social or economic standing.

I am also aware of how Islam is presented to non-Muslims, especially those vulnerable to accepting that faith. These are people searching for answers that cannot be proven but must be accepted on faith. They either have not been exposed to a faith based life or have been disillusioned by individual’s transgressions. These converts are encouraged to be terrorists and call them heroes and martyrs.

No one can convince me that Islam is a religion of peace. When I say peace, I mean the general definition of the world not Islam’s version which is installing a World Caliphate and elimination of all opposition.

One aspect of Big Brother Government that is being ignored is huge corporations. Once a business reaches a certain size it becomes a bureaucracy with no resemblance to a capitalistic enterprise. By necessity, it needs to be administered like a government agency. The people in charge operate without entrepreneurish type risk. Its size makes it almost impossible to react to business changes in a timely manner. Rules and regulations are set in concrete. Individual incentive is stifled and replaced by adherence to dictated policies and procedures.

It begins to operate like a government agency and relates better to the government than to other business. Its goals change from operating on a profit basis to a basis of self perpetuation. It becomes more of a consuming entity rather than a producing one. The motivation is not producing a competitive product or service but to feed itself. The result is more blotted growth, less efficiency, and a dying dinosaur.

This is what happened to our auto industry and the real-estate and financial markets. Our auto industry (in general; GMC and Chrysler in particular) were producing cars that people were not buying and were not able to change the products they were selling fast enough. The real-estate and financial companies were being run by administrators with little or no practical experience of real estate or banking. Banks were making loans that no true banker would ever approve.

To survive, a company needs to increase its market share. But there is a saturation point where growth becomes a detriment, especially growth by acquisition of competition. This has been especially true in banking. Acquiring failing banks just postpones the inevitable, failure. The liabilities eventually erode the profitability of the acquiring banks. Russia is in no position to get into an arms race with the US. Their economy is not robust enough to sustain a long protracted race. By limiting our defenses we are empowering Russia.

For several years, Russia has been pouring money into expanding their influence around the world. They have made deals with countries that are very hostile to America. They have set up naval bases in South America and Syria. They have supplied our enemies, including Iran, with military equipment, including nuclear capability. All these countries are potential surrogates to battle us both militarily and economically.

Just like the old Soviet Union, Russia will not directly attack us but be the beneficiary of US conflicts with these countries. They are eroding our relationships with our friends. Eastern Europe is becoming more and more energy dependent on Russia which supplies gasoline and natural gas to Eastern Europe. Russia has flexed its power by cutting off supplies, officially for ‘technical’ reasons. However as soon as their point was made, the ‘technical’ problems seemed to disappear.

President Reagan called the Soviet Union's bluff and helped to bankrupt the them, thereby eliminating the threat they posed to the world. It is ludicrous to think that the US will attack Russia militarily. The world threat is from militant Islamic nations and groups. Russia is working on using them against us. They also know that these same elements are a real danger to them just as they are to us. The START treaty allows Russia to build ‘defense systems’ but limits the US, including protecting our friends. The Obama administration canceled missile defenses for Eastern Europe based in the Czech Republic and Poland. They even stooped to black mailing those countries by cutting off energy sources making it hard for them to push the system.

We do not need the START treaty but Russia does. Russia is not our friend, so why should we empower a country that is hostile to us. There is nothing in the treaty about real live threats to us from terrorist regimes and groups. Start is bad for America and we must not ratify it.

A story goes that a man wanted to start a pig farm but there were no pigs for sale that he could afford to buy. So he decided to start his farm with wild pigs. He cleared a space in the forest where he dumped garbage from local restaurants. He watched the wild pigs slowly approach, run away come back, and slowly begin to eat what he put there and stopped getting food the old fashioned way; finding it in the forest. He did this every day and the pigs kept coming and eating. By the third week they lost all caution and every day they rushed to gorge on the buffet. On the forth week he built a fence behind the bounty of food. The pigs rushed to get their meal but stopped short about ten feet away. They noticed the fence and at first were suspicious but after sniffing the fence began to gorge on the food. Three weeks later he built a similar fence at a 90 degree angle from the first one. At first the pigs were again suspicious but soon paid no attention and began to feast. Again in three more weeks he built another fence, this time at a 90 degree angle on the other side. This time the pigs hardly noticed the latest addition to the fence and began to feast. The next week as the pigs were getting their fill, he snuck up behind them and added the fourth and last part of the fence and the pigs were corralled in a pen. When the pigs looked around they found out that they were trapped. They stopped eating and started to run around looking for a way out. They banged all sides of the fence to no avail. They were trapped. The pigs exhausted themselves trying to escape. For a few days they refused to eat what the farmer fed them but shortly they gave in and gladly ate the meager food he brought them. Eventually they stopped trying to escape and accepted their fate. The prospect of a free meal lured them into slavery.

Nothing is free. You either pay for it in advance or you pay dearly later. By accepting small intrusions on their freedom, the pigs got caught in trap that they could not get out of. One part of the fence didn’t seem so bad to put up with. Then the meal seemed more important than the next and the next part of the fence. Each part protected their food source from other animals until the last part of the fence enslaved them.

Americans do not realize the fences being built around them. We did not see Social Security deductions from our paycheck as a fence. We did not believe that the money was not for our retirement but is being used to fund other spending by the government. We did not see Medicare as a fence being built and the beginning of Socialized Medicine. We got used the ever increasing encroachment of our liberties when we went along with ever increasing smoking restrictions. We believe that the government is looking to protect us when it started to tell us what food to eat and has nothing to do with getting us used to do whatever the government dictates. Some of us accept that we are too stupid to choose for ourselves. Many do not realize that we are being conditioned to accept outrageous inconvenience, humiliation, and pain under the guise of being protected. How is that you ask? Take a few plane trips across the country and you’ll understand. Ever wonder if there is an underlying reason why the government is afraid for you to own a gun? Here is a hint; every totalitarian government has stripped its citizens of a means to protect themselves.

Ever wonder why our administration is supporting the Islamation of America? Islam is trying to replace our Constitution with Sharia Law, a 7th century mentality, totalitarian set of laws that strip the soul of any dignity and reduce people to slaves.

We are being conditioned to accept a big brother government. Don’t give up your freedom and liberty for a few shine beads. They may seem very important to you now but later you will see they are worthless compared to what you gave up.

Those advocating a one world government are also top down thinkers. So, they see any opposition to a democratic government, such as Israel, as an ally, albeit a temporary one. All these forces are working together, each with their own and separate goals, to eradicate opposition to each of their version of a World Government. Israel appears the most vulnerable, making it target number one, for Islam anyway. In the progressive’s blind desire to make alias of those wanting to eliminate Israel, they have taken up their cause; not realizing that those they want as friends despise the progressives just as much as Israel.

America needs to become the world leader and champion of democracy that it was before. This will not happen unless all Americans realize what the founding fathers brought on this world in 1776. There is nothing stopping private industry to invest in alternative energy, except profitability and the vast amount of horrendous regulations, studies, and fees standing in the way. A solar energy generation plant in the California Desert was abandoned due to the high cost and time involved in getting permits to build it. A wind farm plan was abandoned when environmentalists objected on the grounds that birds might fly into them. These and other objections are standing in the way of alternative energy sources. The only companies who will be able to avoid them are those which hold favor with the government. This shows the true purpose of these stumbling blocks to California business. Their main goal is for government to have more and more control of the people.

It is against the law to manufacture solar panels in California. They are being built in India and other foreign countries which benefit leaving Americans on the side line. The motors for the wind energy generating farms are built overseas, again leaving American business out of the loop.

There have been no new refineries built in California for decades, environmentalists oppose hydroelectric plants, and even though natural leaking of oil is polluting Santa Barbara beaches and others, we can’t relieve the pressure by harvesting the oil. The cleanest source of energy is nuclear. Plants have and are being built all over the world because they are safer than ever but there are no plans for any new ones in California.

We need to use whatever sources of energy are now available while private industry searches for other economical ways. Government rules and regulations only stand in the way of our energy independence and economic recovery. Government is not the solution to problems. Government is the problem.

Maybe I missed it. When did Americans vote to be taken over by a World Government run by Europeans or anyone else? For many decades America has been doling out money and various other form of aid to other countries for various reasons. Now as good neighbors Americans have had no problem helping people who have suffered from natural calamities; floods, earthquakes, and such. But the world seems to think that it has a right to whatever America has.

America is and has been the most generous country in history. After being viciously attacked by both Germany and Japan, at the end of WWII Americans helped to restore the economy of both nations. The only land we asked for was to bury our dead. America has never “stolen” oil reserves form any nation. If one looks at history it was Great Briton and France who colonized the countries with oil. It was America that brought tremendous innovations to the world, especially in the 20th century; innovations that the whole world benefited from. “Global Poverty” is not America’s fault. It is mostly caused by the governments of those countries that keep its people poor by stealing most of their GDP for themselves.

It is no secret that most of the aid America has doled out to the world never gets to the people. A big example is the Middle East. Instead of improving the lives of the people they purport to represent all the aid that the PLO, PA, Hamas, and Hizbullah received from all over the world including America and Israel, these groups have used the money to build up armies against Israel, spew hate and terror, and also line their own pockets.

Jealous World Leaders have been picking the pockets of Americans for many decades. Now that we have a president who is a globalist and socialist who does not particularly hold our Constitution and way of life to high esteem, they see an opportunity to rip us off even more.

Counting those Americans that are looking for work, are forced to take part time jobs, work in positions not up to their potential, and all those who gave up looking and are now depleting their savings to live, more than 20% of the US work force is idle. America needs to stop doling out money to the rest of the world and provide incentives, such as huge tax breaks, to rejuvenate our economy. We also need to make it easier for businesses to exploit our natural resources. America has given much and owes nothing to the rest of the world. Any aid we provide is charity. Some have hope of a reformation in Islam. They believe that Islam will mature, embrace modern times and thinking, and will accept living with the rest of the world rather than trying to conquer it by any and all means. I and just about all who have studied the history and current events regarding Islam, all are convinced that a reformation within Islam will not happen in time to stave off a major conflict between it and the modern world. People living in the west, still hold on to the primitive edicts of Shariah Law. This is evident by the many “honor killings” in America and other western countries.

This summer, the National Park Service initiated a new "special resource study" of the Rim of the Valley Corridor surrounding the San Fernando, La Crescenta, Santa Clarita, Simi and Conejos Valleys in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties of southern California.

The Rim of the Valley Corridor study's purpose is to determine whether any portion of the study area is eligible to be designated as a unit of the national park system or added to an existing national park such as the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The study will also explore other ways that private or governmental entities can protect resources and provide more outdoor recreation opportunities.

Sure sounds nice, doesn’t it? More parks that the state cannot afford to maintain. The state is closing parks and recreation areas. This preserves the land for what, the park rangers? People who have cabins in those areas don’t want you, me, or anyone else to enjoy a cabin like they do, so they start movements to “preserve nature”. They have theirs and the rest of us can go to hell. Before I bought the house in Saugus, there were only fields and trees there. As my and other newly built houses were occupied, people started petitions to not allow any other developments in adjoining areas. We got ours, the hell with everyone else.

The US government owns more of this county’s land than the people do. 80% of Utah is owned by the Feds. The more land that a government owns (federal, state, or local), the less land there is for the people. This will force the people to live in overcrowded cities, using “public” transportation because the streets and highways are not maintained properly (and not enough of them). The more we depend on a government entity the more they will charge us for “what they provide”. There are ways to preserve most of nature without having the government take over.

Our governments (Fed. State, and local) should be concerned with improving the economy and not dreaming up new restrictions and entities to enforce them. I got an email from Fran Pavley bragging about all the bills she and the legislature passed or were working on. None of them had anything to do with helping the economy. On the contrary, they were increasing the size of government and costs to run it.

Promotion Of Understanding Or A Symbol Of Conquest?

In the 8th century, Islamic armies conquered Spain. The medieval occupation of Spain – “al-Andalus” – is considered by Islamic theorists to have been an inevitable step in the manifest destiny of Islam, which is to have the world submit to Islam or perish. As a symbol of the expansion of Islam, the mosque at Cordoba Spain was built on the foundation of a Christian cathedral.

Dishonoring the symbols of conquered lands by destroying them and building a mosque, is the common custom of Islam. This is the what the building of a mosque on the site of the murdering of almost three thousand people of mainly American citizenship is all about. It is nothing more than a show of the beginning of conquering the Western World by Islam. If constructed, it will be the symbol of Islam’s victory and supremacy of Islam over western culture. It is not by coincident that the name of the mosque to be built will be named Cordoba House.

The mosque at Cordoba Spain represents a history of conquest and reconquest that, from the perspective of Islamists, is at an unfinished stage as of today. The caliphate of Cordoba was the geographic high point of Umayyad Muslim rule – that is, of the original caliphate that succeeded Mohammed – on European territory. It represents a glory that Islamists intend to restore. Its eventual loss to the Europeans represents, equally, an evil reversal, imposed by infidels, that requires redress.

“Cordoba,” in Islamic symbolic terms, means Islamic rule in the West. It does not mean “coexistence,” unless coexistence is interpreted as referring to Islamic rule. Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs cites the article (original in Arabic) published by Iraqi-American Khudhayr Taher on 18 May, in which Taher explains the following:

We must note that a hostile and provocative name [Cordoba] has been chosen for this mosque…Choosing the name ‘Cordoba House’ for the mosque to be constructed in New York was not coincidental or random and innocent. It bears within it significance and dreams of expansion and invasion [into the territory] of the other, [while] striving to change his religion and to subjugate him…

It is common knowledge that in the many mosques, which have been built in America, Imams are encouraging its members to fight against our culture and Judeo-Christian beliefs. It is the goal of all Muslims to have Sharia Law supersede our Constitution. Sharia Law forbids the contemplation of things not in the Koran. Women are treated as property of men at a status just below beasts of burden. They are not allowed any formal education. This means that a woman cannot be a doctor and since unrelated men are not allowed to touch or even look at uncovered women, the chance of women getting proper medical treatment is about zero. Legally under Sharia Law a woman’s worth is one half that of a man. Alleging rape, a woman needs to have four male witnesses to corroborate her allegation; otherwise she will be severely punished for adultery. This can be 90 lashes with a whip or death by stoning or both. Sharia Law is of a 7th century mentality and has no place in the 21st century.

Islam is incompatible with any other faith or non-faith. It dictates that all non-Muslims must submit to Islam or be murdered. There is no room for non-Muslims in a World Caliphate. A mosque at the 9/11 site will be a symbol of the righteousness of Islamic quest and a rallying point for future attacks on us. Allowing this mosque to be built will show we have no resolve nor heart to defend our beliefs and our way of life of liberty and freedom.

Europeans retook Cordoba in the 13th century and turned the mosque back into a cathedral. Are we incapable of standing up for our way of life or will we regain the spine of our founders and defeat this attempt at humiliation by the forces of Islam? Will we suffer at the hands of Islam for 5 centuries as Europe did before we fight back? Our future is in our hands. We can let liberty and freedom slip through our hands or rescue our Constitution by not giving another inch to the dark forces of the 7th century.

Obama said that Islam made great contributions to the world. That is a blatant lie. Any good contributions by Arabs were prior to Islamization. The Taliban murdered every Buddhist in Afghanistan, all Buddhist shrine and temples were destroyed, and all modern innovations forbidden. Islam is not good for America. If we allow Islam to dominate America we will find out what real terror is.

We All Have Done A Lot Of talking, Now Is The Time For Action

Many of us have been disappointed by the outcome of the GOP primaries. Our personal choices did not meet muster; boo hoo, sniffle, sniffle. Let’s not parrot the diatribe of our true opponents who, if elected will continue to wreck the economy and tear up our Constitution with their socialist mantra. Our disappointment must not help to defeat our GOP slate of candidates.

I have run into many Republicans and conservatives acting like spoiled three year olds. Just like the a child, throwing a tantrum because he/she won’t get the candy bar at the checkout counter he/she wants and won’t settle for the one offered, they end up with nothing. People, grow up. We all know that we can’t have everything we want when we want it. A journey begins with one step. Just because it is a bumpy one, is no reason to give up. A chocolate bar may be tastier but let’s be thankful for the Trident gum for now.

We have to campaign with heartfelt enthusiasm for all the GOP candidates. Don’t allow your disappointment show and discourage others. We must encourage others to vote for our GOP slate. Just think what if Barbara Boxer and Jerry Brown win. That would be a disaster. Let’s not have any negativism when talking about our GOP candidates. Ronald Reagan said “if you agree 80% with me we can work together” (or something to that effect).

Carly Fiorina and Meg Whitman agree with over 80% of our views on the major issues facing California and the Nation. It is a lot more realistic that we will influence the actions of Meg and Carly then those of Boxer and Brown who have proved that they don’t care what we want or think.

Let’s support our GOP candidates now and when they get elected keep in touch with them. Send them emails, letters, and faxes letting them know what we expect of them. Admonish them (respectfully) when their actions are counter to our principles and thank them for doing the right thing. We must play the cards dealt us.

I and the Party Leadership will work hard to help elect the whole GOP slate. We all have to take responsibility for our future and that of generations to come. In the past others have risked wealth, liberty, and life to build a nation based on the Constitution so wisely prepared by our founders. We are not being asked to risk anywhere near what others have. Just a little bit of our time walking precincts, making phone calls, and encouraging our friends, neighbors, and associates to vote GOP.

There are a million Republicans (plus many independents and Democrats having our core beliefs) in LA County. We all can make a ten dollar donation a month before November. This would raise more than $10 million a month for three months to help elect the GOP slate. Ten dollars is about three lattes, a sacrifice we all can make without suffering permanent damage.

Freedom and Liberty are not free. Let’s take responsibility for the future of California and America. Campaign enthusiastically, get out the vote, and be sure you vote the complete GOP slate

Sacramento has been running on a third grade mentality. They demand conditions that cannot be sustained. To build a house from wood one must cut down some trees. To be able to feed the nation with fruits and vegetables you need land, seeds, fertilizer, and water. If it is decided that a few imported bait fish are more important than thousands of farm workers and hundreds of farm owners, then you will end up with huge numbers added to the unemployment lines, bankrupt farms, and a stagnant economy. If a company must spend millions of dollars and wait years to begin operations in one state they will do business somewhere else. If existing companies keep having to pay new taxes, have them increase constantly, be burdened with increasing regulations and paper work they will leave California and start up in other states. If we are not allowed to exploit our natural resources we will have to depend on the products that can be made from other parts of the world making us dependent on others. Since the economy is so bad we can’t make enough money to pay for them.

Pristine is nice but it does not pay the bills. We need better balance in running our state. It is like if a person spends time making a car look good (new pain, shiny trim, new seats, etc.) but neglects the engine, transmission, and brakes, there will be a beautiful car in the driveway but it will not take anyone to work and make a good living. That is California now, looks pretty but is not functional.
This attitude is exasperated by those who have their place in paradise but refuse the rest of us to participate. People like Barbara Streisand and our governor who have all they need and could not care less about the rest of us. They are the people that cut down part of a forest to build a house. Once there, they yell and scream in the name of ecology when others want to move into the area also. BS they are just being selfish. They got theirs and everyone else must stay away living in crowded high rises.

We need to stop this socialist move of more and more government and reinstall a self reliant way in California. A people dependent on government is a people under tyranny. When government dictates to the people, there is dictatorship. When people dictate to the government there is freedom and liberty.

Let’s all grow up and do the right thing, stop the echo lobbies from destroying California completely.

America; Closer to a Socialist Dictatorship

Over two months ago the Gulf of Mexico suffered a major accident threatening the livelihood of thousands and perhaps millions American citizens, not only those that make a direct living from the gulf but also the many depending on the gulf goods, transport to vacation spots, and others. Our president’s first concern was not to attack the situation and try to minimize it but to point blame and punish and further his attempts to control this country and make us all more and more dependent on the Federal Government.

Shortly after the accident, there were many opportunities for Obama to immediately control the destruction of the coastal areas. Several countries offered oil symphonic ships to help with the cleanup. The president refused. Barriers to block the spread of the oil were stacked up in warehouses but he would not allow them to be used. Other solutions were also barred from being used. When the affected states wanted to send hundreds of people to clean up the coast immediately, his administration through up road blocks. His administration set up a rule that the workers were allowed to work only twenty minutes at time with an hour of rest. When the weather became too extreme to work one beach, the workers tried to move to another area they were stopped. The EPA mandated that they must finish one area before they can start on a different beach. When one state started to protect their coast with barriers, the coast guard ordered them to move to another area allowing those beaches to be fowled. One state sent out boats to help with the oil, the Coast Guard impeded their progress by inspecting each boat to see if there were any safety violations like not enough life preservers. It seemed like Obama’s people were losing sleep while thinking up ways to delay the recovery.

As anger against his handling of the situation mounted, he decided to divert attention from his lame handling of the situation by demanding BP to set up a $20 billion dollar fund to be used for payment of lost wages and business due to the oil spill. He thought that would make him a hero. This action did nothing to help his image or divert attention from him. Obama seems to be more concerned with bankrupting BP then taking care of the situation.

As his administration brags, he did not want to miss an opportunity to further his goal of control. He stopped the production of all offshore deep wells. This put many more people on the unemployment lines, making more people depend on the government. Less domestic oil production also means greater dependents on foreign oil, higher prices, and furthering the lowering the standard of living making us more like the rest of the world and less the special country we have been since
1776.

Every program that comes from his administration and congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid lowers our living standard, decreases ambition to succeed, and grows the size and influence of Big Brother government brining us closer and closer to a socialist state. Every socialist state eventually became a dictatorship. We have an opportunity to begin putting our country back on track to greatness and the light of hope, liberty, and freedom. We must vet new candidates, pick the right ones, and work hard to make a big change in congress. Then we must work on grooming the right candidate to replace Obama in the White House.

Have you taken a look at what congress is planning? I’m talking about the latest bill now being worked out between the House and Senate differences.

First of all this bill will create a regulatory group that can decide if a company is too big to fail. That’s right any company, not only banks and other financial institutions will be under the control of the government. They will be able to bail out any company with your tax dollars or just take it over without congress’ approval. Your government will be controlled not by those you elected but by Obama’s appointed Czars. This is dictatorship. Members of congress will become (even more) a worthless bunch of bureaucrats getting paid for shuffling papers and rubberstamping Obama’s one man rule.

Another item is to monitor every single financial transaction we make. Every time you use your credit card or get cash from your ATM Obama’s oversight uber-rulers will know about it. This will enable them to decide if you have made too much money already (remember when Obama said that he feels you shouldn’t make too much money – that would be his decision).

There is no oversight of Fanny May or Freddy Mac. These are the two that encouraged lending of money to buy homes by people that had no hope of making the payments. The people responsible for the economy tanking are now running the government.

This on top of the control that Cap ‘n’ Trade will have over how we heat and cool our homes, what we will have to do before we can sell our houses, what appliances and light bulbs we use, and the cost of all this, Americans will pretty much be under the thumb of a one man rule government.

That egregious so called ‘Healthcare Bill’ is just another grab to control our lives and sap any enthusiasm to achieve.

America is slipping back to how the world was ruled before 1776 when the people were serfs and slaves beholding to an elite ruling class; Kings, Barons, self proclaimed gods, and anyone with power; when might meant right.

If we value our liberty and freedom to excel, we must change the makeup of congress this November. If the career politicians that put us on the path to destruction of the way of life that our founders fought so hard to bring to the world are not replaced by those who believe in our Constitution and limited government, dark times are in store for America and the world.

Heed the warning and get involved. Be sure to vet new candidates, pick the right ones, and work hard to elect them. Walk precincts, make phone calls, and make sure right minded people vote. Our future is still in our hands. Act now tomorrow will be too late.

Voluntary Collectivism vs State Socialism

When living in Nebraska, I worked on a farm whose owner belongs to a coop. Several farmers in the area got together and formed a coop to benefit from large purchasing discounts and mass distribution of their products, milk, eggs, wheat, alfalfa, etc. This is voluntary collectivism, only the members benefited.

These coops worked very well. Insurance of any kind and mutual fund savings are based on the same principal. Members benefit from lower cost and payouts, if needed, are way above what any individual member could afford. The costs on both ends are regulated by the market, supply and demand. Under these conditions the collectives work well and all benefit.

All collectives depend on a stable economy, voluntary membership, and denial of benefits to non-members. Once the government ordains that non-members are guaranteed the same benefits as the voluntary members, membership is mandatory, or regulates costs of membership and payments to providers (as in health care) then we go beyond voluntary collectivism and enter the way of government forced socialism. Forced government socialism and the threats that come with it, is a form of terror.

Setting arbitrary costs and payments undermines the foundation of collectivism. Forced participation is also counterproductive to the concept of voluntary collectivism. This is true whether presented by the left or the right.

If people build shelters when it is not raining later they have protection from the elements. Those that do not take the time and effort to build shelters will get wet and cold. This situation presents a problem, do we allow the ones that did not prepare, to suffer or do we share our shelters with them? Government mandates are not the solution. They only create bigger problems. Education is the only answer. If people are thought that earning a living includes preparing for the future and not only how much immediate gratification one can achieve, there will not be the need for forced distribution of wealth. Any scheme for national prosperity must make education its foundation and ensure a growing economy to keep up with population growth.

A Couple More Reasons to reject ObamaCare

Some months ago I cautioned people about two items not talked much about. I warned that Obama was going to make it illegal for private loans for college tuition as part of ObamaCare. Today it has been mentioned on FOX News several times.

No one seems to be too outraged about it. But think about it. If the government becomes the only way to get school loans, the government will be able to dictate who gets those loans. What if (ha I mean for sure) the government decides that to deny a loan to a “minority” applicant, just because they don’t qualify, is racist? This is socialism which can only lead to a dictatorship.

This is what happened to Sonja Mayor. She got to go to college even though her test scores were too low. Now she is a Supreme Court judge. We just might have brain surgeons who never qualified to be such but became so because it was “fair”.

The other item I warned about months ago that is now being talked about (again without much to do) is a little item in ObamaCare bill. It prohibits any future congress from repealing it. If this monstrosity gets passed, we will have to live with it forever.

ObamaCare is just another way to rob us of our liberty. Even if you have signed letters, sent emails, and made phone calls against the bill, do it again. Congress is getting ready to screw us all. No kisses. Talk about home grown terrorism, I feel I'm being terrorized.

Why Obama is undermining the Sovereignty of Israel

The Obama Administration realizes that peace between Israel and the so-called Palestinians is not possible as long as the goal of the Arabs is to eradicate Israel. Since the sympathies of the Obama Administration have never been with Israel they choose to take advantage of a crises, real or imagined.

The audacity of this administration to be able to dictate Israel’s land use is just another example of the self-proclaimed elite and superior status of those now running America. Their premises of legality to dictate to Israel is as falls as the proclamations in the Koran that Muslims have the right to dictate to those of other and non-faiths.

This administration’s goal to be the leader of a world government has to comply with all the elites of Europe wanting a world government. This is quite evident to critical thinkers. What is not evident, or just being ignored, is that the world leaders have paved the way for Islamic and Sharia rule in just about all of Europe. The socialist leaders don’t care about this since they feel strong enough to defeat any opposition including Jihadist terrorism. This was true when Hitler made agreements with the Soviet Union and is true now when Chavez makes deals with the Iranian regime. Neither side intends to keep the bargain.

Why is Obama undermining the Sovereignty of Israel? The answer is simple. It is part of a plan to eliminate democratic countries as they make a move for world domination. Once the democracies of the world are eliminated, the socialists will be at each other’s throats.

The survival of Israel is of paramount importance in the struggle for freedom and liberty. Israel’s destruction is same as the destruction of a free press in America, elimination of congressional oversight to who runs America (Czars), and replacement of our military with a “Civilian National Security” force. It is part of the attack on our Constitution, which established a government of the people, for the people, and by the people.

The jury is out. Barack Obama and many Democrats are socialists which as Lenin said is just the final step to communism. The age-old collectivist poison that society should have equal economic outcomes for all its citizens has failed throughout history because genetically as well as environmentally one man is never equal to another. One always is more capable than the other and will not endlessly work to fund the difference.

Barack Obama is essentially a communist. He wants to “redistribute wealth” and that sits well with those millionaire liberals in Congress all of whom have privatized investment accounts they deny their constituents (the “Thrift Savings Plan”) because they have convinced the people they can deliver the “common good” which enables them to control the media, academe, unions, government workers, blacks and half the population.

The Tea Party Movement is a powerful revolt against the Democrats and Barack Obama’s assault on free enterprise, capitalism and the freedom and liberty guaranteed to each individual American by the Constitution. It is more than likely that Obama and his Democrats will suffer a great loss in November mid-terms because America is center-right not a radical leftist commune-in-the-making.

Unfortunately Obama is not up for re-election in November and he poses another serious problem Americans will have to face for the next two-and-a-half years – he is a Muslim. He is using America’s religious tolerance, political correctness, multiculturalism and a myriad of other devices to slip the Muslim “political organization” right past our noses.

Make no mistake that unlike America their religion dictates their politics and governmental policies. Muslim countries have adopted the barbaric Sharia law that dictates beheadings, vaginal mutilation, dismemberment, honor killings, genocide for homosexuals and non-Muslims because the Koran, Hadith and their other religious texts are considered to be the actual word of God which no government or people can dispute.

These people are so primitive they have a center in most cities for the public to view amputations and beheadings. They haven’t progressed from the days Rome set lions loose on the Christians in the Coliseum. The have a military arm called al Qaeda that is running around the world killing non-Muslims. They use terror as the fear-inducing technique and the principle that any means justifies their end to create a world-wide Caliphate where everyone is a Muslim.

How To Improve America’s Healthcare

Healthcare in America could use some restructuring. The main issue is cost. Across the board, costs have been increasing at an alarming rate. Some costs are controlled by outside factors (rising prices of oil, etc.) that cannot be controlled by changes to the healthcare industry. However, there are some changes that would not only curtail the rate of increase in costs but actually reduce current costs.

First, we need to look at healthcare just like anything else we purchase where the cost is controlled by supply and demand. Doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers choose the field as a career job and expect to be paid a fair wage. A wage to be determined by consumer willingness to pay for it. This gives value to the service. Mandated costs by government are not based on demand, negating any value. This causes indifference by supplier and dissatisfaction by the consumer.

Any enterprise run or tightly controlled by government always adds additional costs to the goods or services provided. Invariably these costs out distance the revenues causing a decrease in value of goods and services provided. A system like this cannot sustain itself and eventually will need subsidization by taxes. Taxes collected for other purposes causing them to suffer lack of funds, as is the case with the Social Security System.

Just like not everyone can afford their own house or designer items, not everyone can afford optimum healthcare services. This is a fact of life. No government has been able to circumvent this concept. If the government mandates that a car costing $30,000.00 to build be sold for $10,000.00, future production of that car will not be worth even $10,000.00. The same is with health care. When the government sets the amount of money that a hospital is to receive, the hospital cannot perform the number of consumer demanded services required. It can only perform those that will be paid for within a specific period of time, leaving patients requiring these services waiting until the next period. Some patients will invariably die before required services are provided.

There are two main reasons for the continuous rise of healthcare, the looming threat of lawsuits and lack of competition within the insurance industry.

Many doctors and other healthcare providers must double and even treble their fees in order to pay for malpractice insurance. These costs are constantly being driven higher by lawyers encouraging lawsuits and well meaning jurors awarding outrageously high monetary awards. Imagine that you were ordered to pay millions of dollars to a plaintive for a mistake you made at your job. True a misplaced decimal point or not matching the color of the carpet to the paint for the walls does not carry the consequences of surgical mistake. An award of $100,000,000.00 does not correct a surgical mistake either. It does however increase the cost of healthcare across the nation. National tort reform would keep these awards to a reasonable level. Awards should be made in full for out of pocket expenses incurred by the plaintive, legal fees of the attorneys need to be regulated to a reasonable amount for services rendered, and punitive damages need a ceiling.

By reducing the risk of Malpractice Insurers, healthcare costs could be cut by half or more.

The cost of individual medical insurance (whether paid individually or through employer) is also a large part of healthcare costs in America. This cost is driven partially by the same circumstances as discussed previously but more so by lack of competition. Medical insurers are regulated by individual states. Each state has a small fraction of the number of insurance companies in America. In many instances the same company operating in more than one state is actually operating differently in each state. That is because they have to adhere to different rules and regulations. This curtails competition. Insurance companies are operating according to the dictates of the states rather than in the most efficient way possible. The consumer is dustily short changed and over charged.

By standardizing insurer requirements and liabilities nationally, every insurance company could compete for business in each state. Restrictions on forming monopolies would be needed to keep competition open and one company from dominating the industry. Government is never an equal competitor with private business. It can run deficits and have an unfair advantage since it has the use of tax funds to operate at a loss.

Competition in the market has always been the major factor in keeping costs down. Competition will do the same in health insurance that it has maintained in all industries.

This brings us to pre-existing conditions. No logical person would expect an insurance company to write a policy on a house that has burned down or a car mangled in a crash. Yet many of these same people see nothing wrong in expecting an insurance company insuring someone with a possibly fatal condition. Rather than making insurance payments while they are healthy and getting regular medical checkups, they decided to spend their money on other things, makes no difference whether this is by necessity or just plain self-indulgence. This is not the same as if a person with insurance for a number of years and then changing jobs where there is a different insurance company. But the new insurance company might now be burdened with high medical costs without the benefit of collecting payments that it can use to obtain interest from. Those were collected by the previous insurance company during the healthy period of the insured. This too can be taken care of. Every insurance company must keep a healthy ratio of assets to liabilities. By creating a national asset pool that all insurers contribute to. A company picking up a new insured with a pre-existing condition can claim some of those assets built up with premium payments and interest.

What about the many uninsured (estimates range from 30 to 45 million)? We first must define them. Few of these are in a position to pay for most medical needs they may have. A large portion of the uninsured are fairly young people believing to be healthy and not needing insurance. Without insurance they are very likely to join the balance of uninsured with no means to pay for needed medical care later in life. These people will in evidently become a burden on society one way or another. As a nation based on Judeo-Christian values there is a moral obligation to help. It should not be a government mandate.

There is a way to overcome this also. Nationally, the education system is grossly lacking in teaching self reliance and responsibility. In addition to the various math and other courses, the subject of preparing for the future must become mandatory. They must include money management stressing the importance of having health insurance, providing for retirement, and budget management.

In all the years I attend various educational institutes across America (grammar school, middle school, high school, and various colleges) few offered them and none had them as required courses. Lack of education has created a large group demanding new and more entitlements.

This nation cannot long endure an ever growing consumption of the earnings of others. If this trend continues, America will end up a nation of poor, uninspired, and miserable people living in a socialist state with no prospects for a better future.

When the government provides all, it takes away all freedom and liberty. Freedom and liberty is what made this the greatest country of all time.

Is a New Cold War Looming on the Horizon?

The Soviet Union was at the brink of its resources trying to keep up with US. Ronald Reagan’s, not so gentle shove, pushed it over the edge. Unable to pay its military, continue to operate, the Soviet Union went bankrupt. The Communists death grip on the many states conquered by Russia to form the Soviet Union and others behind the Iron Curtain was broken. The Soviet Union fell apart as one by one they declared their independence from Big Brother Russia. The states not part of the Soviet Union but were controlled by it, ran as fast as possible away from Communist Socialism, instituting what resembled (as much as possible for countries under the yolk for decades ) democratic states. The world felt that Russia was not ever going to be a major player on the international scene again.

Like a cancerous growth, ambitions of past hard line leaders were not removed but allowed to grow strong and powerful again. Under the guise of removing criminal elements (Russian Mafias became a real threat worldwide) the elected leaders usurped more and more power to the point that brought back a government more like a dictatorship than a democracy. To be fair this move probably saved Russia from rampant lawlessness and subjugation by criminal elements.

During the brief unrestricted capitalistic surge, private companies developed a petroleum industry and a banking system that improved the country’s financial situation. Now the leaders had enough fiscal stability to begin asserting more power, domestically and internationally. They took over much of the (mostly) free enterprises (many were run criminally) and built up their bankrupt military complex. Although the world economic downturn has had a dramatic effect on Russia’s economy, it has already established a large power base. Russia has established naval/military bases in Syria and Venezuela. Venezuela purchased billions of dollars worth of tanks, jets, missals, and other hardware, using cash obtained from oil revenues acquired mostly form sales to the U.S. Iran has been a client of Russia for a long time, buying equipment and expertise. Russia is a partner in Iran’s nuclear ambitions.

For all practical purposes, the Ukraine is under the control of Russia. In the waning second term of the Bush administration, Putin instigated unrest in part of the Ukraine, used its military power to overcome Ukraine’s meager armed forces, and now with the Obama administration’s lack of concern has full control of the country. Other former Soviet States are under the control or great political pressure from Russia.

In January of 2010, Russia made a deal for Libya to buy a $2.6 billion military arsenal. Not only does this bring much needed cash flow to Russia, this gives Russia another area of great influence. The Russian tentacles are reaching far and wide. This presence is a huge problem to America, not recognized by the Obama Administration.

The last cold war was not as cold as some would think. It was a hot war with both sides using surrogates. American and Soviet jets with other country’s markings engaged in aerial combat. Weapons of various new designs competed on the battlefield, each country trying out new war strategies. The Soviets did not take America’s lesson of fighting a determined, passionate, and dedicated gorilla enemy to heart, evident by their attempts in Afghanistan. This was the beginning of the end of the Soviet Empire.

The reason why both countries used surrogates was that they realized a direct conflict between them would most likely destroy most life on earth. Neither country was willing the take that chance since each wanted to survive.

A new cold war will be much more risky to the whole world. Russia is doing business with rouge nations whose leaders either welcome destruction, don’t care if it happens, or are oblivious to the possibility of world destruction. These nations are unpredictable and cannot be trusted. They have a long history of not sticking to agreements. They do business with groups that have no national allegiance and given the opportunity will use weapons of mass destruction with impunity.

This is becoming more and more of a danger to the civilized world. Iran, a client of Russia, China, North Korea, and even some western nations, has many time expressed its desire to eradicate a whole nation (Israel) off the face of the Earth. This would present the world with a huge conundrum. Will it allow the total destruction of a nation and its people? Will the world retaliate and attack whoever perpetrated this destruction? Whom will America consider its enemy? If Iran’s surrogates, Hamas and Hezbollah use a nuclear device on Israel, would we attack Iran. Russia, China, and North Korea are all accomplices to any success Iran will have in developing nuclear weapons. Would we attack any or all of these nations?

Europe and more so Middle Eastern nations would feel even more threatened then they are now when Iran succeeds in developing nuclear warheads. Nuclear weaponry and other WMD’s would be in demand by many more countries, increasing the possibility of a nuclear war of total destruction.

The Obama Administration has no plans or even desire to maintain military strength that would deter let alone put a stop to this new “cold war”, a war of great peril to us all. It is imperative we institute some major changes in America’s foreign policy and our development of current and future military strength.

The only way to accomplish that, is to change the balance in our congress this November and remove Obama in 2012. We need to vet new candidates, pick the right ones, and work hard to elect them.

Obama Seeks 3-Year Freeze in Spending on Many Domestic Programs (gag)

Even as egocentric as he is can Obama really think that the people will believe that he is moving to the center? The only domestic programs he is likely to cut is the military and homeland security budgets. He so wants the Islamic Leaders to take him to their bosom. His administration has declared that there is no such thing as Islamic terrorism. They told us that all the attacks we have encountered or stopped where isolated incidents.

This man’s policies have increased the federal deficit more than the last three presidents combined. If allowed, by the end of his first term we will have to invent a number higher than a billion trillion. To this date no one knows where all that money is. The health (not) care bill will cost billions and the total cost to the nation of Cap ‘N’ Trade can only be estimated because there is no limit to the costs that can be levied on the America people with this plan.

Do not think that he is becoming a moderate. Even if the pundits are recommending for him to do so to save his presidency, he is incapable of political moderation. He has been marinating in Marxist Socialism since getting out of high school. It would take a life time for him to dry out and sober up from his socialist binge. Even if he does sober up, he will fall of the wagon before you know it. No, this man’s goals are set and they are not compatible with America’s values

California's Prop. 13 Will Be Attacked In The coming Months

Most California Legislatures and many candidates will be looking for ways to increase taxes. Prop. 13 set the limit of rate increase to 2% per year unless the property was sold. This means if you bought a house in 1979 the property tax has increased 2% a year for 30 years. Do the math. Your rate now is 30 times what it was when you bought the house. That should be enough taxes. Sacramento must be able to run on the current standards.

These convoluted attempts will try to garner support by pitting different segments of the population against each other. They have tried and will again to separate commercial and residential properties and tax commercial property at a higher rate. This would affect every renter since the tax increase will just be passed on by the owner. Residential renters will pay higher rent. Stores and businesses will be charging more and/or hiring less to compensate for the higher taxes.

The other tactic by tax and spend legislatures is to lower the 2/3 requirement to raise taxes. There by reducing the people's will.

Look into the attitude of all candidates. Those who insist that taxes need to be raised to fix the California budget must not be allowed to office. California needs to adjust its attitude toward business and better balance business growth with environmental safe guards. People must be put first always. We must support candidates who will overturn (even if temporarily) AB 32 and reduce business taxes and fees.

Currently a business must go through years of environmental tests that will cost more than is worth the trouble. They can start or expand their business in other states without these restrictions. That is what business is doing and California is suffering.

Some candidates cannot see beyond raising taxes to increase revenues while others are beholding to union and other special interest lobbies.

Be wary of candidates trying to buy their office with exorbitant spending on their candidacy. These people have no idea how the rest of us live. Their solution is to spend rather than to budget. These are the ones we need to keep out of office.

Before supporting a candidate vet them carefully. Make sure they will be prudent with your tax money. Once you find the right candidate, work hard to elect him/her.

Is An Islamic Reformation Possible?

After studying the history of Islam, the Koran, and the Hadith, I find it just about impossible for that to happen. Islam’s main goals are to have the world submit to it or perish and discount individual thought and ingenuity.

According to Islam, non-believers are not allowed to study or even mention Islam or anything associated with it.

Its rabid desire to eradicate all other faith or non-faith is the cause of all the horrible acts of terror perpetrated by individuals with the cry “Allahu Akbar”. All other arguments for the cause of these terror attacks are just excuses and part of the attack on western and Judeo-Christian values. Islam is a movement based on conquest, pillaging, and murder. That is its history to present day.

Islam stifles ingenuity and self-expression. If something is not in the Koran, it is not worth expression. Had the world gone the way of Islam none of the inventions, innovations, and social advancements (right for individual success, female equality, etc.) of the 19th and 20th century would be possible. Afghanistan was quite a modern country prior to the Taliban take over after the Soviet expulsion. The people were not allowed to have radios, television, or telephones. Women were denied any education and were reduced to the status of beasts of burden. Male doctors were not allowed to examine women and since women were denied education, there were no female doctors to treat women. Women suffered greatly and many died from illnesses that could have been easily cured.

Remember, a good Muslim prays five times a day for the elimination of Western Culture. A reformation in Islam would need to disavow its core beliefs and goals. All indications are that Islam is more and more determined to revert the world to the seventh century. The few secular Muslim nations are all becoming more fundamental. This trend started when President Carter helped the overthrow of the Iranian Shaw. Lebanon, once the Jewel of the Middle East is in shambles. Turkey is struggling to maintain a semblance of independence from Sharia Rule. There seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel.

We Need To Recognize The Real Enemy

A war on terrorism is useless. Who is the enemy when we “fight” terrorism, is it the those who rammed jets into the Twin Towers, the person who shot up Fort Hood, the guy who burnt his privates trying to blow up a plane full of civilians, the guy in Seattle who shot up a Synagogue and then killed a postal worker, the broker who beheaded his wife because she was going to divorce him, or the cab driver who killed his two daughters because they were becoming “Westernized”. Are the children who are brainwashed by their parents to strap bombs to their bodies and then kill civilians in coffee shops, nightclubs, buses, houses of worship, and shopping areas the enemy?

Terrorism is not the enemy. It is one of the tactics used by our enemy. All of those mentioned in the above paragraph are members of the army attacking Western Judeo-Christian values and way of life. They are the soldiers of our enemy. They are not petty criminals shoplifting at the 7/11 or even dope dealers and murders hijacking cars. They are enemy combatants not deserving the protection of our Constitution.

The enemy is waging a three-prong attack on all we hold dear. This war has been going on for over 1,400 years. The enemy found that it is not strong enough to defeat us by outright physical attacks. This enemy has been defeated in this type of warfare repeatedly. They were stopped at the Gates of Vienna. They aligned them selves with the Axis Powers who ended up losing to the Alias. They found that they are very inept at conventional warfare when a tiny nation, surrounded by the armies of four nations, whopped ass on them.

While this tactic was put on hold, our enemy ramped up two others. One such tactic is terror. It has worked for them for the over 1,400 years, they have been waging this war of occupation and submission. In the Arab world, they terrorized whole communities into submission whose leaders abdicated their responsibility to protect their citizens.

In conjunction with terror tactics, they are infiltrating the governments of democratic nations and using their established rule of democracy to destroy them. They are preparing us for the final surge to makes us all submit to them. Right now, our laws are being used to give them more power and put them into a position where our own government will make us all powerless to resist. As they are now doing in many countries in Europe, they will terrorize us into avoiding certain neighborhoods, neighborhoods where the police will not go to protect citizens.

The enemy is mobilizing and building armies capable of mass destruction. The country that started this latest attack on the West is working on missile capability with nuclear warheads. Soon they will be able to reach and destroy the only democratic country in the Middle East. Not only that, but they will have the capability to destroy U.S. military bases in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

Will we allow the socialist Obama administration and congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid to disarm ourselves to the point where we are to weak to fight back? We have suffered attacks on our own soil and our government has still not identified the enemy by name.

The enemy is Islam, using armies around the world who use the same instruction manual and perpetrated every single act of terror in the last two plus decades. All believe the same philosophy, with the same goal. The Koran, their ops manual, demands they force the world to submit to Islam or die.

The world has never faced an enemy with such determination. Never was there such a threat to the Western World. This enemy, unlike us, is looking forward to death. Dying in the act of fighting for Islam fulfills their destiny and assures them a grandiose life in heaven. Our goal should be to help them fulfill their aspirations and send them on their way to the afterlife.

Climate Change Regulations to Reduce American Farmland

Continuing the rush to lower our quality of life, our government wants to reduce the acreage devoted to edible crops. They want the farmers to plant forests. This could potentially double the cost of domestic produce. Naturally this would cause a rise in the cost of imported produce. This farmland may be lost forever. The federal government is constantly claiming more and more land, creating national reserves. This eliminates the land from farming or other commercial use.

Who would benefit from this? Some farmers might benefit slightly from higher prices. These would primarily be the large corporate farms while the small farmer would be put out of business. Foreign produce importer’s profits would rise substantially. By raising the cost of living in America more people would be put on welfare locking in more votes for the socialists, who will also benefit while capitalism loses big.

Americans will be the losers as the socialist in Washington continue to take over. They are not satisfied with owning most financial institutes and all but one car manufacture. They are limiting the land that Americans own or use.

We must put a stop this. Vet new candidates, pick the right ones, and work to elect them.

The Real Purpose Of The Global Warming Conference

Is America Heading Towards Soviet Style Socialism

In 1776, Americans conceived a government of the people by the people where the power is from the bottom up. Up to this time, the power in all nations was from top down where a few ruled and the rest had to go along. The people were totally dependent on the rulers and had no say. Not all people were given equal opportunity at first. It took a revolution, a civil war, and much struggle but by the beginning of the twentieth century, all Americans had equal rights and responsibility for their government, regardless of economic status, religion, origin, or gender.

For several decades, a movement by few has been slowly chipping away at the rights of the individual and placing more power in the federal government. Now, we have reached a point where this transfer of individual liberty to central government control has reached an unprecedented point in our history. The people who are robbing us of our freedom and caused chaos in our economy have taken control of two thirds of our automobile industry, are in almost complete control of the financial corporations, and now trying to take control of our healthcare industry. From who will get what care, to where medical providers can practice, to who can enter the medical profession is in danger of being in the hands of a few. The current health care “reform” bill will eventually run once privately own insurance companies, that is those that will not be driven out of business. This bill is not about healthcare. It is about controlling more of our lives.

The many Tea Party rallies have shown that the people do not want the government to control our lives. The legislators in Washington, the administration, and the many overseers (Czars) appointed by Obama, do not care what the people want.

They are determined to turn our country into a Soviet Style Socialist state. As it becomes more apparent that Americans don’t want this bill, those in power are turning up the pressure to get it passed. They will disguise provisions of the bill, lie any lie, threaten legislators, make any promise to get this monstrosity passed. They are that hungry for complete power over the lives of Americans.

The bill is so large and the wording so convoluted to fully to disguise the bill’s affect, that it is almost impossible to digest it. They say it will cover more people at lower costs with more services, impossible and they know it. Legislators are promised hundreds of millions of dollars for their state. Every dollar will have a hook, a provision that in the end will cost the states money and lose sovereignty. They are using terror tactics to bully our representatives into submission with threats of closing military sites and denying other aid. Behind the carrot, there is a big stick.

The people have let the government know what we want and don’t want. The government is ignoring us. We have to put the same effort we put into demonstrating our point, into making a change in Washington. If we do not stop this absurd move towards a Soviet Style Socialist state now, the nation will suffer greatly. I implore you all to vet new candidates, pick the right ones, and work to elect them with the same dedication as our founders had when they formed this grate nation. If we don’t take responsibility for our future, people who are trashing our Constitution will control our future.

Globalization: A De Facto World Government

America is in danger of losing its sovereignty to left-wing non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as described in an article by Cliff Kincade in Accuracy In Media. His article The Secret Plan to Pass a Global Tax, details what has been happening for years now.

Max Lawson of the foreign aid group Oxfam, writes the global Financial Transactions Tax (FTT) is "an idea whose time has come," Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) were established by the United Nations to force the United States and other Western Nations to pay 0.7% of their Gross National Product (GDP) as foreign aid to designated countries. The agencies created to handle this dole will probably double the cost.

This to be administrated by UN officials. That thought brings back memories of the food for oil program (in Iraq) that lined the pockets of individuals and governments. A scandal that was swept under the rug, no one was punished.

Senator (at the time) Obama introduced the Global Poverty Act that would mandate U.S. to comply with MDGs to the tune of $845 billion.

Re-distribution of wealth was a major part of Obama’s presidential campaign. I wonder if those that voted for him were aware that they will be supporting world a populations. Obama is willing to go along with those that want to put us under foreign control. Didn’t we say NO to that back in 1776?

Socialization of America Continues

On December 11th 2009 the House passed a bill giving the Federal Government even more control of America’s financial institutions and take away state rights to regulate banks and other financial houses by a vote of 223 to 202.

New powers would give the federal government the right to break up what the government decides are big risky companies or for whatever reason they decide. It also would create a consumer agency to police lenders expanding the “Big Brother” form of government.

Democrat leaders were also seeking to revive legislation that would let bankruptcy judges rewrite mortgages to lower homeowners' monthly payments. How totalitarian is this? This is a warning to all businesses. If a business sells an item on credit, and then the buyer is not able to make the payments, will the government reduce the price to a more “affordable” price tag?

The legislation would govern the simplest payday loan and the most complicated high-finance trades. The measure seeks to impose restrictions on every house of finance, from two-teller neighborhood thrifts to huge interconnected conglomerates. This will increase the cost of every financial transaction substantially and will be paid by all taxpayers. It will probably be a hidden tax, such as a “fee” imposed on the financial institution. In any event we all will end up paying more and getting less.

Is there any doubt where the Obama administration and congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid is taking this country? We must not allow their plan continue to rob us of our liberties. We have a weapon to fight back, the vote. Replace all those dismantling our constitution. Vet new candidates, select the right ones, and work hard to elect them.

The Right Candidates Will Save America

It is up to us to find and elect the right candidates.

The right candidate comes out of the real world that most Americans live in. They are knowledgeable of American history, our Constitution, historical failure of socialism, and the dangers presented by our enemies both from within our country and foreign. Their career objective is not a political career but are willing to take time out from their lives to devote time and energy to the preservation of this great nation. Their resume must include more then a lifetime of running for office. They must exhibit the same characteristics of our founders; business people, professionals, scientists, and warriors with a desire to serve the public good but not dictate to the public. Small government must be their goal and appose government control of health care and other businesses. They must recognize the threat of terrorism. They must exhibit common sense, be willing and able to implement action to reduce our national debt and get this country back on sound footing.

There are two things needed to cut into the debt that our federal government has encumbered us with. First, stop distributing wealth by stealing from those who have earned it and reverse current efforts of economic stimulation. We need to down size governments at all levels to minimize the cost of governance, thereby reducing required revenue and taxes.

At the same time we must encourage entrepreneurism by scrapping Cap ‘n’ Trade, commit to energy independence by supporting wind farms, solar and nuclear generated electricity, harvest domestic oil and natural gas deposits, and better balance echo preservation with the needs of the people.

In addition, government grants must be minimized and replaced by competitive biding to develop new and innovative products such as engines for cars and planes, better building materials, and non-draconian methods to preserve our environment.

Reducing taxes and down sizing government will create a revenue surplus to be used for the reduction of our national debt and create a man-made and natural disaster fund.

Yes, it is possible to accomplish great things if we dedicate our selves to preserving this great nation. Vet new candidates, pick the right ones, and make sure they are elected.

Rejecting World Rule By European Elite

1776 was the beginning of liberating the masses from rule by a few privileged Europeans. Americans rejected the concept that only a select few had the wisdom to control individual’s lives and destiny in favor of a system that grants individual liberty and freedom for all citizens.

This concept, based on self-reliance, personal responsibility, and individual dignity, went against accepted governing at the time. It was a move away from the rule of kings, potentates, self-proclaimed messengers of a god and might makes right to a rule of the people by the people. Very few people at the time thought that it was a viable concept of government. However, they were stubborn visionaries who managed to convince enough people to sacrifice personal property, liberty, and life to fight for the rights of the individual to property, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. With many bumps along the way, a long struggle ensued that lasted for over a hundred years before their goal was achieved. By the early twentieth century all American citizens without regard to religion, race, or gender, officially achieved control of their own lives.

This concept of self-government produced innovations in production, science, medicine, human rights, and the arts, history has ever known. This nation became the most productive prosperous nation and with the highest individual quality of life on earth. With varying degrees of success, many nations strived to emulate our government of self-rule while others so envied us, they were determined to destroy and dominate us. It turned out that we were stronger then them and persevered.

Today there are some who still envy us so that they are determined to rob us of our sovereignty. They have designed a scheme to bring us back to a rule by a few European elite, self-proclaimed leaders of the world. They claim that our success is proof of imperialism and that it is denying success to the rest of the world. Even though we have liberated so many from totalitarian dictatorships at the cost of many American lives, provided more aid to people suffering from natural and man made disasters than any other nation, and have never demanded more land than required to bury our own who perished in this effort, they still want to rob us of our prosperity and liberty.

The most disturbing are those Americans who for personal gain are in collaboration with these self-proclaimed saviors of the world. Under the guise of Global Warming or Climate Change or some other made up non-existing pending calamity, we are facing the plunder of the results of our effort of hard work. Our president and congressional leadership of Pelosi and Reid are plotting to hand over our sovereignty to a World Court and other World Organizations conceived by envious European elite. 234 years ago we rejected foreign rule. After all the good this nation accomplished, with the many great sacrifices by so many Americans, are we going let Obama and his minions demolish this the greatest nation with the best form of government? Are we going to allow the distribution of our hard earned prosperity to corrupt leaders of other nations or will we do everything in our power to keep our nation free and independent of world rule?

Throughout the years, America has been the shining beacon of liberty for the world. Past generations have worked hard to provide future generations with the same opportunity for success they have. Are we going to destroy those past sacrifices? Will we allow our future generations to suffer the yoke of foreign rule, the yoke that our founders gave property and life for the have removed? Or will we renew that spirit of 1776 that brought forth on this world a new form of government of the people and by the people? I say we fight to preserve our freedom. I say help vet new candidates and pick the right ones to replace the scoundrels now in charge. We can make a difference if we put our minds to it and our backs into it. Register people to vote, walk precincts, work the phone banks, and take people to the polls.

Was It Terrorism At Fort Hood?

The administration, Pentagon, Legislators, News Outlets, and the average person on the street seems to be looking for an excuse to not call the recent evens at Fort Hood a terrorist act. So few are willing to make the hard call, that this was a terrorist act.

Some are hesitant to say the truth because they don’t want to admit they were wrong in their analysis of Islam. Others just find it easier to stick their head in a hole and refuse to face this huge threat.

Then there are those that are aiding and abiding Islam’s war on the west. Even though the Fort Hood massacre is just one of many such cases, they keep saying that since there is no link to Al-Qaida or any other terrorist group, these are just acts of mentally disturbed individuals. I beg to differ.

There is a connection to a terrorist group; a group that started over 1400 years ago and commands its followers to kill the infidels wherever they find them. Just as the fanatic followers of Mao Tze Tung used Mao’s Little Red Book, these followers have a detailed manual of operations. It is the Koran.

The followers of the Koran pray five times a day for the destruction of the Western Way of life. Five times a day they reassure themselves that non-Muslims are less then humans, have no right to property, liberty, or life. Five times a day they reinforce the belief that women are property to be used, abused, and discarded at will. Five times a day they recite that Allah commands them to subjugate or kill the non-believers. Five times a day they reaffirm their superiority over non-Muslims.

Muslims assure each other of the need to replace our Constitution with Sharia Law. They discuss how we are insulting them by not going the way of Islam. Their leaders whether in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Great Britain, France, Germany, America, or other parts of the world ferment their dissatisfaction living among Infidels and having to adhere to Infidel’s ways and Infidel’s laws. They are coerced into believing the world they live in is mocking them. To them this is an insult that needs avenging. They begin to perceive an unbearable pressure by the Infidels around them to change their ways. They then take action that they feel is defending Islam. That action eventually becomes the murder of innocents. Innocents by any measure of enlightened thinking except the Muslim mind.

Whether the action is by political groups or individuals, the action is spurned by a primitive rage to eliminate those who refuse to submit to a seventh century mentality of rule. They all subscribe and are members of one club. Their guide is the Koran and their way is violence. They all are acting in concert with each other to destroy the enlightened world and plunge us into the seventh century world of might makes right, of slavery, ignorance, and misery.

Current Sacramento Legislators Don’t Get It

Their solution to the water crisis in California is too spend more money, money which Californians do not have now and if current trends continue will not have in the future. Sacramento legislators are working on two bills. One, which is to outline what will be done and the other a bond measure indebting Californians to $9.4 billion. Assessing past cost estimates, the actual cost of the project will be much higher, could be three times the $9.4 billion.

I started to read the bill today. It begins with pages and pages of acquiescing to existing environmental restrictions that inhibit the economic growth of California. Then it goes into more legal gobbledygook of creating this and that. To me, this is not encouraging at all. California does not have the luxury of time to implement the restoral of irrigation water to the farmers of the central valley.

Several weeks ago, a rally was held in Fresno in support of the farmers and farm workers. Only one news outlet even mentioned it to any degree. Where are the legislators? They are supposed to be working for the people, not special interests that feed their campaign coffers. On a trip to Walnut Creek, last weekend, I witnessed the dustbowl in the central valley. As I observed dried up fields that a few years ago were growing the fruits and vegetables for the tables of America, a small sign pointed out the plight. It expressed the frustration of a people under the thumb of a government that cares more for non-indigenes fish and snails then that of the welfare of its citizens.

It appears that Sacramento, in lock step with the federal government, is dead set on exporting our economy to other countries and reducing our living standards to that of third world states. Since the governor and legislature of California do not intend to do the people’s will, the people need to make some big changes. We must take advantage of every opportunity to replace our office holders with those who will govern for the benefit of all the people and not selected special interest groups. We need to have dedicated public servants and not career politicians, who are mostly interested in staying in power, running our state.

California must become business friendly in order to resurrect its ailing economy, otherwise it will end up likes its southern neighbor, with no middle class, a few rich living in compounds, and a huge dissatisfied and angry class of poor.

California needs to put people first. Open the locks to irrigate our farmlands, harvest our rich source of oil, build refineries, construct nuclear power plants, erect more windmills, and utilize solar power.

Do not waste the opportunity to vet new and dedicated public servants. Encourage your family, friends, and associates to carefully select candidates and work hard to elect the right ones. It is time to dedicate ourselves and make some sacrifices.

At Times There Is No Other Hand

One’s principals as traditions need to be re-examined and re-evaluated now and then. In many if not most, parts of the world it was considered impolite not to welcome a stranger into your home, provide sustenance and rest. A suspicion about new comers and strangers was considered backward thinking. The welcome matt was lying proudly in front of the door. Now it is more prudent to be cautious when a stranger appears at the door.

As people moved from rural areas into cities, it became essential to implement new laws of behavior, regulations affecting individual actions, and community living. Living in a house miles away from neighbors, it made no difference how much debris one had in their front yard. It affected no one but the homeowner. Try to do that in populated housing community now, one would be cited and forced to clean up the area. Such rules became common in our cities and accepted as just. Living in an apartment house, we are required to comply with rules of courtesy such as making noise. We comply to be good neighbors. But at times these rules, imposed by self appointed directors of sensibility, can be carried too far. Quite often, we hear of situations such as people being threatened with eviction for displaying the American flag, displaying political views in yards or windows, and having decals on one’s cars.

The fast held beliefs of yesteryear need to be amended to meet challenges of the present and future. There is little danger to a community if a person living on the prairie shoots a gun into the air. The same cannot be said about doing that in a crowded city. This does not necessitate denying gun ownership, just abiding by sensible rules. In a city where people depend upon each other more, it is not egregious to impose taxes that will pay for streets, public transportation, and other requirements for a well functioning city. Rules of behavior must include acceptance of others as long as they pose no danger to the community. These rules should not impede one’s prerogatives or ability to pursue a livelihood or happiness as long as these do not harm others.

So it is with politics. As the world changes around us some political standards need change. This does not mean abandoning ideals or standards that have served this nation well. Throughout most of the 1800’s, slavery was accepted as normal. That was changed and is now against the law. It was recognized at the beginning of the 20th century that denying women the vote was not right and now women have an equal opportunity to vote as do all lawfull citizens, regardless of race, religion, color, or origin.

All this is good but when some decide to implement laws that change the fabric of what this nation was based on, self reliance, individual freedom, and guaranteed opportunity to succeed, we have to realize that not all change is necessary nor for the general good. It is especially dangerous when people claim to have certain views when their actual inclinations are the opposite. These “fifth column” types infiltrate organizations to attain power in order to implement agendas that are the opposite of the organization. Some in the organization are willing to support them hoping for self advancement within the group. This brings me to the subject of compromising one’s principals. Just as Tevye, from The Fiddler On the Roof, realized that there are times when one can consider “on the other hand”, that at times there is no other hand, we must realize that at times compromise is not an option. That time is here and now. Conservative Republicans must stand for our principals and the United States Constitution. In these times of pending danger to our way of life we must not go along to get along. Just because a candidate states he/she is a true Republican and has the ability to be elected is not a reason for us to support their candidacy. A socialist who claims to be a Republican will push us further into a way of life that will stifle the human soul, stagnate economic growth, and denigrate the past and current sacrifices by many. It is time for us to vet candidates that will promote the aspirations of our founders. We must work with dedication and willingness to sacrifice and elect the right ones. We can not afford to sit on the side lines and hope that others will do the work for us.

Don’t give up the fight

Well, I have been waiting for some one to answer my question. What were the “childish” and “mean” things said at the Tea Parties and what was so egregious about them? No one has stepped up to the plate.

Some one is trying to put a monkey wrench into the movement. It could be the Democrats, Ron Paul-ers (can’t infiltrate as they would like), or the old guard of the Republican Party seeing that they may be losing their grip on the party.

Who is doing this makes no difference. The Tea Parties have energized the country to stand up against the National Socialists running America. It is the most visible and motivating movement in recent times. Let’s keep the momentum going.

Please continue to rally at the Tea Parties. They have made a big difference in the mood in congress. The people are making noise and even though Washington keeps saying we don’t exist, they are paying attention. We must keep the pressure on them. They need to be aware that after the next election they may be looking for work in the private sector.

Let’s not give up the fight.

More Shenanigans By Congress With Our Healthcare

Pelosi and Reid do not see the votes for a public option in the healthcare bill. Their latest scheme is to give the states the option to for a state healthcare. They hope that this will get some Democrats to go along with the bill. This may be a temporary set back for socializing America but it is still a step towards it.

First of all, who will pay for the a state run healthcare system? We have seen two states create a state run healthcare system. One state just gave up on it since it could not sustain itself. An other state is swimming in huge cost overruns and is in very deep economic trouble. Pelosi and Reid know that this will be the situation in any other state and give the federal government a reason to step in and take it over. This method may even be a faster way to implement a national one payer healthcare system. In any event, the feds will be in a position take over the healthcare on the grounds that “this is too big to allow to fail”. We have seen that scenario before.

When you contact your representatives in Washington, don’t forget to let them know that you are against an option for the states to have a state run healthcare system. Your state will run into huge deficits that only a large state tax increase or a federal takeover can rescue (ha, ha). It is not enough to keep the public option out of the bill. Individual states must stay away from providing more welfare.

The one thing that will help lower healthcare cost is to bring more competition into the healthcare insurance business. We need to eliminate in state insurance monopolies. By allowing across state competition, insurance rates will fall dramatically. We can see how competition keeps lower prices of gas when there are four stations on busy corner verses where there is only one.

Attorneys are the main benefactors of medical law suits. By limiting the amount of punitive damages and the amount attorneys can make beyond reasonable expenses, medical insurance costs will be decreased.

We can have healthcare reform without going socialist. This will be accomplished if we vet new candidates, select the right ones, and work hard to replace the socialist minded elite office holders running this country now.

Recently a Brit who spent a lot of time in Czechoslovakia during communist rule contacted me. He worked for a confectionery company. We decided to correspond about his time in Czechoslovakia. Below is an excerpt from his latest email.

When first visiting the various confectionery factories I was always bemused by the usually fat ladies, in uniform, wearing a gun belt and holster - and with gun of course - standing guard outside every factory. These people were members of the People's Militia - staunch communists all.

I am sharing this with you to bring out something that our president wants to institute. In Czechoslovakia, they called it the People’s Militia. Obama will call it the National Civilian Security Force. Regardless of what they are called, one purpose is to spy on citizens and all visitors. Their accusations could put a person in position of having to prove loyalty to the regime. This could involve days of incarceration and interrogation.

David continues “in the early days if I visited a factory I always had to be accompanied by two 'special' people. One of these was a representative of the trade union, and the other was from the police.” You may wonder why it is necessary monitor a visitor to a chocolate factory. It has nothing to do with security. Socialist regimes instill mistrust in the people of everyone by placing spies in the general populous. One can not be sure that the neighbor is not going to hear something that may be construed as anti-state, even an innocent comment or joke. That comment could lead to a lot of interrogation, loss of job, and even incarceration. When there is mistrust, it is harder for state opposition groups to form.

I am not saying that our present administration and congress is going to practice this but it sure looks like it. Their attacks on FOX news is very reminiscent Czech communist regime. We can insure that we won’t have to live in a constant state of paranoia by changing the makeup of congress. We can do this by vetting new candidates, picking the right ones (ones who are not part of the elite career rulers now in place), and working hard to elect them.

An Economic Disaster In The Making

Here’s how carbon offsets work: a company that emits carbon into the atmosphere as a by-product of its business transactions will be allocated a certain number of annual “free” carbon credits by the government. That company will be audited annually and if it were discovered that the emissions exceeded the allocation, then the company would have to purchase carbon credits (currently proposed to be valued at $40.00/ton USD) to cover the excess. If the company emitted less than allocated, it could sell its unused carbon credits on the open market for the same price.

The central driver of this new bubble will be various carbon exchanges, such as the Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX), the European Climate Exchange (ECX) as well as others. Entities with carbon offsets to sell will sell them on these exchanges, which in turn will sell them to companies that have run over their allocation. The justification of this scheme is that it needs to be done in the interest of lowering so-called greenhouse gases, such as carbon, in the atmosphere. But anyone conducting even the most cursory research will quickly come to realize that trading in carbon offsets will achieve no such thing.

What it will do is to significantly contribute to the growth of intrusive government bureaucracy and raise the worldwide price of virtually everything from agricultural products to zoo tickets. It will also enable liberals, Democrats and the Eurocartel to feel better about their own carbon emissions, knowing that with every carbon emission sin that is committed an offset indulgence may be purchased. It’s particularly sweet, if like Maurice Strong, one of the most rabid proponents of climate alarmism, you happen to own shares in the Chicago Climate Exchange. Or Like Al Gore, for whom climate alarmism has substantially contributed to his $100+ million growth in net worth, since losing the Presidency to George Bush in 2000.

The government has created a commodity out of thin air (pun intended). I agree with Klaus that the government is creating a bubble that when it burst will have greater impact on our economy than the dot com and housing bubbles combined.

Unjustified price hikes of the last bubbles caused economic disaster. Dot com companies were losing millions yet their stock value kept rising until investors came to their senses. Then the crash ruined many investors, even ones that were no in the dot com markets.

Huge spike in real estate prices, caused in part by imprudent lending practice, were unsustainable. These spikes continued until home ownership became unachievable for most of Americans and those that did manage to buy at super inflated prices could not continue to make the payments.

In both cases values were grossly exaggerated and people were paying for more vacuum than substance. In the case of carbon credits it is all vacuum. It is conceivable that one might have millions of dollars of vacuum. This market has to fail and take with it our economy.

If you think that Cap ‘N’ Trade is good, let me know. I will start a bag-less bag-of-air company and issue stock at $300.00 a share. You can spend a lot of money to own nothing and watch the value of your stock balloon way above your original investment until people stop buying the stock. You will have huge paper profits that can’t buy you anything.

In his article Klaus continues; This bubble is essentially driven by the Democrats and the Obama White House in collusion with the UN, having made a commitment to enact Draconian eco-legislation that will feature carbon offsets at its core.

If Cap ‘N’’ Trade is enacted, I see the dollar being devalued way below other currencies and Americans in poverty.

A change in the congress is imperative now and the administration in the next presidential election if we are to save America. With the dedication of our founders we must vet new candidates, select the right ones, and work hard to elect them. To replace the elite ruling class now in control of our country we all have to make special effort and yes sacrifices.

Donate what ever you can, work the phone banks, talk to your neighbors and associates, and walk precincts for your choice to govern this country.

Obama Czar Agrees with Mao Tze Tung, and thinks free market is NONSENSE

When someone agrees with Mao Tze Tung, we tend to ignore and discount that person. In this case, we need to pay more attention, it is very frightening. The Czar, Bloom, also said that it is all about power. Mao was a powerful communist dictator who murdered countless number of his own citizens.

We all are in danger when a member of the president’s administration agrees with such a man. There is no reason to think that an admirer of such acts would hesitate for a moment to use the same tactics.

This administration is full of people who admire our enemies and despise the principals that America was founded on. It is supported by a congress that is shutting out the opposition, physically. Locks on committee meeting rooms are being changed to keep the opposition out. Bills are being drawn by a few from the majority party and who then demand their passage without fully disclosing the bill’s details.

This is not how a democratic republic operates. It is more like a soviet politburo exercising its totalitarian control.

We must put an end to this congress’ outrageous ways. Vet new candidates, pick the right ones to replace the current batch of career elite rulers, and work super hard to move them to Washington and state legislatures.

Naive, Ignorant, or Deliberately Destroying America

It does not matter if America is destroyed due to stupidity or deliberate action. The facts are, the Obama Administration and Congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid are systematically disassembling the fabric of America. Our Federal Government is exercising more and more control of the lives of Americans and abdicating American sovereignty to world powers who in most part are our enemies.

Just about every bill pending or in the process of developing in congress, is a means for further dominance of U.S. citizens and solidification Federal control. Cap ‘N’ Trade, ObamaCare, National Civilian Security Force, control of all the Financial Institutions, ownership of the car manufacturing, intimidation of the insurance industry, and attacks on non-compliant news services (from individual bloggers to large corporations) are all evidence of our eroding liberties.

Now we see the effect of this administration’s foreign policies. Russia just announced that it is developing a missile many times faster than any so far developed. This announcement was made after Obama killed the missile defense system to be set up in Poland and the Czech Republic. Obama has also canceled other missile defense systems and ordered to destroy much of our nuclear arsenal. These actions were to get cooperation from Russia to persuade Iran to stop its nuclear ambitions. Russia’s response was to announce its weapons development and more cooperation with Iran. Iran’s response to Obama’s Neville-ian response was to recant on an agreement they made just a few days ago.

The world sees America as being led by a weak, inexperienced, and easily fooled president and congressional leadership. We are no longer taken seriously. Just like in the Carter administration, other nations will ignore us and our enemy’s surrogates will attack our interests around the globe. Our enemies will not respect us. Without fear of reprisal, U.S. citizens will be at risk. There will be hostage taking, embassies taken over, and our military attacked. It happened under the Carter Administration, America was being kicked around with impunity. Ronald Reagan’s policies changed that. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard released the hostages held captive in our embassy. Kaddafi turned over airplane bombing suspects and gave up his WMD’s. The Soviet Union gave up (for the moment) its world dominance aspirations.

Today we are facing socialist slavery, world government rule, and Islamic subjugation. This administration is not only not trying to prevent these calamities, they are aiding and abiding those that wish to harm us. We have ignored one of the principals required to continue to live in freedom. We have not taken responsibility for our freedom. We have allowed others to become caretakers of our future. It is time we stand up and become self-reliant, responsible, and action orientated citizens in a free country. Let’s vet new public service minded candidates, pick the right ones, and work with the dedication of our founders to replace the current political career elite rulers of this country.

America was built with the spirit of individualism, self reliance, and responsibility for self. Those who took great risks to cross the Atlantic Ocean, the pioneers who settled across America to farm, ranch, and discover, and innovators of business, industry, and science did not rely on a government. They took chances, overcame failure, and created the most powerful, benevolent, and successful nation with freedom and liberty never before achieved.

For the past hundred years, this nation has been infested with those who want to reverse this march to excellence with individuals creating prosperity for all, some having more prosperity than others do. Generally, ones prosperity is and has been dependent upon individual ability, desire, and work ethic. A movement has been afoot to push individual achievement aside and create a state dependent society. This has been the way all over the world for thousands of years prior to the enlightenment of 1776 and the American Revolution, which took the rule away from potentates and created a government by the people. We can now see areas in America where second and third generation are dependent on welfare. They have lost totally the desire and ability to fend for them selves. Unions that at one time were the saviors of the working person, now have total control of their members, to such a point that the American worker has lost the option to choose.

The Obama administration and our congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid, are attempting to put the end to higher individual achievement, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-reliance. They have taken control of our major manufacturing and financial institutions. They are attempting to set up burdensome taxation via Cap ‘N’ Trade and take complete control of our healthcare system from who gets what care to who provides it.

If we allow this government to complete its task, we all will be beholding to the government for our livelihood. As with all socialist states, this governance by consumption will degrade our standard of living, create corruption and black markets, and finally will have to institute a draconian dictatorship. We will all be equally pore and miserable.

We can stop this slide into pre-constitutional progress by vetting new candidates and selecting the right ones, those with a passion for civil service but no goal towards being career politicians. Once selected we must work hard to elect them and replace the elite ruling class of politicians now in charge. We must, like our founders, dedicate our selves to reverse this slip into socialism. Gather with you friends and associates, be sure to register likeminded people, and create a workforce to walk precincts, work the phone banks, and get out the vote for your candidates.

We Are Closer and Closer to a Dictatorship

For the past two years, I have been comparing the Obama campaign and now the presidency to 1930’s Germany. Many have been skeptical of my views. Today we learned that his administration forbade an insurance company to communicate its views on ObamaCare.

This is a direct affront to the first amendment of our Constitution. What is his administration going to do if the insurance company defies Obama’s command? Will they fire the officers? Will Obama prosecute the officers on some trumped up charges? Don’t look so incredulous, he has replaced corporate CEO’s already.

In addition, I have pointed out his constant degradation of America.

Did you torture yourself through his apologies for America, kiss up to the worlds worst despots, selling out Israel, and contradicting goals of supporting the right of people for self-determination speech at the U.N.? That was not the speech of a patriotic American President. That was the speech of a man who hates America and all it has stood for as the most generous nation ever.

There was no reference of how America saved the world form German Imperialism, twice, and communist domination by the Soviet Union and how America has always been the first to render aid of all kind to areas that suffered disasters. There was no mention of brutal attacks on the protesters rejecting the election results in Iran. Obama is a disgrace to humanity

Open Primaries and a Part-Time Legislature

With party registration being seven to three favoring the Democrats, the Republican vote would be diluted to the point of insignificants. The Democrats could swing the primary towards the most unelectable Republican candidate. I believe that would border on unconstitutional. Allowing Declined to State voters to participate in the primaries gives them a say and should be the way we hold primaries.

A full time legislature promotes the career politician. This creates an elite ruling class whose primary concern becomes self-promotion. The career politician develops the attitude of knowing better than the populous, a concept that our founding fathers rejected.

This rule by a few of the many is what this country ended with our declaration of independence. They wanted to get away from those that ruled according to their own needs rather then those of the people.

If we examine the make-up of politicians, we see families of career politicians, all of which live totally different lives form those that they are supposedly representing. This is made very evident by the many ballot initiatives and even more by the Tea Parties. Our officials are not fulfilling the wishes and needs of the voters.

In California we see career politicians and the rich playing potentates. This created a situation that is great for them but killed the business environment pushing companies and jobs out of the state, reducing revenues, and forcing the general population into poverty.

A part time legislature will be made up of civic-minded individuals who take time out of their daily lives to do the work of the people. They will be less concerned with making laws that perpetuate their careers and concentrate on getting the most needed work done.
We would not need term limits and be able to keep the experienced and able minded as long as they want to serve. They would be in service like the National Guard, taking a few days a year to serve but still having regular jobs living regular lives like those they represent.

Appeasing the Enemy and Betraying Allies is a Road to Disaster

Throughout history, there is evidence that appeasing your enemy guaranties the enemy’s victory. Yet so many politicians keep doing so never considering past outcome of such action.

Appeasing your enemy usually comes with selling out one or more allies. President Obama is following the path of folly by Chamberlin and others. Two countries that took the chance to align with the West are Poland and the Czech Republic (formerly Czechoslovakia).

During the debate over the America’s missile defense system for Europe, I emailed Radio Prague and other news sources in CR, lobbying for them to accept it. Assuring that America is a safer bet. This debate got quite heated in both countries and politician’s careers were on the line. In the end, both countries took a leap of faith and agreed to host the system. I say a leap of faith because both countries have been victims of betrayal before.

They both suffered terrible lose of life, destroyed infrastructure, and a ruined economy, when Western Europe, led by Britain’s Neville Chamberlain, gave into Hitler’s demands. “Peace in Our Time” became World War II.

At the end of WW II, they again were sacrificed in an attempt to appease a burgeoning enemy, the Soviet Union. Not only were they denied the reconstruction afforded to Western Europe, their new masters raped the countries of their natural resources, forced their industries to supplement the Soviet Union, and imprisoned or killed many of their citizens.

In spite of these betrayals, they aligned them self with America. After all, America has been the savior of so many in the past and the betrayals were engineered by Western Europe. They did not expect that any American president would aqueous to Russian pressure. President Obama shocked these counties and most Americans as he continues his platform of appeasement.

The irony of this move is that America gained absolutely nothing. Russia is still arming Iran and Venezuela, trying to create a puppet government in Georgia, and refuses further sanctions on Iran.

Is Obama deliberately ruining America’s reputation or is he just ignorant of history? It does not seem possible that anyone with his education could be so badly informed. His expansion of government powers to limit American’s liberties, being put into fruition by congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid, and foreign policy suggest a deliberate attempt at the destruction of America.

If the people do not replace congress with the right people in 2010 and then refute Obama in 2012, this country and the world are doomed.

Let's Not Lose Our Country

In light of the happenings of the past nine months, Nationalization of two thirds of the car industry, Cap ‘n’ Trade which gives the Federal Government the power to raise taxes willy-nilly, pending nationalization of healthcare, obvious admiration for Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez and other communist dictators by Obama, recent flowery depiction of the murderous Fidel Castro by Maxine Waters, and a host of other socialist actions taken by Obama’s Administration and congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid are clear signs that the National Socialists have taken over our country. Flying the Communist Chinese flag on the Whitehouse Lawn is just a statement of their intentions.

If we do not vet new candidates and work super hard to get them elected by working phone banks, walking precincts, and getting out the vote, we will lose this country.

Quid Pro Quo In Sacramento

Does anyone really feel deprived by not having a train ride from L A to Sacramento available? I mean deprived to the tune of $200 billion. Is it really more necessary to be able to ride this choo-choo then to balance the budget?

This project should be dumped but Governor Schwarzenegger owes his supporters a $200 billion favor. That’s right, the taxpayers of this state will be paying off Arnold’s debts, not only to build it but even more money to promote it. His promoters will get a $9 million contract to promote it. Commission staff members charged with recommending a public relations firm have advised the board to give the contract to Mercury Public Affairs at its meeting. Staff members are former Mendelsohn colleagues. Governor Schwarzenegger strategist Adam Mendelsohn and Arnold’s 2006 election manager Steve Schmidt are partners at Mercury Public Affairs.

The state is broke and revenue sources are leaving the state by the droves. We need to change the makeup of Sacramento. Vet new candidates for the state Assembly and Senate. Pick the right ones. Work like never before to get the right people elected. Work the phone banks, walk precincts, and then get out the vote.

Let’s Protect the First Amendment

Some time ago I wrote about a new position at the FCC and how the person appointed to it intends to control what is allowed on the air waves. You can find it at The Latest Re-Distribution of Wealth Scheme on my blog.

That man is Mark Lloyd, chief diversity officer of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). In his book “Prologue to a Farce: Communications and Democracy in America” (University of Illinois Press) published in 2006, Lloyd constantly refers to the socialist Saul Alinsky.

Alinsky (1909-1972) was a community organizer and activist from Chicago and the author of the book, Rules for Radicals, which opens with an acknowledgment "to the very first radical ... Lucifer." As for political tactics, Alinsky said, “The Prince was written by Machiavelli for the Haves on how to hold power. Rules for Radicals is written for the Have-Nots on how to take it away. In this book we are concerned with how to create mass organizations to seize power and give it to the people. This means revolution."

Lloyd like his hero Alinsky is for government control of all facets of our lives. “Citizen access to popular information has been undermined by bad political decisions,” Lloyd wrote in his book. “These decisions date back to the Jacksonian Democrats’ refusal to allow the Post Office to continue to operate the telegraph service.” This man is not interested in the unbiased distribution of information. He is a shrewd apparatchik planning to help establish a National Socialist style dictatorship in the US.

Ever since the take over of congress by the left, they have worked to create a socialist dictatorship. The Obama administration has set up a branch of the government that reports directly to the president to control the country. Congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid are working to implement laws to cement a form of government totally alien to our Constitution. Controlling the nation’s communications is the most important part of any attempt to control a nation. It allows the government to squelch any and all dissent or opposition to a totalitarian state. That is exactly what our leaders are working on.

The socialists infiltrated just about completely the education system in America. This system created a media that is lock step with the socialist movement. Now they are trying to wipeout the few remnants of independent thought. We are at the crossroads of America’s destiny. Freedom loving Americans must stand together and appose this attack on our liberties. Send emails, letters, faxes, and make phone calls to congress demanding the government keeps its hand off the airwaves.

The Best Healthcare System is Being Maligned and Ripped Off

Of all the questions over ObamaCare that have been brought up, it seems that we all have missed one big point. The only reform that is really needed in America’s health care system is to stop the fleecing of America by illegal trespassers. If America did not have to spend the billions of dollars on the world’s bloodsuckers, legal residents would have better and more access to our health care system.

Oh, first let me clear up some phony statistics. The UN has put America towards the top of infant mortality. The one thing they failed to point out is how the US and the rest of the world counts infant mortality. In America every birth that results in mortality is counted, including, I believe, stillbirths. Most other countries only count live births. Some countries, the only ones they count are those who have died several months after being born.

Considering that most infant mortality is at birth, or shortly there after, other countries do not report most infant deaths. Seems a bit unfair, no? But then again what is new about that? The UN is full of our enemies. So are so many in the Obama administration and congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid. But that, is a topic for an other article. For now, my point is that our healthcare system is the finest and most advanced in the world. If it wasn’t why are so many coming here to be cured, including some of our worst enemies? They do not go to Cuba, Russia, or even Canada, they come here.

California hospitals experienced 85 closures in the last decade. An additional 55 facilities have shut down ERs, all due to having to provide free care to illegals. The state ranks last in the country in access to emergency care and last in ERs per capita, making it woefully unprepared to respond to a major earthquake or terror attack.

Some 80% of the births at Houston's Ben Taub General Hospital and Lyndon B. Johnson General Hospital are to illegal immigrants. In Fort Worth, it's about 70%.

The South Texas Health System eats $140 million a year in free care, and 60%-70% of those unpaid costs are in the ER.

Some 40% of the babies born at McAllen Medical last year were to illegals. That's nearly 2,400 babies who were given instant citizenship. Their mothers instantly qualified for U.S. welfare. Many of them, McAllen Medical CEO Joe Riley says, were "mothers about to give birth that walk up to the hospital still wet from swimming across the river and in actual labor."

One hospital near Miami was forced to eat $1.5 million in unreimbursed care for an illegal alien from Guatemala. After three years of treatment, Martin Memorial Medical Center paid $30,000 to charter a jet to take Luis Jimenez to a medical facility in his home country. His family in turn sued the hospital.

When you consider that they wire an average of $300 a month in remittances back to Mexico, that money could go a long way toward purchasing medical insurance.

These all show the mass fraud perpetrated on American citizens. A fraud that will only be increased with ObamaCare.

Just like with abortion, free medical care to illegals is not specifically written in any of the forms ObamaCare now under consideration by congress, but it is not excluded. As long as the illegal issue is not directly addressed, we will be forced to pay for these people while our own citizens are left wanting and suffering.

Additionally, it is just not the sniffles that these people are treated for. A town of 3,500 people in Texas had to pay almost $200,000.00 for a complicated delivery by an illegal.

A woman had ten children delivered at the expense California’s citizens. One child with major complications has been in and out of the hospital for the past ten years, all paid for by taxes. These costs are astronomical. Her and her whole extended family has been on welfare for over 15 years, all getting free medical care.

Redistributing our Wealth to the World

The echoes inside our treasury are deafening. The US is trillions of dollars in the red and we are sending money to Brazil while our economy languishes, people are losing jobs, businesses are closing down, and states cannot provide essential services. Obama’s administration along with congress led by Pelosi and Reid are propping up socialist regimes in South America. $10 billion was “lent” to a Brazil government owned Oil Company (an OPEC member). NY’s shale oil deposits can produce enough oil to supply all of America for 60 years. There are bigger deposits within this country but Obama, Pelosi, and Reid wants it to stay in the ground.

Three years ago, I was paying around $1.00/gallon of gas. Last year the price was heading to $5.00/gallon. The US is still at the mercy of the Oil Cartels and who knows how much they will squeeze us in the future. The Obama gang is doing all they can to put more power in their grasp.

Our current leadership in Washington is reducing our quality of life in every way possible. They are redistributing our future wealth to other countries rather then expanding our own economy. Not only is this administration trying to redistribute wealth in our country but also it is redistributing it to the world. These are not the acts of American patriots. These acts are of those who wish to destroy our way of life.

If we allow the current elected officials in Washington to stay in power, they will reduce America to impotent third world country. They must all, be replaced. We need to vet new candidates and work ever so hard to elect the right ones. Work with your local precinct leaders; man the phone banks and walk the precincts in support of the right candidates.

One of the things that made America different from all other nations is that a large percentage of Americans are either descended from those who came here for freedom and self-determination, or are immigrants themselves. We are not a conquered people, whose provinces are the result of border drawing by meddling officials as part of the Treaty of Versailles, or other treaties, dividing and re-dividing Europe into Kingdoms, Principalities, constitutional monarchies, or even Republics.

Americans wrested this land away from imperious Europeans, and owe neither fealty nor reverence for those whose rulers have been pre-determined, time and time again.

So, when committees start deciding how many "quality-adjusted life years" we have left, some of the patriots are going to begin considering how many "quality-adjusted life years" the bureaucrats have left, and conclude it is NONE. There will be blood in the streets; but, it will reduce the load on the healthcare system. Who is to say it is not in the spirit of the goals of the central planners?

We may just decide we do not need quite so many of them. And, I think we will, if it comes to pass.

This is not Europe. We shall not submit to barbarian hordes. That is something for the forces of evil to contemplate. But, hubris knows no bounds; and the obvious is often made manifest, throughout history, only with blood-letting. I do not expect it to come to that; but, if events unfold to our detriment, I believe that will be the final chapter.

The Latest Re-Distribution of Wealth Scheme

There is a new position at the FCC. It has been filled by a man who has a plan to really kill free speech radio. His plan is to force private radio stations to pay the FCC an equal amount of their total operating costs. This means that private radio stations with highly paid hosts, such as Rush, Sean, and others, will have to pay the FCC the same amount they them plus all other costs.

This money is to fund “public radio stations” that will spew the leftist points of view. If these private radio stations do not pay this “fee”, they could lose their license to operate. Then the FCC can give that license to whom ever.

This is outrageous. It ‘is the same as if the labor or commerce department demanded Ford Motor Company to pay a fee equal to Ford's costs to manufacture cars so that the government could fund a competing car company.

This bears watching very closely. It is a dangerous attempt to control more of the radio waves and just one major step towards a socialistic dictatorship. If this happens we will not hear points of view such as Mark Levin’s, Rush’s or other’s.

To save our freedom of choice and protect liberties that have been secured by the founders of this once great country, we must act to replace the make up of the administration and congress. Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country. Get busy and save our country. Investigate and vet new candidates and then work to elect the right ones

Is there a parallel between 1930’s Hitler regime and our present administration? Well lets take a look at this.

In the 1930’s Hitler blamed all the woes of the German people on the “rich Jewish bankers and business men”.
In 2009 Obama blamed the woes of Americans on the “rich greedy (republicans) running businesses and financial institutions”.

In the 1930’s Hitler took control of Germany’s financial institutions.
In 2009, Obama took control of American’s financial institutions.

In the 1930’s Hitler took over the industrial complex of Germany.
In 2009, Obama took control of 2/3 of America’s largest industry there by controlling many more businesses (manufacturer supplies, third party product suppliers, auto services, etc).

In addition to the incarcerating the Jews, Hitler began rounding up those that did not agree with him (my relatives ended up in concentration camps) and also those that just did not want to go along with his master plan (my dad was rescued from the Gestapo by his college friend who was a “fifth column” guy in the SS”.

Now Obama is asking his supporters to report dissidence to his programs, is starting a National Civilian Security Force (he does not call it that anymore), setting up Homeland Security detention centers at military posts across the nation, and his cohort Pelosi is calling dissidents “unpatriotic”.

In the 1930’s Hitler controlled every aspect of every German and most other European citizen’s life.
Now Obama is trying to implement egregious taxation on us with the cap and trade scheme to make us poor and control who lives or dies with his ObamaCare.

Hitler ran out of money so he printed and printed it until the German people needed a sack full of it to buy groceries.
Obama and his gang in congress have spent more money then the US has so he is printing money hand over fist.

Hitler made an alliance with Islamists to wipe out the Jews of Europe.
Obama is reaching out to Islamic organizations and Nations whose aim it is to destroy the only Jewish state.

What Obama proposes for health insurance and care (in essence) is that people who own homes with sagging back doors turn over the houses to the federal government, which will knock down the houses, and build new ones, smaller, greener, and uglier, with nice new back doors, and tax you for it, directly and indirectly, so he can use the extra tax money to build the same houses for illegal aliens and people on welfare.

Moreover, if you do not pay what he regards as your fair share, he will have access to your bank account, and will merely have it debited! That is what he calls "fixing" a "broken" system.

This is what you get from a charismatic politician whose studies at two elite universities, and one left wing college, prepared him to create nothing of value, but convinced him that taking from the hard workers, and re-distributing to the less productive, is "fair.” Of course, in implementing such fairness, his cronies and supporters, and minions, will have access to an enormous number of government and government-supported jobs, all to administer, study, audit, and oversea the fairness in stealing from the productive to re-distribute to those who are not entitled to it.

In addition, notice that with higher taxes, fewer deductions for charitable giving, and interfering with "Cars for Kids" and similar programs through unfair "Cash for Clunkers," and other programs, he is destroying private charity, and creating more "Pauls.” (When you rob Peter, to pay Paul, you get no argument from Paul.)

Now there is a shortage of used cars Obama calls clunkers. Folks of limited means will have to pay more for a clunker, as, so far, about a quarter million have been summarily scrapped, and the parts destroyed.

This is creating jobs. What happened to the method we used for a couple of hundred years without an Obama in sight? It was called a market economy. As soon as Obama lets people know that government interference is stopping, and lowers taxes, people will spend, business will expand, people will be hired, and we will thrive. It worked for over two hundred years; and, no other system has ever worked as well.
Is there anyone out there who still thinks that Obama believes in a market (free enterprise) economy? If so, please email me. I have an excellent investment in a high traffic bridge available.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF JOE SHMOW IN SOCIALIST AMERIKA

The alarm clock (made in China because our cost of labor and services set by union apparachiks are cost prohibitive) goes off at 6:00. Joe Shmow hops out of bed, dresses in a suit made in Taiwan (cheap labor), and runs downstairs to get his first cup of coffee from a coffeemaker (you guessed it) made in China. He gulps down his drink and runs out the door to his waiting automobile (made in Japan) thanks once again to America's socialist unions.
This morning, Joe decides to take the side streets to work (freeways have become parking lots in Los Angeles thanks to socialist unions, whose open border policy promises to fill their coffers with more dues). The once paved and functioning roads he now travels are full of pot holes, thanks to the (socialist city council whose unfriendly business climate forced businesses to flee the city; thus, decreasing our city revenues.) As he drives down the street attempting to avoid the many pot holes, he can't help but notice the litter strewed at every corner. It is beginning to look a lot like a Third World city, and what was once a clean safe neighborhood has now become a safe haven for illegal criminals from south of the border. Thanks once again to the sanctuary city label bestowed upon us by our socialist city council.
Eventually Joe arrives at his workplace only to be told by his controller that he will have to lay off 10 of his employees. The increase in minimum wage, higher corporate taxes, and forced health care benefits for all has made it impossible for the company to turn a profit. To cut costs, he is now forced to lay off ten good men, thanks to our socialist city government at work. Joe becomes upset and begins to take his anger out at the workers. They in turn become upset and productivity and morale are at an all time low. After putting in a nearly 12 hour day, Joe arrives back home to be greeted by his lovely wife and 2 children in tow. He sits down with a drink in hand and a child on his lap, when he spots the big envelope from the County Tax Collector. Dreading what is inside, he slowly opens it. There inside and spelled out in plain black and white is the property increase tax he had been fearing. Disgusted that nearly half of his income is taken away from him by a government bent on redistributing it to the drug addicted woman who chose to drop out of school and proceed to give birth to 5 kids out of wedlock, he quickly gulps down his drink.
His lovely wife proceeds to tell him that Joey Jr. is not doing well in school. Joey Jr. and other students have complained about one particular teacher, but the principal refuses to fire her. The socialist union would be up in arms. No merit pay or school choice allowed. The private school just around the corner with high test scores and a curriculum that teaches the basics instead of indoctrinated political correctness would be ideal, but Joe Shmow's annual earnings have taken a dive due to increased regulations set forth by a socialist government who believes they know best how to spend Joe's money. Feeling now more dejected than ever, Joe decides to write a letter to his legislative representative, but he is reminded by his wife that since he lives in California where the legislature is primarily led by those on the Left, his attempt at change would be futile. So Joe like many before him has to make a choice. Should he stay in the Socialist Republic of California or should he seek greener pastures where the physical climate may not be as sunny, but the reception a whole lot warmer. He chooses with his feet as so many before him.

Desperate Need for Action

The Golden State is Leading the Nation in the Race to Poverty

California is leading the nation in killing jobs, forcing businesses to close, and generally reduce the standard of living for all Americans. In the past 3 of every 5 jobs in California jobs where manufacturing jobs. Now only one in ten is in manufacturing.

California has lost 20,000 jobs a year for the last five years. That is 100,000 people have lost their jobs. 100,000 people were put on the unemployment rolls. That means around five billion dollars evaporated from the California economy. That means California lost millions of dollars of income tax and sales tax revenue. Current policy of California has just put thousands of farm workers out of a job and is threatening bankruptcy to hundreds of California farmers.

Now the California Energy Commission (CEC) is proposing another job killing measure. They want to regulate the allowable electricity consumption of flat screen televisions. Will that force some residents of California to buy different TV sets? Perhaps some, but then we can get the TVs we want via internet. So what will this regulation accomplish? It will cost more Californians to lose their jobs. As one TV retailer stated, “Taking these highly popular TVs off the shelves would seriously hurt my business,” said Don Mueller, Owner of North Bay AVS Design in Santa Rosa. “I estimate that the CEC’s regulation would slash 15-20 percent of our sales. In light of today’s economic climate, we’d be forced to cut 15-20 percent of our labor to make up for the losses.”

If Obama wants to stagnate the economy, weaken America, and reduce our standard of living, he could not have picked a better model to do so. California is literally broke and is working for the further demise of a once vibrant economy. California used to be a magnet for people seeking a better life and an opportunity for budding entrepreneurs. California’s current trend is business have packed up and left or just closed down. Californians are seeking the better life else where leaving an out of work population that can not sustain the spending appetite of their leaders.

Our Chief Executive’s Priorities

On the day that BHO was presiding over a beer summit, the FBI arrested homegrown terrorists Daniel "Saifullah" Patrick Boyd and several other conspirators. These are people accused of training to kill and otherwise terrorize citizens in foreign countries.

Our chief executive can’t be bothered with matters of national security. Perhaps he considers that it would be meddling in things that are of no concern to him and that he should concentrate on important stuff. You know, important things like defending a racist professor’s tirade over a cop investigating a possible break-in at the professor’s house.

Islamic terrorists, homegrown or foreign, never seem to be on his radar. He made no comment to Americans about being vigilant of suspicious Jihadist activities. It is as if Islamic terrorists did not exist. But he did think that saying the cops acted stupidly in a situation he did not have all the facts, warrented his attention. Alternatively, perhaps it is because his true sympathies are with Islam and others who wish to harm America.

He, others in his administration, congressional leaders Pelosi and Reid, and their followers in Washington must be replaced before America becomes a Socialist Dictatorship. It is up to us to replace them with the right kind of candidates as soon as possible.

There is a New Bailout on the Horizon

If I go to Galpin Ford (Ford is the only private US car manufacturer left) to buy a new car, the government will use your credit card to add $4,500.00 to my down payment. All I have to do is find an older car and turn it in as a “clunker” to be destroyed.

To do this one has to go on a government website to declare it. Just now on the Glen Beck program; if you click “accept” on the “privacy” button when on the government clunker program you agree to the following (I am paraphrasing), that since you have accessed a government computer your computer and all current and future data on it is the property of the Federal Government and as such the government has a right to its content.

Not only is the government spending taxpayers money, of witch there is none (that’s where the credit card comes in), it is encouraging people to get further into debt, since the balance of the price will be a bank loan. Remember what happened when the government encouraged people to get further into debt by buying houses they could not afford? We had a mortgage meltdown and the banks got bailed out with taxpayer money. I see people defaulting on car loans and banks begging the government for a new bailout and we get more socialism.

Afghan police arrested Jawad in December 2002 for allegedly throwing a grenade into a vehicle containing two US troops and an Afghan interpreter. Jawad confessed.

President Obama's Justice Department Wednesday night proposed a way for District Court Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle to order the freeing of Guantanamo detainee Mohammed Jawad, a writ of habeas corpus that will give Justice Department officials 22 more days to determine whether they can try Jawad in a criminal court in the U.S.

This terrorist will go free. Why, because to be tried in a civil court arresting officers and witnesses can be subpoenaed. In the heat of battle, there is no time to focus on the events in manner that any halfwit attorney would demand.

He can claim that he was tortured and his confession will be inadmissible. That leaves it up to eyewitnesses who will be hard to find and transport to the court. The presiding judge will have no alternative but to release Jawad.
This is how our president is “fighting” terrorism. His allegiance is with the enemy. We must put a stop this treason. We must vet new candidates, present office holders, and then work extra hard to get the right ones elected. This will frustrate Obama’s agenda. Then in 2012, Obama must be defeated.

Obama-speak: Healthcare Reform = Socialized Medicine and Government Control of Life and Death

The discouraging fact about this rush to Socialized Medicine is that all legislators regardless of their political philosophy are working to create a huge government bureaucracy to control our health care industry. The size of this project shouts efficiency is impossible and waste and fraud are inescapable. The decision makers will be so far removed form the providers of health care that every decision will be made based on financial considerations and not on the needs of the patients. This will result in a system that will have the efficiency and dedication to service of a DMV worker.

After seeing that no matter how much they care they cannot provide the required service, the workers will have the passion of paper pushers. Just as is the case in every country with a state run health care system, fraud, and black market will flourish.

Since there will be no room for profit, private health care organizations will quickly disappear and state clinics will take over. Health care providers will be paid much less. This can be seen by the payments that are made by Medicaid and Medicare. They are about 41 cents on the dollar that private insurance firms pay. With that kind of a pay scale, we won’t find the best of the best getting into health care.

The wait time for major care will be too long for many patients to survive their illness. The only recourse one will have will be to bribe doctors and nurses to allow them to cut in line and receive the care needed.
This rush to socialism must be stopped else, we end up like every socialist state; lousy major care and people dying needlessly. A major change in local, state, and federal government legislators is needed.

Hidden Agenda of ObamaCare

Re-distribution of wealth encompasses more than just taking cash from those who earned it and giving it to those that didn’t. It includes denying the deserving.

The latest example is when several men qualified for advancement in their fire department but were not promoted because most of them where Caucasian. Now there were no quotas in place but it was decided that the politically correct thing to do was to deny them their due. Ms. Sonia Sotomayor summarily ruled that it was a proper decision. Soon, she will be confirmed to the highest court of the land.

This appointment along with Federal Government’s control of grants and loans to college students sets the stage for the use of criteria other than excellence graduating and hiring medical professionals. ObamaCare has provisions for selection of who will get to attend medical school, what fields of medicine they will study and practice, and where they will work. People with lesser qualifications will be admitted to medical school. The schools will be forced graduate not the best but an “equal representation” of the population. There will be no incentive to excel.

This means that the doctor diagnosing your ailment may not be knowledgeable enough to make an accurate assessment. Your dentist might have missed most of the classes on gum disease. How dedicated is a nurse who went through school with mediocre or even failing grades?

With ObamaCare, private medical practice will not exist. Medical professionals won’t be able to choose where to practice they will be placed where the government puts them. How dedicated will the medical professional be under these circumstances? How comfortable will you be, knowing that your life is in the hands of a disgruntled practitioner?

The Obama administration along with congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid are working to control you in all aspects of your life. ObamaCare is one other part of this socialist plan. We all must reject socialism else we lose all that past generations have fought and some died for. Do not let that happen. Be sure to vet, campaign for, and elect candidates that will stand for our great constitution; freedom of speech, individual rights, and liberty for all.

ObamaCare is a Trojan Horse

There is a big caveat that has not been addressed (as far as I know) by anyone. This plan will also grow government, eliminate many private enterprises, and exercise more control over the lives of Americans.

As people end their participation in a private health insurance plan they will be forced to take on ObamaCare. The lose of insured by the insurance companies combined with the ability of ObamaCare to undercut the cost (the government has no problem running in the red) will drive many insurance companies out of business. Eventually ObamaCare will either take over the control of or replace private hospitals with federal clinics.

This will increase the size of ObamaCare requiring more union federal employees (with the enthusiasm and efficiency of a DMV employee), not only growing the government but giving it more control over more people, the ObamaCare employees and the patients will now dependent totally on ObamaCare.

The government now controls 2/3 of our auto industry (manufactures, suppliers, and after market producers and suppliers). The Administration with its Czars is pulling all the strings on our financial institutions and this destruction of the insurance industry and elimination of private hospitals will just about take over the whole enchilada.

The next arena for the Obama Administration and congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid is to get more control over institution of higher learning. They are contemplating prohibiting college loans by private lending institutions. Just think what power that will give them over the curriculum. The schools will be forced to produce more and more socialist dupes cementing this country in a Socialist Utopia.

And oh yes, you are aware that the National Socialists are planning to repeal term limits on the presidency, aren’t you? Just think, Obama will be eligible to be president for life. Isn’t that just peachy?

Americans have bent over to pick up the soap and the feds have grabbed us all by the waist. Soon we will all experience discomfort we were not planning on.

It’s Up to Us to Save America

In 2005 the Democrat Machine decided that their strategy to obtain absolute power would be to demonize President Bush and anyone remotely associated with his administration. This is just a one part of a multi-pronged attack for complete control of the country that would assure the destruction of any and all opposition to a National Socialist Dictatorship. Congress under the leadership of Pelosi and Reid is fast abdicating all power to the Obama Administration. Right now there is too much power in the hands of the Czars, EPA, and other agencies run by the administration. This country is in danger of one person rule by the end of Obama’s first term.
Americans must stand up to this threat by the National Socialists to create a socialist dictatorship. Get involved join a group, find your precinct captains, and work to elect the right people to stop this dangerous slide.

My Whole Body is Numb

The acts were horribly cruel yet I could not cry. The injustice was aggravating but I could not muster the strength to be angry. As I walked to my car my whole body was numb. Although I haven’t eaten since noon and it was after 9:00 PM it was hard for me to decide if I was hungry. On the way home I passed many restaurants but could not make up my mind what to eat or where. It wasn’t until an hour or so after getting home that I was able to warm up some leftovers.

Just witnessed the result of a 1,400 year old mentality still practiced today, not only in some remote hills in a country far away but spreading into the enlightened Western World. Laws based on a self serving theology that excuses the frailties of weak men looking to absolve them selves of their own selfishness, greed, and ignorance. This the result of the religion of convenience based on anger, subjugation, and tyranny.

The worst part was not that Soraya was framed and unjustly convicted. The worst is that men can be willing to do such horrible things to salvage their own “honor”. Islam, the religion of convenience excuses the weakness of men by victimizing women. You must see “the Stoning of Soraya M.”

We can not stand by and allow this evil to corrupt our nation nor the world. When picking a candidate to support make sure he or she understands what Islam has brought to Europe, Australia, the Far East, and to our cities right her in America. Honor killings are happening in Europe. Soon Islam will entrench itself in more and more of our cities. We will see people being harassed, chased through the streets, and beaten. That is happening in Europe for wearing a Cross or Star of David. Women are being harassed for not dressing according to Islamic standards. Don’t let that happen here. Bit by Bit Government is Encroaching on our Liberties

The leadership of Pelosi and Reid following along with the administration is setting the scene for even more future control of our lives. The latest bill calls for controls that will be implemented by government agencies, more and more of witch are being controlled by czars reporting directly to the president giving him ultimate control of your life. Has anyone contemplated the ramifications of this?

This bill allows the EPA to mandate retrofits to houses built now to comply with their whims years in the future. Before you can sell your house you will have to pass rigorous inspections. Talk is about having your house photographed with infrared cameras to gauge the amount of heat released by your house, a pressure test to measure the weather stripping effectiveness, and even the efficiency of electrical and water usage. The talk around the EPA is that they want you to have your thermostats connected to your power source so they (not you) can control the settings. When that is put into practice you would not be able to sell your house, condo, or apartment building with the government controlling how much you can cool your home in the summer or heat it in the winter. A home owner would be required to make retrofits that will cost tens of thousands of dollars. However if you are connected with a government official you might be able to get a waiver. You know, just like the car dealer that got a senator to get him a reprieve form being shut down like the hundreds of other Chrysler and GM dealers across the country.

This country is looking more and more like a third world banana republic with all the corruption that goes along with those countries where a privileged few prosper and the rest of the population suffers.

It looks like another major change in our country is in the works. Democrats have been working on repealing the 22nd Amendment. A resolution, H.J. Res. 5, was introduced into committee on January 6, 2009 which seeks to repeal the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, thus removing term limits for U.S. presidents. Yes, you read it right. Democrat Representative Jose Serrano of New York wishes to allow unlimited terms for President Obama. It is easy to tell where Obama stands on this issue. Last week the Honduran Supreme Court ruled that President Manuel Zelaya’s attempt to become president for life in the style of Hugo Chavez was illegal. On that ruling the Honduran Military removed him from office and sent him to exile. Our President Obama must think that being president for life is a good think since he sided with the ousted “Chavez wana be” Zelaya and demanded that Honduras government re-instate Zelaya as president. He even abruptly end joint military maneuvers with Honduras.

According to an AP report, Obama stated, "We believe that the coup was not legal and that President Zelaya remains the democratically elected president there. It would be a terrible precedent if we start moving backwards into the era in which we are seeing military coups as a means of political transition rather than democratic elections," he added. "The region has made enormous progress over the last 20 years in establishing democratic traditions. ... We don't want to go back to a dark past." This was not a coup. The military is adhering to the laws of their country.

What’s he afraid of? Why would Obama side with a tyrant rather than the people of Honduras? Could this “precedent” be a threat to his future plans?

Fellow Americans, the actions of our government is moving us towards a National Socialist Dictatorship. There is no time to lose. Mobilize your grass roots volunteers to thoroughly vet new candidates and then work the phone banks, walk the precincts, and donate as much as you can to elect representatives who want to preserve our Republic as intended by our founders.

Iran Happenings

The general consensus is that the two political factions in Iran are two sides of the same coin, an Islamic ruled Iran.

There is also another ripple in the wind sweeping Iran. This wave does not have an open political party or leaders that are openly campaigning. These people are not allowed to be a part of the official political apparatus of Iran. The imams declare anyone not supporting an Islamic government as “not qualified” to campaign. But there are in Iran those that are ready to take advantage of a situation that would allow them to call for a democratic secular Iranian Republic. This I know not only form people like Amil but from acquaintances (Christian, Muslim, and Jew) with relatives in Iran.

I being the eternal optimist prefer to look towards brighter possibilities. If George Washington believed that the revolution would not succeed, we all Americans would still be subjects of the crown. There is no benefit in pessimism.

Today there was a Tweet from Iran that read “I gave my vote and now I am ready to give my life for a democratic Iran”. There is no way that I will desecrate that person’s patriotism, zeal, and hope with pessimistic oratory. When it comes to the human spirit, realism is just pessimism that beats up the hopeful sole. Idealism rarely triumphs 100% but it is the basis for the best form of government to ever come to mankind. It brought us a nation that was conceived, under God, with liberty and justice for all. It’s not perfect but way ahead of any other form of government. America, Czechoslovakia, Israel, and other free nations would not exist with out the idealism and determination of brave people.

Purpose of the Tea Parties

This country is in deep decline. We have let others take control of our destiny. Our lives have been too comfortable with so many distractions that we have neglected to plan the future of our country.

We have allowed our children to be misinformed about history, the value of self reliance, and the danger of allowing the government to “take care of things”. We have not paid enough attention to what has been happening. We have failed to vet our candidates properly and elected people who do not take the term “serving the people” to heart. We have failed to keep in touch with our legislators to congratulate them for doing a good job or admonishing them for their failures.

It is time for the American Spirit to soar again. It is time again to get involved and take action. The Tea Parties are rallying the people into action. It is now up to us the ground roots activists to continue the spirit of the original Tea Party which was the beginning of a free nation with liberty under God. The Tea Parties are getting the people together and give us the opportunity to motivate them to vet potential candidates and support those that will stand for freedom of speech, non-intrusive government, and liberty for all. We need to lead them to the phone banks and precinct walks to elect a new brand of candidates, ones who are not there for personal enrichment but are true servants of the people with passion and high principals.

Authoritarian rule in America

The other day the president of the United States committed an egregious act to protect those who supported his election and are now cementing his total control of every aspect of this country, once a beacon of democratic principals of freedom, liberty, and justice for all.

An inspector at the Inspector General’s office found Kevin Johnson and others of Americorp had misused funds. An investigation by the FBI backed up his allegations. Kevin Johnson and the corporation presented no facts in their defense at a hearing, basically defaulting on the verdict against them. Instead Johnson called the president who had his personal “ethics” lawyer call the investigator to inform him he had one hour to decide if he wants to resign or be fired. The Attorney General was ordered to drop all charges against Americorp and Johnson.

This was around 5:15 PM. The investigator was in his car. He could not believe what was happening. The president was breaking a law which he cosponsored when he was in the Senate. The law made it mandatory for the president to present his desire to fire an IG to congress, giving them 30 days to study the merit of the firing. Although the inspector was given an hour to make a decision, 45 minutes later he was called back by the “ethics” lawyer who then fired him since the inspector did not want to resign.

The president is slowly putting him self in a position of absolute authority in our government. This is not what America was meant to be. Our founders did not risk property, liberty, and life for America to end up a dictatorship, which is where we are heading.

Do not allow this firing to slip from your memory. Think of it when ever you feel you have no time to work for changing the makeup of Sacramento’s and Washington DC’s political bent. Most of those in power now will make no effort to stop this slide to National Socialism. It is up to us to make this change. Do as much as possible to right the wrongs now going on and then put in extra effort.

An award-winning filmmaker has made a film about the Coastal Commissions refusal to clear brush in forests that in turn has cost the country quadrillions in board feet of lumber because of the excess brush causes devastating forest fires. The Commission has issued a subpoena to stop the film’s release. My latest irritation

Where do BHO, Pelosi, and Reid keep their brains? Now when our troops capture a combatant (who is trying to kill our troops) they have to be Mirandized. This means in most cases the combatant will be released by our courts. Under the criminal justice system any person (military or civilian) around the capture can be subpoenaed to testify in court. Evidence of criminal action must be preserved and presented. If the defendant was captured due to information from an informant, he too can be subpoenaed to testify.

It is not feasible to transport military personnel from the battle field so the combatant would be released because in a criminal trial the defendant is guaranteed a speedy trial. How many informants do you think would be willing to expose them selves at a trial? Heck how many Iraqis, Afghans, or others living in a country full of Al Qaeda or Taliban would be willing to inform knowing that their identity would not be kept confidential?

Our government just made it more amiable for thugs to join in fighting our troops and murdering innocent civilians. They have been told all that if they kill our troops or civilians they will be hailed as heroes. If they get caught and no country wants them they will be released in a tropical paradise island where they can raise hell and then have some one transport them back to the front lines. If they get killed they will be cherished as martyrs and get a free pass to heaven where they will be serviced by 72 virgins. This looks like an invitation from Barack Obama for the bad guys to join our enemies.

And one more thing, David Lettermen is a crude, uncivilized, asshole. It makes no difference if he was talking abut the 14 or 18 year old girl. What he said is despicable, shows no class, and wasn’t funny at all. It is just as stupid as when he called Governor Palin an airline hooker. The man has no civility at all.

CBS needs to replace him with good taste.

The Government Won’t Let You Succeed

A man I know lost his job due to outsourcing. After a long time of not being able to find a new job he decided to cash in his retirement and go into business. Seeing that governments are pushing echo friendly enterprises he decided not to fight the trend and engage in some form of a business that won’t get caught up in government restrictions.

He first thought about starting an organic farm, growing organic vegetables, fruits, and raising range chickens. So he started looking for some farm land. He found plenty for sales but when he inspected the properties they were just dried up barren land. So he enquired as to what it would take to irrigate it. He found out that only an act of God could do that. The government won’t let him have the water he needs because it appears that a non-indigenous fish is more important then providing organic food for people, frustrating.

Ok, so he decided to go into the power business and build a wind farm. He put together a business plan with lots of wind mills generating electricity. He went and got a bunch of permits and applied for a loan. After running all over the state getting permits and a loan promise from the bank the EPA turned him down. Why, because the blades of the wind mills might get in the way of various birds and even kill them.

Ok, determined to go into some kind of a business he decide to manufacture solar panels and even maybe set up a field of solar panels generating electricity. After much investigation and planning he ran into another brick wall put up by the government. To make solar panels you need silicone. Well the EPA doesn’t want silicone manufactured in the USA. He found out that most (if not all) solar panels will be manufactured in China and India.

Is our government as stupid as human waste or are they determined to reduce America to third world nation? These are the only two alternatives. Our economy is being pummeled by OPC and the government says we are too dependent on foreign oil. At the same time our government won’t let us drill domestic sources (of which we have plenty) for oil and natural gas. On top of that our government puts up obstacles to generate our energy needs in other ways. Our government just does not want the people to be prosperous. We can’t produce the energy we need nor grow the crops to feed us even when we try to go along with all government’s mandates.

Our government is determined to rob us of all our own initiative and ability of self reliance. If we the people allow this to continue we will be totally dependent a totalitarian government. We will be in a huge concentration camp doing the biding of big brother. The only thing we citizens can do is to replace the scoundrels running this country with those who will take the roll of governing for the people and not against them. We all need to get more involved in vetting possible candidates and then making sure the right people get elected.

A better way to do California's business

I have been proposing a part time legislator system for some time now. The response has been less than enthusiast. Everyone seems to dismiss it with “that will never happen”. Why won’t it happen? All the people have to do is be determined to make it happen.

I propose a yearly salary of $78,000.00 per year, meeting four times annually. Per Diem must be gauged to expected expenses. $1,500.00 per each of four round trips to Sacramento per year with a three night stay over is $6,000.00. I would recommend an additional amount of $6,000.00 per year for other travel expenses. There is not need to provide a car or credit card. There could be an additional amount for an office and minimum staff in their district. A cubicle populated office can be provided in Sacramento for the legislators to share.

Four meetings is sufficient time to do the state’s business. The rest of the time can be spent working with their constituents. Those meetings can be in public meeting places in their area. For most other state business a phone conference should do. If the governor calls a special session the state should reimburse for actual travel expense. This would cut the state’s cost of doing business tremendously.

Also all terms must be limited to a total of 10 years of service. They will be allowed the same pre-tax amount to retirement fund that any employed person does. When the state’s revenue allows it, the state can supplement that amount on a 50% up to a certain amount of the legislator’s contribution.

I think that this would help the economic state of California.

The Problem with Terrorists in Our Prisons

Americans are being recruited to Islam by the hundreds. Imams are very successful in their recruitment of followers in our prisons. Is it because prisoners are looking to believe in something bigger then them selves? Are they looking to be saved from a life of crime? Is Islam offering a new way of life? Not even close.

Our prisons are full of people who have committed crimes without remorse. In most cases the crimes were committed against those who could not protect them selves. The crimes were committed because the criminals were the greater force. The victims could not defend them selves or their property or their loved ones. Might made right for these parasites. This attitude against innocent victims falls directly in line with Islam. Way back in 640 AD Muslim bands and armies were attacking weaker groups. These actions were justified by the teachings of Muhammad the profit of Allah. His teachings mandated that they were attacking infidels. Infidels are less than human beings. Muhammad’s teachings as recorded in the Koran, state that only Muslims have the right to property and respect. These bands were told they are doing Allah’ work when they robbed, pillaged, raped, and destroyed property. Their actions were justified. They were told that as Muslim men they had the right and domain over infidels and women and children.

The hierarchy in Islam is men rule and male offspring have a slightly higher rating than women who have no rights but to obey men. If we examine the lives of criminals especially violent criminals this falls right into their life style. Just like the Muslim raiders of old our criminals have contempt for their victims. They are justified in their deeds because they want something their weaker victim’s poses. They rule their families with absolute authority, even at times with brutality. They demand absolute submission from women. Because of their mind set they commit crimes and end up in jail.

When Imams present a life style that validates a criminal’s mind set and that their actions are not only condoned but encouraged by Allah they accept it willingly and become devout practitioners. This is accomplished by Imams that visit the prisons. Imagine how much more effective these conversions will be with terrorists right there in the prison population? Our prisons are the incubators of terrorists.

If we allow the combatants into our prison system we will be housing, feeding, and providing health care for those who will one day play a major role in the destruction of our way of life. The citizens of America must resist allowing these terrorists into our prisons. Write, email, telephone, and fax your legislators and the president to keep them out of this country.

California’s Economic Crisis

California is in a crisis due to unrealistic restrictions on business and the people, primarily brought on by the eco-lobbies and the explosive growth of government.

These restrictions have shackled California economy to a standstill. Acres of the most productive agricultural farm land have gone fallow because of the protection of a non-indigenous fish that will vanish in any case. California legislatures have decided that, that fish is more important than the livelihood of thousands of farm workers and the owners of these farms. This affects the California economy both on the wage and productive side. Farmers are not able to grow crops, wage earners are out of work, and California economy suffers.

California has enough offshore oil deposits to be almost oil self-sufficient. Yet the eco-lobbies have put up road blocks to a booming economy. The lack of refineries requires gasoline to be trucked or piped into the state. California has not built a new refinery in decades.

The answer to California’s economic crisis is to clean house. We need to get rid of the bureaucratic impediments to success, cut the cost of government, and generally streamline the operation. California is not benefiting from the number of people appointed to positions with six figure salaries meeting three of four times a year, many can be combined. Governments in California have grown at rates far beyond population growth. When the ratio of government workers to the general population grows and grows each non-government worker has to support more and more government workers.
It is time for California and the nation to splash on some cold water, take a good look around, and see what is happening. If we don’t put a stop to things each person in the private sector will be supporting two or more government workers. That kind of a society can not sustain it self.

The Trouble with Americans

The trouble with Americans is that they are easily fooled. Collectively they seldom see the forest for the trees. Their commercial and social successes have made their culture so complicated that they have come to rely on collective solutions that eat away at the freedom and liberty of the individual. Instead of a dedication to the principles of their Founders almost half of the population believes in socialism a mutation of the very totalitarian disease the Founders built this country to avoid.

Instead of an assembly of free individuals we have become a collection of mobs dedicated to using our particular monopoly to destroy the very economic and social fabric of the nation. Take the United Auto Workers Union (UAW). Are there Americans who believe that the UAW mob did not bankrupt the domestic auto industry? Take the teachers and their unions. That mob has done so much damage that the more money we throw at them the less educated kids we get and the higher wages and pensions we pay.

Take government workers and their unions. Now there is a mob to end all mobs. You can’t fire them and they grow like weeds. They can vote themselves anything they want. At the city, state and Federal level the country is going bankrupt paying wages, pensions and benefits so high that it has become the only growth industry in the country.

Those who orchestrate and manipulate these mobs are called politicians and bureaucrats and they are a deadly cancer. Instead of working for the people they appease and do the bidding for their collection of mobs. They are assisted by the media mob that works the American plantation like the compound it has become. Even the AARP mob spent millions to defeat the privatization of Social Security when in fact privatization meant that the people (they ostensibly represent) could keep more of their own money.

The voice of the individual is now being heard at the tea parties. It is the antithesis of a mob – it is an expression not of Republicans or Democrats but of individual Americans who see their freedoms and liberties being drained away by the mobs and those that lie for them at city councils, state houses and in Congress and the Administration.

The tea party folks want to save the America our Founders built. They want to cut out the cancer the mobs have infected the country with. Let’s see how they fare against the elegant and efficient mobster-in-chief standing squarely in their way promoting massive socialism through redistribution of income and wealth and ably assisted by the rent-a-mob ACORN. Our Founders must be turning over in their graves about now worrying that the tea parties won’t grow powerful enough to kill “king socialism.”

Principals of the Republican Party

The reason the Republican Party lost its leadership role is because we the people did not stick to our core principals. We did not vet enough those who we elected to office and kept some in office too long. When our elected officials began to veer off course we did nothing about it. We did not keep in contact with them, reminding them why they are in office and what we expect from them. This caused schizophrenic policies. They talked about fiscal responsibility but were spending the people’s money like drunken sailors on shore leave (all you Navy men and women need not get offended, you know how you spent your money). We the ground roots allowed it. Now too many of us are not taking responsibility for our own lack of concern and action. Many have left the party never considering that they too are at fault. Those that jumped the ship refuse to take responsibility for the people they helped elect and then did nothing to reign them in when things started going south. When our elected leaders went astray or did not stand up to our distracters we did not exhort them effectively to proper action.

Talk around the nation is “the Party needs to be re-branded”. Wrong, we need to clean up our act. We need not change our goals or the things we stand for. The principals of the Republican Party are for the good of the country and its people. We all know that. It would be hypocritical to change our message or mission.

The Republican Party is and always was the party of freedom of speech, non-intrusive government, and individual liberty for all. That is what we are. Re-enforcing these is what will bring the Party to state and national prominence and leadership.

There is a disturbing trend across the nation caused by the bumper sticker phrase “the Party needs to be re-branded”. Republican leaders, as legislators and party leaders are using it for self promotion. There are countless numbers announcing they have the answer and all that has to be done is to support and follow them, hog wash. We need to pick leaders who are familiar with grass roots activity but have taken the time to live like the rest of America. That is to get a civilian job, have a family, experience living within a budget, and acquire a true sense of reality before they run for office. These people will have the practical experience needed to be a true servant of the people and not a career politician who “knows better what the people need” or sees the people as a never ending source of revenue. The moment that a politician sees the public as a cash cow, they need a reality check. It is up to us the ground roots people to give it to them.
The future and destiny of America is in the hands of the people. Yes we can bring beneficial change of greater prosperity than can be had under a National Socialist system. Get involved, take a few hours a week to help select proper candidates, campaign for them, and never let a week go by without corresponding with your representatives; local, state, and national.

Barack Obama as Capo di tutti capi

It is not that one disputes that Barack Obama is the boss of all bosses it is the mafia-style way in which he is remaking the America that should scare all patriots. He has a deal that you can’t refuse and if you do he will rain his vengeance upon you like no other President in history – and he is only three months into his reign.

Take the case of Chrysler Corporation. Under American law a secured creditor – say bondholders that lend money to a corporation – are preferred in the distribution of proceeds on the disposition of the company’s assets upon liquidation in bankruptcy. If the proceeds are insufficient to cover those secured creditors then those unsecured creditors (who only rely on the financial strength of the corporation to pay its bills) receive nothing.

That is until Capo di tutti capi Barack Obama got his hands on the wheel. In the Chrysler “White House arranged bankruptcy” he has given 33 cents on the dollar to secured bondholders and 50 cents on the dollar to the unsecured creditors – union pensions. Now under all previous Presidents throughout American history, those unsecured creditors would have received nothing.

Now comes Capo Obama. Mr. Cool Exterior seethes inside. He has his eye is righting all wrongs corporate America has visited upon “his” people without regard for the American Constitution or the rule of law. This is the “change” the American people bought.

Perella Weinberg, a bond holding firm "was directly threatened by the White House and in essence compelled to withdraw its opposition to the deal under threat that the full force of the White House press corps would destroy its reputation if it continued to fight." They compiled and sold out their bondholders.

This is the guy everyone thought would be pragmatic and measured in his governance. He promised to bring change. What he really brought was anarchy and chaos right into the White House – all orchestrated by the new Capo di tutti capi – Barack Hussein Obama.

There is little question that the UAW wages and benefits bankrupted Chrysler. Now to finish the job on its bondholders should do wonders for the bond market which will undoubtedly jack up interest rates to cover the possible “unsecured nature” of their “secured” loan.

If he gets away with this obvious conflict of interest because the UAW spent millions in time, talent and money supporting his ascendance, hide the kids. This guy is a threat to the American way of life and ordered business orthodoxy. The guy is a street organizer who is doing what he has been doing all his life.

Be afraid America – be very afraid. He has brought his knives right to your kitchen table.
